O trem é um método eficiente e econômico para chegar no centro. Utilizando a linha RER B, a viagem leva cerca de 25 minutos e custa em torno de € 12 (R$ 70). Para ir do terminal até a estação do RER B, em Antony (Orlyval), a viagem leva cerca de 8 minutos de metrô. Outra possibilidade é usar o Orlybus (linha de ônibus executivo), que custa aproximadamente € 9 (R$ 55) e leva uns 30 minutos até o centro.
Localizado a cerca de 80 km do centro da cidade, o ônibus executivo é uma das formas mais populares, econômicas e eficientes para realizar o trajeto até a cidade. A viagem leva em torno de 1 hora e 20 minutos e custa aproximadamente € 16 (R$ 97) para passagem de ida e cerca de € 30 (R$ 182) para um tíquete de ida e volta. Para realizar o trajeto de trem, será necessário pegar um táxi até a estação central de Beauvais e de lá pegar o trem até a estação Gare du Nord, uma viagem de aproximadamente 1 hora e 30 minutos e cerca de € 15 (R$ 91) por trecho.
No saguão de desembarque há acesso para a linha RER B do trem. O desembarque é na estação Gare du Nord, que fica no centro de Paris. A viagem demora 35 minutos. Há três opções de ônibus para ir até o centro. A Air France possui um ônibus que parte do aeroporto e nos terminais 1 e 3 existem os Roissy Bus, bem como no desembarque tem o Orlybus, ambos com destino ao centro. Turkish delayed my first flight by 2 hours, which caused me to miss my layover, and the next flight from Istanbul to Tel Aviv was not until the next day. They made me pay for a visa to get into Istanbul, took me to a hotel about 30 minutes from the airport, and then did not serve me any food for dinner. The Istanbul airport was a mess, the flight attendants and everyone working for the airline was EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL. Then on the return flight, they changed the time of my flight at the last minute, which caused me to almost miss it. On top of that, they lost my baggage and took a week to get it back. DO NOT EVER FLY TURKISH, YOU WILL REGRET IT."

BUT: for being economy class, legroom seemed above average. The food service was amazing, and cabin crew was incredibly attentive and friendly. When did you last have metal eating utensils with your meal..... if you even got a meal. Plus multi channel seat back entertainment on a three hour flight. I wish the U.S. would open domestic markets to foreign carriers."

On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

So, regardless of whether you book your tickets 3 months in advance or the day before, you're not actually guaranteed a seat unless you check in online. We weren't told this until we were at the airport and checked in there that we might not be able to get our pre-booked in advance flight because of over-booking from KLM. We then had to wait and see if there were seats available when boarding. Luckily, there were, but we were not sat together. Not the greatest start to our first holiday together as a couple. We were told that if there weren't seats available, they'd pay for us to get to another airport to fly out, which would have meant a huge delay on the only time off we'd get together this year and have to rearrange our pre-booked and pre-paid living arrangements for the week. All because there wasn't a lot of emphasis on the need to check in online before hand. You'd think if someone checked in at the airport, that would be more of a guarantee that they'd be flying with you that day, but apparently not. Definitely not impressed or happy with this part of the KLM experience. This is the only company that we've had this problem with, they should make it clearer that it is essential to check in online."

This was the only way that i was able to avoid their charge to me for being a “no show.”"

People pushing, standing right next to you, when you get on the plane all the old women who do not know how to read always walk to the back of the plane when they're supposed to be sitting in seat 7? Been there? Seen that? Yes ! Seen it a million times. What makes this particular flight so unbelievable, and maybe it was just a training day because there was a lot of airline personnel at the check in kiosk, but I have never processed on to a flight in Columbia, given up my baggage, and be walking to the gate so fast in my life! I truly hope this is something that will become standard, and I pray to God that the other airlines especially Viva will learn how to do!"
Contras: "Overall very good, good crew... minus point.. seats SO tiny, it makes Asian airline economy seats feel like 1st class!"
Prós: "The flight itself was great. No problems with with the actual process of boarding or landing. The flight was even ahead of schedule. The problem was with the transfer."
Contras: "Normally, international-domestic transfers are pretty difficult to coordinate. This particular one (Bogota>Miami, Miami>San Francisco) seemed particularly so. On top of being just enough time to wait for our bags, drop them off with the next airline, walk across the airport, enter security (which went exceedingly slowly), we had just enough time to get to the gate before boarding. This is why I gave a lower rating."

Prós: "The staff at the airport was very helpful. I got in the wrong line (domestic instead of international) but they still checked me in and my luggage. I had to go over to the international line to drop my luggage and didn't have to get in line once again. The crew was very nice and I was impressed that we received a meal for a 4 hour flight. Although I understand it was considered an international flight, I wasn't expecting a full blown meal. SUPER GREAT!"

After waking up hours later, I informed the flight attendant and she was able to reset/restart my screen individually. Everything worked perfectly afterwards"

Miserable to say the least because I missed the wedding that I was flying to, the only reason I flew there!"

Contras: "The co-flight wasn't made clear to me. This was an American Airlines flight as is my return. Beyond the brand and gate confusion that resulted from this, the flight was delayed a couple hours and the plane looked like it hadn't been refurbished since the 70s."

Contras: "The crew did not know the law about child safety seats. They tried to inform us we could not use it, even though it is approved for air travel. Then they tried to tell us we had to face it forward, which is illegal and it cannot be secured like this. Then they told us the car seat needed to be against the fuselage, but that all the fuselage seats were taken. They did not offer a solution to this problem. I informed them this was TAP's fault for assigning those seats to us. They said they were not responsible, which is clearly wrong. They could have reassigned us at check-in and avoided the problem. They were very concerned about the ability of the person in front of us to recline their seat, but no interested at all in the safety of our baby. They told us we would not be able to use the seat, although our baby was already asleep. They were trying to find a way to make us leave the plane. Finally, some other passengers volunteered to move so we could sit against the fuselage with nobody in the seats in front of us, so we would not block them from reclining. A solution would not have been found by the crew. Only thanks to generous passengers were we able to stay on the plane, even though we were doing everything completely legally. They made my pregnant wife feel so bad that she cried for the first hour of the flight. Then, as the flight was concluding, our baby got airsick and vomited. They crew did nothing to help aside from bring 3 (!) napkins and then leave again. Incredibly unhelpful, mean, ignorant, and combative cabin crew. Truly appalling."

I talked to several TAP representatives and none were helpful or apologetic and they offered me nothing for the problems they caused. I missed my only day in Seville due to this. This trip turned out to be a disaster."

Boarding was a fiasco: disorderly lines just to pile into a bus and shuttle to plane. Comfort!? Ha. I'm 5'8" short and my knees were digging into the seats in front of me. The new seats are hard as a rock and don't recline. Cramped is an understatement. The tray table is literally the same size as the tray itself. Did TAP build a mock up of this before production?!? You get to hold your drink and put your silverware in your lap while you eat. Food was too hot to open foil, and once opened was mediocre at best. Entertainment?!? Literally nonexistent. Well actually in the fancy seats beyond economy there is a little slot to attach a phone or tablet on the back of the seat. So your entertainment is whatever you brought. I guess the touchscreen/on demand entertainment I remember from the early 2000's is too high tech for TAP."

Prós: "TAP Airlines did not fly this route for day and probably hired NEOS Airlines to fly as charter or contract this route only? NEOS Airlines is an Italian airline probably comparable to Southwest Airlines in the USA. It's a cattle car airline with no frills. Crew was very professional, food was actually good. A sandwich that was of course Italian ingredients. Seats were comfortable for the 3 hour flight."
Contras: "Checking in and paying a $49 excesses baggage fee for I was better off paying a full fare. Discount fare, what a joke!Than finding out that TAP put me on standby status?? But I eventually got a seat. It was no relief thinking I would be left behind and my plans elude be delayed.TAP airlines had only worked the front desk check in, gate check in and don't know about the ramp service. So I can't give a full positive review of TAP Airlines"

Contras: "They were lying about a supposed compensation for denied boarding which was supposed to be handed out in Lisbon. I didn't expect this behavior from grown up people, and such a company in Europe. TAP should be excluded from star alliance."

Prós: "The flight was on time. The airplane was clean, there is a lot of space between seats, the seats are confortable and each seat has a computer screen so you can play games, watch movies, news. Etc. The airplane is a brand new airbus."

Prós: "The ride was comfortable, and the crew was attentive and pleasant. I loved the fact that i had a 10 hour layover, and I could go out into the city and do some sight seeing. This is not to the Airlines credit per say, but it was super easy. I enjoyed getting off on the tarmac just 200 feet from the building, was a nice sunny day."
Contras: "The seats did not have entertainment system that I wasn't going to watch anyways. The seats did not have charging ports either (for phone or laptop), which several airlines now a days are making standard."
