Ability to see a bit of Lisbon on the way
Baggage charges that were not shown anywhere on the website. A nasty surprise when we checked luggage. Lost wallet on plane and customer service was unhelpful.

All flights have been on time. Seats and entertainment system are acceptable
Apart from the unorganized immigration and check-in process the service is very average. On both transatlantic flights the toilets did not work properly. Furthermore the business practice to charge you for any luggage $ 90 at airport without prior notice during the booking process is quite unpleasant and uncommon for transatlantic flights. Would be good that airline as well as internet travel agent would advice about this additional costs in a more transparent way before you purchase the ticket

Accommodating flight crew. Good food. Nice landing and take off.
I am a permanent resident of USA and have a Green Card and the portuguese boarding crew gave me a hard time about my paper work. I was very disappointed by the way they treated me.

The hostesses were very kind and nice
The price 50€ cheaper than the other operators. Quick flight. Kind crew.
Lack organisation for checking. No difference if you have done the checking online. No breakfast on a 7am flight though included in the price.

The bus class seat was a bit narrow at the feet
KLM can't seem to figure out the order of boarding the plane. Should be business - priority - everyone else. Instead they do priority first, and that's usually two-thirds of the passengers. Also, really tired of the fake business class on these flights...
