Swiss air representatives had to do much consultation, which took nearly an hour, while I was standing there the whole time. At the end, I was thanked for my patience and told all should be well and not even given a small upgrade for the distress this caused me. Traveling is disagreeable in general now, and personally, even moreso after this episode."

Do you think the crew might replenish the toilet paper on an 8 hour flight? on another note: Seat spacing is adjustable - very close seats Overall--- underwhelmed"

Seats on the airplane were so small I could barely get in an out of them. No one to direct me at the gate in Istanbul and explain where I needed to go. Food very ordinary compared to other flights I've taken with Turkish airlines. Thought I was on a different airline flying from Istanbul to Antalya. That segment was excellent."

They were very helpfull, fast and efficient. Thanks to their kindness and efficiency i was able to get on the plane and see my family at home. I am verry thankfull to all the staff for it!"

Contras: "The seat - window by request, but it was in front of an emergency exit The seat - is jammed in - very tight - could not put it back to relax, and could not relax my left side by the window. My left shoulder and arm and left hip started hurting - couldn't sleep - took 2 days to get rid of the numbness in my arm. I asked to move, and it became obvious that there were many empty seats in the next section behind. I moved, and my comfort improved. Why was I given such a posture killer - especially on such a very long flight with seats to spare?"

Prós: "The flight was short and well organized, boarding relatively efficient, snack was just OK, service was nice and crew was very accommodating and seemed happy. Mobile boarding options worked well."

Contras: "Very bad customer experience, the seat are very uncomfortable, and they stole money from my hand bag after sending it to the plane cargo"

Prós: "The flight from Frankfurt to Newark, NJ was good. Flight crew was courteous and movies made the time go quickly. Food and drinks were also plentiful. I have no complaints other than having to pay extra for seat assignments."

Contras: "Missed connection along with about 25 others due to the delay getting to Lisbon (no reasons given)."

Prós: "Great customer service by flight attendants and the food."

Contras: "The seating was poor. The armrest did not go up even so I and another passenger tried hard. I then had to climb over it to be able to get to the washroom at 86 that was not the easiest and again it should not happen regardless. Otherwise I was treated well.I was a wheel chair passenger for medical reason. Thanks Helen"

Prós: "The plane stewardesses were actually really efficient (German style). Because of being on the waiting list to get on the plane I couldn't get a seat next to my partner so they did the biggest math exercise to put us together. Props to them"
Contras: "The flight overbooked (I still don't understand this concept, since is basically selling twice the same seat, right? Is that even legal?) Also the system was down, so no check-in online = the biggest line at the airport, it took me more than 1 hour to check-in and drop my luggage, all to get there and the ground force lady (the rudest person alive) tell me that I had no seat available, that she was going to put me on the waiting list... WHAT? I bought my ticket already, waiting list? Well, to say that I highly doubt that I'll book with Lufthansa again."

Prós: "Due to business I travel allot so I deal with allot of airlines. This is by far the best airlines I have used. Excellent crew and airport staff. I don’t think words can express how satisfied I am with this airlines and airport. The nicest people and great service. Clean and modern aircraft. Going to try flying only with KLM from now on."

Contras: "Our total flight time was about 17 hours - MAD- AMS-LAX. My husband and I both have an internationally approved carry on luggages with us. When we checked in - they asked us to both check in our carry on luggage. The reason why is because they said they don’t think they have enough space for our carry ons. I told the crew member checking us in that other people that was checking in with the same hand carry size luggage with us had no problems taking it with them. For being about to be on a 17 HOUR FLIGHT we should be ALLOWED to have our carry ons with us! We take carry ons for that reason! I had to argue and prove my case to the crew member to atleast keep 1 carry on with us. I thought that was an UNACCEPTABLE reason for us to check in a carry on luggage when we had a 17 hour travel time ahead of us. Not a happy costumer here."

Prós: "Boarding was as expected, crew & food were ok. Nothing else positive to extract out of this flight."
Contras: "Delayed flight, horrible baggae policy when the flight is actually operated by a partner of the company you bought the ticket from and not the actual company. Dirty seats, no in-flight entertainment whatsoever (not even a magazine)."

Contras: "Checking in was extensive for unaccompanied minor. But gate crew was very unnattentuve and though we showed up as first in line, they did not focus, and kept saying to wait. Ultimately our son was last person on the plane."

Prós: "Only thing we liked was the fact that we were able to get onto our flight at all..."
Contras: "Was not informed that checking in online is the only way to secure a seat. So, regardless of whether you book your tickets 3 months in advance or the day before, you're not actually guaranteed a seat unless you check in online. We weren't told this until we were at the airport and checked in there that we might not be able to get our pre-booked in advance flight because of over-booking from KLM. We then had to wait and see if there were seats available when boarding. Luckily, there were, but we were not sat together. Not the greatest start to our first holiday together as a couple. We were told that if there weren't seats available, they'd pay for us to get to another airport to fly out, which would have meant a huge delay on the only time off we'd get together this year and have to rearrange our pre-booked and pre-paid living arrangements for the week. All because there wasn't a lot of emphasis on the need to check in online before hand. You'd think if someone checked in at the airport, that would be more of a guarantee that they'd be flying with you that day, but apparently not. Definitely not impressed or happy with this part of the KLM experience. This is the only company that we've had this problem with, they should make it clearer that it is essential to check in online."

Prós: "Everything"

Contras: "una valija se perdió. Eso desató el descontrol que tiene KLM para seguir el equipaje. No hay como hacer tracking. No hay un teléfono a donde hablar, la web está desactualizada y con información equivocada. Direccionan a usar canales de twitter y facebook que no responden. Primer experiencia en KLM y no pienso nunca más usar esta aerolínea. Llevar el equipaje o resolver un problema sobre valijas es de lo más básico de una aerolínea y no lo hacen."

Contras: "Without any explanation the plane I was due to go to Istanbul on at 11.30 was not available. I had to wait for a small plane coming from Edinburgh then wait for it to be emptied of passengers and cleaned. This meant we were over 2 hours late into Istanbul. No explanation or apology. I then missed my next flight in Istanbul and had to purchase another ticket. I cannot believe that air passengers are treated in this way!!! I will follow this up with KLM when I go home from my holiday."

Prós: "Short-hop flight, fit for purpose."

Prós: "Flight crew was pleasant and attentive. Seats were comfortable for economy as well. We were allowed to check in extra baggage for free at check in which really helped since we would be catching a connecting flight in Amsterdam"

Contras: "KLM can't seem to figure out the order of boarding the plane. Should be business - priority - everyone else. Instead they do priority first, and that's usually two-thirds of the passengers. Also, really tired of the fake business class on these flights..."

Prós: "Loved the service...everything was excellent"

Contras: "It was really unclear which desk to use at Birmingham airport to check in. It was extremely stressful for a first time flier as I had no idea what to do - the desk location wasn't marked clearly and when no staff were there it wasn't clear that the desk was open."

Contras: "Only one queue for boarding. Flight late on arrival."

Prós: "The constant supply of food that was offered to you. The crew was nice and always helpful."
Contras: "The process of boarding in Amsterdam was not organized and felt more stressful than it needed to be."

Contras: "They can not retire these old Boeing 747's soon enough. Due to mechanical problems, our flight arrived at LAXfour and a half hours late and further problems with the cargo door caused an additional one hour delay of our take off."

Prós: "For an 8 hr flight...multiple snacks, 2 meals and continuous beverage service. Blanket, pillow amd movies."
Contras: "Watched flight attendant drop tongs on floor, pick them up and put them back in the bowl of buns and continue to use them to serve bums"

Contras: "The crew on the Lagos Amsterdam route (in economy) are particularly unfriendly and brusque. This is my experience each time i fly this route in economy"

Contras: "Airlines had no record of our pets flying with. Missed our flight even though we were there over 3 hours prior. Ruined the last day of vacation. Now we are waiting for the promised help in Amsterdam. No one is here. No one knows anything. Feel like crying"

Contras: "We had booked business on our flight to Milan, and it was extremely disappointing that on this sector they put us on the last seat in the back of the plane. There were plent of seats on this flight that had extended legroom. A bit of a mystery, why Westjet elected to put usin the last seats on the plane?"

Prós: "Newer plane. Dimming windows, upgraded bathroom. Flight crew very pleasant."
Contras: "Boarding wasn't announced. Limited in flight movie selection. Food was average. Same dessert for both meals served."
