Even then it took them two days to bring it to us, two precious days off our planned vacation (7 days) At the end of the shortened vacation, we got to the chek in, and told that since the ticket I had purchased form them two months earlier was too cheap ... and since the flight was Over booked, they would take me off the plane if all the passengers would arrive. It's unnecessary to describe what I felt until the plane took off. They apologize constantly, but do nothing practical. a bae company. no me nor my freinds/family will go with KLM"

They then separated one of the couples with premium seating without notice so some other couple could sit next to each other. Their website didn't allow us to use an electronic boarding pass. Prós: "While my flight attendants were all fine and everything was very good, my daughter flew w/ LATAM 3 days later than us and her experience was good on all flights except from Lima to Rio de Janeiro."

Our seats were very poor quality, you should immediately replace them! I would have rather stood than sit on the flight. The in flight entertainment is so poor. Absolutely disappointing especially with the head sets not working because of poor ports of connection. The food was absolutely tragic. You should fire your catering company. I expect more from your airline and I was disappointed all the way through. I hope you can provide my wife and I better service and an upgrade when we fly back to Washington DC on Flight AF 0054 from CDG to IAD. I work in the luxury hotel sector, and even the door men and room attendants have more autonomy to wow our guests. Flying AF does not want me to spend any more money with your airline in the future."

Prós: "Exit row seat had much more space for legs, very much worth the upcharge for this seat."
Contras: "Cabin temperature was very cool for me. Never used a blanket on an international flight before, and used a blanke on this whole 9 hour flight. Maybe a function of the seat location? Not sure but I was cold."
Contras: "Boarding (by bus) was a total chaos. I had to stand for about 50 minutes, either on the crowded bus or, after climbing with great difficulty three flights of stairs to a high jet-bridge (I am 76), standing there forever with 200 persons waiting to get access to the plane. Totally unacceptable. They started the boarding process early (50 minutes before departure), but passengers were allowed to actually board the plane at the time it was supposed to take off."

Contras: "Boarding was a complete debacle - no control over who went where. Sky Priority line was full of 50 people who weren't Sky Priority, and there was only one person checking passports. The two people at the desk didn't care when I noted this. We were called to the desk in advance of boarding to check passport information. When we got to the check in line, we were taken aside for more passport checking, even though we are US citizens with Trusted Traveler status in the GOES program. We were one of the first people at the departure lounge, and one of the the last to board."
Prós: "Not much"
Contras: "Plane late departing allegedly because of cleaning the plane, but why was the cleaning done that late? Also, ground crew remarkably uninformed about what was going on in the plane. Poor communication between plane and ground crew. No explanation from pilot as to continuing reason for delay even after we boarded. Departure time, 1.00 pm, boarded at 1.10, actual departure time 1.45, causing me to almost miss my connection and definitely causing my bags to miss the connection."
Prós: "Lovely crew, clean toilets"
Contras: "It's an a380, stains everywhere, aisles between seats narrow even for business, caos at CDG, no clear queues, ground staff shout at passengers, food selection good but huge gap between describtion and reality, in JFK we waited for 30 minutes cause the docking spot was too narrow for the captain, sky priority? The economy got their bags before 1st and business."
Prós: "Seat room was better on most economy flights. The food was good and the glass of champagne did not hurt at all. The aircraft flew very smoothly from takeoff to landing."

Contras: "Poor communication. Did not know was airfrance the booking was completed with Austria airline. In the ticket was not the information. Also, airfrance could not find me in their systems I was late to board the plane. Terrible messy and confusing time for me."
Contras: "Couldn't adjust the seat and the cushion wasn't comfortable neither seat or back. The bottom back was like a board across the bottom and hurts."
Prós: "Croissants instead of pretzels was a nice change of snack"
Contras: "Computer failure rendered the check in process a total mess. Staff seemed utterly at a loss and also totally unprepared for this very early and very full flight. Most passengers seemed to have multiple bags to check. Since this is a regular flight it was hard to understand why check in staff wandered in late when time was already tight - let alone having a system failure as well to deal with. We were 50 minutes late leaving. This resulted in many of us either missing or having extremely tight (stressful) connections at CDG Paris."
Contras: "Crew sucked, comfort sucked, british air sucks. Worse than even US airlines which I didn’t think possible"

Contras: "Our reservation on the initial flight have been cancelled. We had to take the next day flight. British Airways and American Airlines accused the other to be responsible so it took us 4 hours at the counter -with our 5 and 3 years old- to be rebooked and we payed the hotel night!"

Contras: "The AA flight from NYC was late arriving at Heathrow, causing me to miss the connection. AA/BA was very good about orienting me to the new plan, but the delay was very inconvenient and being in the last row of the newly arranged flight to Lisbon was downright unpleasant."

We were charged for drinks that are usually complimentary (water and ginger ale) and when the credit card slip needed to be signed, my partner's ginger ale was spilled. The attendants couldn't be bothered to give us more than two cocktail napkins to clean up an entire can-worth, and did not offer to replace the drink. I had to dig into my bag to try and find napkins because there was soda covering the tray as well as all over the seat and his lap. I've always had positive experiences on BA flights, but sorry to say this one was sub-par."
Prós: "Seats were somewhat spacious."
Contras: "This flight was also delayed twice. Once because the pilot was sick and again for weather. We sat on the tarmac for an hour. No food or drinks were served."
Contras: "Super tight seating on the plane. Terrible customer service at checkin in Lanzarote. there was a weather issue the day prior and hundreds of travelers were stranded. The baggage belt was backed up and therefore the staff couldn’t check in more travelers. This, we learned, not from the staff, but from walking around and noting the stacks of luggage etc Far better would have been for them to inform the 200 or so people that were waiting in line for 1 hour. You must pay for anything on the flight. A small bag of peanuts or such would be nice."
Prós: "The second plane did not break."
Contras: "The first plane broke. We had to reboard. By the time we left i should have already landed."

Contras: "Poor food, and very little of it is given. poorly run airline. Too many unnecessary rules that don't apply to any other airlines that they claim to be in the name of security. Will not fly again."

Prós: "They may not always tell you everything, but they seem to think of their passengers first. I was worried about getting my bag out of the overhead bins which ended up three rows ahead of me. I thought I was going to have to exit the plane from the rear since that was how I entered and wondered how I would get my bag. Turns out this was not the case as everyone would exit from the front."
Contras: "Being seated at the rear of the plane. This was not the flight seat I chose and paid for at booking originally. Do not know what happened with that. I needed to make an international connection within an hour and half for boarding and was nearly the last off the plane. Made it just fine, but felt lucky airport seemed not so busy. I am not sure about pre-booking seats being worth it as my way home I did not seem to get any of them."
Prós: "Great staff, ultra professional"

Contras: "I didn't like the cramped spaces, especially when the person in front of me would put their seat back. It was hard to get in and out if you needed to use the restrooms and to eat with your food on the tray table ."
Prós: "The flight was pretty standard in most ways, nothing too great/too bad."
Contras: "The food service was horrible. After dinner service, that was it. I didnt see anyone in the aisles with water. But the worst was in the am (this was the Chicago to London flight) there was nothing offered before landing. My experience is that there is usually tea/coffee/a light snack. But not even water was offered. I have told this to a number of people to get their opinion. Everyone is surprised. On the flight from London to Lisbon, nothing but tap water was free."
Contras: "Charged us for food and even soft drinks on an international flight! I haven't experienced nickel and diminig like this on a n Major carrier like this."

Contras: "The food, the seats were old and cramped and i could feel every movement from the ppl behind and actually got shouted at by the man in front of me because i put my water bottle in the pouch in my seat. He thought i was punching the seat. inflight entertainment was brutal, limited selection of movies and bad ones at that. The screen was old and pixelated..... Food was bland and not edible. It was a red eye and we were not given eye masks, toothbrushes or ear buds. Horrble experience ill never fly BA again"

Contras: "The boarding gate was not posted until 25 min before plane was scheduled to depart, the departure was 20 min late, Customs at Lisbon took 1.5 hours for a simple stamp on my American passport. The aircraft was packed full, not even water was offered without charge, the service even at that was barely fast enough to make one pass of the passengers before landing, the aisles were continually blocked with service carts selling so how are you supposed to make a bathroom break?"
Prós: "Quick flight. Nice crew"
Contras: "The fact that there was no free food and drink on the flight."
Contras: "I require wheelchair assistance .. There was only one person servicing the entire group of people To bring us to the connecting flight as a result it took us way longer to get to our connecting flight and we all ended up missing it. I had to spend over 12 hours in London .. Which was very uncomfortable and tiring for me considering my poor health, the previous 8 HR flight from Boston-London and the upcoming 9 hour london-Mumbai."

Contras: "On arrival in Venice, all flights were directed to customs check and there were 600 people in Que waiting when there were 2 (yes two) customs agents. It took over an hour (not kidding) to get through customs, and our driver who was waiting for us was just about to leave thinking we had missed our flight. We had no phone or way to get ahold of anyone. Praise God he waited over an hour for us to arrive. Our flight was not posted on the baggage carousel so we were running around trying to find our bags. We found them accidently. They had probably taken our flight off of there since it took so long to go through customs. I asked a customer service rep and she rudly replied to look at the sign...NO HELP! I like your Airline and the service you have on board, however, the Airports in Heathrow and Venice were horrible. The Airports need to work in conjunction better with the Airlines to make these transitions better."
Prós: "Aircraft was fairly clean. Departure and arrival was close to on time."
Contras: "The boarding process is a joke. It's a free for all after "premier" customers have been boarded. How about an orderly boarding process starting from the back of the aircraft. The food is atrocious."
Prós: "The flight attendants were courteous and friendly. Boarding was easy."
Contras: "The designer of the business class seats used by British Aiways is surely an acrobat who flies no longer that's two hours. And those at British Aiways who bought into this design probably don't fly at all. Passengers who are sitting in a window seat must literally walk over the passenger in the aisle seat in order to get to the aisle. Flight attendants must serve the passengers on window seats right over those sitting in the aisles. The seats are narrow, and if you're sitting in the aisle, you don't even have a space to put your bottle of water or reading glasses. I can go on and on. This is my last flight on British if I can manage."
Contras: "My original arrival in Houston was to be at 6PM, I landed at 2:30 AM, that about sums it all."
