Contras: The crew on the flight was terrible, they just disappeared and only came out to give the meals didn’t bother to collect them afterwards, you ran out of soft drinks after the first round.

Contras: Lost a single baggage item, a car seat. Critical for us to leave the airport, and delayed us for over an hour upon arrival. Gave us a loaner car seat that barely fit our child.

Contras: The service was Appalling, this is supposed to be an international flight, I asked numerous times for the WiFi as there is no entertainment on a long haul flight. I asked for water and wine and was more than happy to pay the staff kept telling me they would return and didn’t. I’m not sure what they were always in a hurry to do other than to avoid providing good service. This was not the cheapest flight when I booked and this airline should come with a warning, poor service, equally disappointing food no drinks and no entertainment. If I had know this I would have paid more or flown with an airline that has an acceptable standard for an international flight and the service that should be provided. I feel at fault as I didn’t know an airline like this existed. I just thought it’s european and international and it will be fine. I was truly so uncomfortable and upset. On my way home I was charged $150 euro for my bags which I was under the impression my bags were included. There was no stating of this high cost, once again I would have flown with another airline if I knew of this and didn’t pay leaving America as it said my bags were covered. I hope something is done to make sure it’s clear to customers that this is a horrible and basic airline and it wasn’t cheap. I’m disappointed in all involved and have learnt a lesson but I am dreading this flight home I am about to take. Regards Hannah
Contras: The hidden baggage fees was a surprise when checking in. I have never not been allowed one check in bag for an flight from Europe to the US. The crew did what was needed but made you feel like they were doing you a favour by showing up for work. Other airlines such as emirates, ethiad, virgin Australia all make a person feel welcome with great attention to detail international flight from Europe to the US. I will never fly air Europa again as I feel they are dishonest. The charge for the headphones is ridiculous when the entertainment is limited (most tv series will have one episode and the shows are old) The food was sub par. The sandwich with one sliver of ham was pathetic and the main meal was lacking with only chicken and rice, a small desert, no fruit/ salad and or crackers with cheese which is the norm on international flights.
Contras: At check in, our carry-on bag was 1lb over weight and we were told we would need to check our two bags. We saw several individuals with much larger bags boarding the plane.

Prós: It was a rather empty flight so I was able to have space to myself to stretch out.
Contras: Everything. We were late boarding, late taking off, micromanaged by the crew like we’re stupid, the food was truly god awful atrocious... and there were like 20 movies to choose from for a 7 hour flight. Furthermore, there were NO snacks available for purchase so you were forced to eat gross food.
Contras: Houve um atraso de 2h. Meu assento não foi o mesmo que eu havia marcado. Um pouco enrolado na hora do embarque. Mas apesar de tudo isso, achei o comandante e a tripulação excelentes!

Prós: Overall the planes were neat, spacious and well presented. The staff were decent and did a good job. The food was also good/fair. Overall I would fly with TAAG again except for -->
Contras: The inflight entertainment wasn't all that great with limited choices available. However...LUANDA Airport and staff were the WORST! On both occasions it was difficult to find a person who could even speak english, the airport is a rip off (the most expensive I've ever experienced), the ground and airport staff were mostly an array of disinterested, impolite, unhelpful, buffoons. I would not want to fly TAAG again in order to avoid any layover in Luanda longer than 2hrs.
Prós: The foot rest under the seats was very nice
Contras: when i purchased the tickets excess baggage was 80 USD, when I got to the airport it was 250 USD even though the website said 200 USD. They checked my bags through before i presented a payment receipt, I was not able to pay because I could not afford it. The crew took 2 hours to find my bags and bring them back, I lost all time at the airport (I arrived 3 hours before the flight). was not able to eat, or drink anything before boarding. I made it to the gate 5 minutes before it closed. Food ran out by the time it got to me and the only option was sea food. movie options were old and limited. the plane delayed.
Contras: Never fly TAAG again

Prós: It is difficult to find anything positive about TACV, due to the fact that it is a poorly managed and unreliable airline company. Their staff had insufficient knowledge and training, they are inconsistent with their enforcement of rules and regulations (check-in times, seating assignments, carry-on baggage rules, etc.) and their flights are generally an unpleasant experience.
Prós: Flight on time. No turbulence.
Contras: No entertainment. Food was a mini ham sandwich and a cake. Plane furniture is getting old.

Prós: KLM was a great experience compared to Airitalia. The food was good, the flight attendants were very helpful.
Prós: Everything was good except for the entertainment consul for one of our seats.
Contras: One of our entertainment consuls had to be rebooted 4 times and still didn’t work. We gave up asking.

Contras: No clear advice about extra luggage fees In Miami I got help and paid $100 In Madrid, I tried to purchase the extra luggage on line. The website gave me an error. Once at the counter the person helping me there could not help either. I was charged $150 since the purchase was not done on line. I requested a supervisor: denied! My last trip with air Europa!!!
Contras: The charge for baggage but when i bought the ticket i received that the baggage was included

Contras: If Air Europa are going to charge customers $150 per bag for long haul international flights, they should mention that when the customer buy the ticket. Was a disgrace and their customer service was non-existent.
Contras: At the check in they made me pay 50€ for my luggage. This is really upsetting because from Houston to Venice they didn't make me pay. Either the website wasn't transparent or the lady at the desk made a mistake. Very upsetting, one luggage should be included.
Prós: Crew were friendly and helpful. Moved me up front in the plane so I could make my connection.
Contras: Not having to walk outside in Edinbur4gh to board the flight.
Prós: Economy comfort was very nice, food decent, plenty of toilets to avoid overcrowding, and good entertainment selection.

Contras: Something did not go right with our booking so it took some work for the airline to get it figured out for us. Thankfully we had left plenty of time. But that was an unexpected stress.
Prós: Os acentos são os padrões da classe econômica, mas um destaque que merece respeito é o sistema de entretenimento/multimídia, além da opção de internet à bordo (pagamento a parte, caro, mas para quem precisa, é ótimo). Sempre tem algo na galley para quem gosta de esticar as pernas!
Prós: I was terrified after reading reviews for Royal Moroc Air. Every aspect of the flight went well. Baggage check in was smooth. Boarding the flight was the same. The plane was new, clean and spacious. The crew were courteous and professional. My bag was waiting when I arrived to baggage claim.
Contras: Thankfully, nothing bad to report.

Contras: They charged about $230 to convey my skis, compared to about $80 for the first bag. This is such ab unexpectedly big difference as to be a trap. Swiss Air are, in my opinion, con artists. Do not fly with them.
