(I have a headphone for iPhone X so I could not connect it to their entertaiment system.)"

Not only did my other half get our bags for free due to his status with Delta but the amenities they offer and the comfort of the economy seats compared to other airlines is a major difference. As a chronic pain patient, if I can find a Delta flight for a little more, I will be booking with them for sure! Highly recommend them!"

Contras: "The fact that I was charged $150 to check a small cosmetics bag is no loose change ! I would have carried it on but my hand is in a brace and I has to have extensive surgery. Then yoy get to the gate, and they repeatedly asked for volunteers to check their bags for free. I think this is a very unfair policy and try to explain it to the curbside attendant. I literally cannot carry more than five pounds in my left hand until I get bone replacement surgery. I'm also having knee surgery soon and this small additional weight would be caused me excruciating pain ! They didn't care and still charged me $150 for a bag thats no bigger than 12 inches and weighs less than ten pounds. Thats the way you treat your first class passengers? One other quick note: the sausage and egg sandwich? that was served for breakfast was absolutely horrible! Thumbs down !"

I was COMPLETELY APPALLED as to the way we were treated by her. It was a long flight to have someone you felt was bullying you the whole flight to the moment we were exiting the plane. Karma will come back to her one day..."

Brunette who wore all red~ like she had a personal conflict with us from the moment we walked on the plane. We were sitting in the back and could hear the things that she was saying about my grandson and myself. She was rude, snotty, had a sassy mouth. I was COMPLETELY APPALLED as to the way we were treated by her. It was a long flight to have someone you felt was bullying you the whole flight to the moment we were exiting the plane. Karma will come back to her one day..."
Contras: "Delta cancelled the flight after midnight on Friday morning, and never rebooked me. I still haven't heard from them. In not even sure why I'm getting alerts about baggage claim."

Prós: "Reminded me of what a pleasure flying was 15 + years ago. Copa had a great inflight movie (personal preference) included with the cost of the flight. Dinner was okay, but they served wine with it which made it better, also included with price of the flight. They did offer headphones for those that wanted/needed then for the inflight movie, once again included with the price of the flight."
Contras: "The flight attendants were not overly nice. Typical flight to Orlando with A LOT of young children, but the one constantly kicking the back of my seat was one of the worst experiences of my flight history (not the airlines fault)."

Contras: "flying from Medellin to Orlando, it will take in a direct fly 4 hours max. It took us 9 hours to get to Orlando. The waiting time in Panama was to long (4 hours, more than what it will take the whole fly if it was direct). When we land i took forever (25 min) to reach the point where we can get off from the airplane. Then it took 1 and half hour to get our suitcases."

We called Copa and every time each of us talked to Copa we were given a different instruction. Very confusing and stressful. Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

Within a few hours (and thanks to airline assistance) we were able to locate the suitcase. Even then it took them two days to bring it to us, two precious days off our planned vacation (7 days) At the end of the shortened vacation, we got to the chek in, and told that since the ticket I had purchased form them two months earlier was too cheap ... and since the flight was Over booked, they would take me off the plane if all the passengers would arrive. It's unnecessary to describe what I felt until the plane took off. They apologize constantly, but do nothing practical. a bae company. no me nor my freinds/family will go with KLM"

Contras: "Boarding at Amsterdam was disorganized. All economy boarded together. No row number boarding (which was the process for the outbound flight from San Francisco). Lights in economy were not switched off or even dimmed during the flight making it difficult to sleep especially if you had a window seat."
Prós: "The staff (ground staff and cabin) were friendly and helpful. Great to see them trying to help and going the extra mile for passengers."
Contras: "The boarding process. It is a crowded space at the gate, and the boarding ends up with long lines getting confused and in the way."
