WHEN WE ASK HER TO CALL PASSPORT CONTROL (BECAUSE THEY ARE THE ONES WHO SENT US TO THEM) TO SPEAK TO THEM YOURSELF, SHE SAYS "IT'S NOT OUR PROBLEM" WHICH THEN MADE ME SNAP AT HER AND TELL HER WTF DO YOU MEAN ITS NOT YOUR PROBLEM? SO IN THE END THEY GAVE US A BULLSHIT STORY SO THEY CAN GET RID OF US AND HAVE US RUN AROUND WHERE IN THE END WE GAVE UP AND SLEPT IN THE AIRPORT TILL WE GOT HOME. THIS IS WHEN I WAS COMING BACK WITH TURKISH AIRLINES. GOING TO MY PLACE OF DESTINATION THE FLIGHT WAS LATE 4 HOURS AND LUCKILY FOR US WE HAD A LONG LAYOVER THAT WE DIDNT MISS MY FLIGHT GOING TO MY PLACE OF DESTINATION. SO GOING AND RETURNING FLIGHT WAS LATE! WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!! I WOULD NEVER FLY WITH TURKISH AIRLINES! AND WHILE I WAS THERE FINALLY GETTING READY TO GO HOME A MAN SAT BEHIND ME AND ASKED ME IF I WAS GOING ON THE SAME FLIGHT AS HIM AND I TOLD HIM NO WHICH THEN HE STRIKES UP THE CONVERSATION AS TO HOW TURKISH AIRLINES MADE HIM MISS HIS FIGHT AND GAVE HIM HELL! Still, looking forward to the last leg home."

Please make it clear from the very beginning that checked luggage is not included. Easy Jet does a great job of this, giving you the option to pay for a checked bag when buying your ticket. With Air Europa, I had no idea at all."

Contras: "The flight was supposed to leave at 10:05pm. It was inexplicably delayed to 10:35- not a big deal BUT we didn't take off until a little before midnight. We sat on the Tarmac with the bright lights on in the cabin for over an hour (I asked if they could dim or turn off the lights and was given a surrly look by the flight attendant). Boarding was a mess with little method but they did allow families with children on early. Exhausted, with toddler in tow, I was excited for the plane to get going to turn the lights off but no, first there was dinner service. Really? At 1am? Finally, lights out at 1:45 and we could sleep only to be awoken 2 hours before landing with breakfast service. And they weren't even quiet about it. There were no individual tvs in coach and the wifi doesn't allow any streaming (plus it's $50 for the flight) Can't wait for the 6 hour flight back"

Contras: "The principal negative experience which made the overall flight experience very disappointing was the lack of leg room. I am 6 feet and about 4 inches tall, therefore flights are never very comfortable. However, out of many airlines I have used Air Europa provides the least amount of leg room. The flight was very uncomfortable. It lasted nearly 12 hours, but I never came close to being able to take even a short nap. This was the worst flight experience I have had. There should be an advisory to warn tall individuals like myself."

I wasn't happy about that & asked the manager if there was anything he could do for me. In the end I ended up paying the extra to guarantee my seat. Then at the gate my name was called and I was given a complete upgrade to business class at no extra charge. It was great! And I actually got some sleep on the flight. Thank you Air Europa"
