Apparently the counter computers were out of order and they only had 2 stations to support the passengers at a very busy time. Other than that, everything was smooth and pleasurable."

Prós: "Throughout the long flight, the cabin crew was excellent. They were attentive and friendly. They avoided interrupting quiet time and rest time by keeping off the PA system (well done). The food was fantastic. We were lucky enough to get some business class tickets with points, and the food was amazing. Wine was excellent. This team was quite solicitous of my parent with reduced-mobility. And the bathrooms stayed clean throughout the flight. find this is often an areas where many airlines fall down. And it's too bad, because while I'm 100% sure it is no fun to clean a toilet while in flight, it is a really a big negative for the customers. Overall excellent attention to detail, with a cheerful and "can-do" crew that kept the plane "proper" throughout the flight and provided seamless service. Good stuff. Will fly again."

Contras: "I wasn't able to select seat before boarding"

Contras: "They rebooked me on a later flight this same day. This flight to Geneva (change of airports) was late and the flight to Vienna took off with no passengers from our flight, after we were told it would wait. ' I paid for premium seats and did not get rebooked for the same. I am sitting in the Geneva airport for 7 and 1/2 hours, losing my meetings in Vienna. I never expected such poor service from Swissair."

Contras: "My luggage was left in Buenos Aires and came on the next flight but they wouldn’t deliver it until the next day. I had to take a taxi back to the airport later that night or I wouldn’t have had my toiletries and other things until the next day."

Contras: "I heard horror stories about Aeros Argentinas but it clearly has improved a lot from how it may once have been. However one area that needs work is reaching this company from abroad. To confirm the flights it took me a week of calling both the 800 and Buenos Aires numbers. I kept getting either busy signals or recordings in Spanish, followed by long holds and then dead lines. The website form did not work either. Eventually I reached a very friendly man who spoke good English, made sure I got e-mail confirmations and then everything was fine."

I lost one day of accommodation at destination and had to pay another one in Buenos Aires for which they reimburse max 55 usd, and when you wait fir reimbursement those guys move so slow you won’t believe is true, imagine you have also some people before you- i waited for 2h and 30 min and had 5 people before me. Overall Aerolineas is not a stable company so watch out when you plan your itinerary in Argentina with them i lost two flights because of them in one week"

Contras: "Hi, after made my web check in, i recibe a message of ¨Fligh Cancelation¨ the reason was a workers strike; and even i try to move my schedule, i lost a business meeting in Buenos Aires. Please help me, how i can have a refund, the people of Aerolineas Argentinas told me, to ask to the site where i buy the ticket...."

Prós: "First time first class. Not expected. Super comfortable."

Contras: "We were in the exit row. They made us put our light jackets in the overhead bin while letting 4 others keep them in their laps. When I pointed to the other jackets, the two attendants looked at them and then just moved on. 9 flights in 21 days, all flight attendants on the other airlines we flew were friendly and pleasant. Aerolineas Argentinas attendants were grim, unfriendly, and we believe singled us out for being from the US."

Prós: "I liked the crew they were very friendly and the flight was not too bumpy."
Contras: "Boarding the flight was very disorganized. They had a switching from one line to another just stand in another line somewhere else. I have a severe allergy to peanuts and the fact that both of the snacks they offered on the plane contained peanuts was very disappointing. I could not only eat the snacks they passed around during the flight but I suffered a coughing attack the whole flight from the smell of the peanuts."

Contras: "Our flight from Mendoza to Buenos Aires was delayed 5 hours. The airline didn't provide any timely information or food vouchers. The experience was very unpleasant, I will avoid Aerolíneas Argentinas in the future."

Contras: "The flight was delayed all day and then cancelled after hours of waiting. The airline did not give anyone information or make announcements for a long time both during the delays and after the subsequent cancellation, so we continued to wait at the airport without knowing anything. If they had clued us in to what was going on periodically it would have been helpful. They did finally get us to a hotel to spend the night after a long day in the terminal, but the service and rooms were also very poor there. The next day's flight was also delayed. Unreal. All in all a very disappointing experience. Would not fly them again but they have a monopoly on the particular flight we were on so wouldn't have a choice if we were to repeat again."

Contras: "Check in process is a disaster. The passenger is asked to even weight the luggage to be said by the machine to gonto a counter without good reason: the only thing missing with LATAM is to pilote the plane. Awful."

Contras: "LATAM was incredibly unprofessional, alarming, and entirely non-communicative. After a 3 hour delay that caused me (and tons of others) to miss a connecting international flight, LATAM’s telephone servers had the nerve to claim I was a no show and needed to pay them for my absence. This resulted in a long discussion where I was held on hold until they could adequately determine that yes i missed the flight because they held us late. This was the only way that i was able to avoid their charge to me for being a “no show.”"

Contras: "The boarding in Rio de Janeiro was great, the land crew was very helpful. In Lima it was below par, the crew was not helpful at all, and no warnings or communications to when to board. Had to wait an hour inside the plane for some sort of maintenance."

Prós: "I'm not sure since I slept through most of the 90 minute flight, which is a good sign, I guess. It was an older plane with no entertainment system, but I hate those things, so fine by me. I missed the food this time around, but it was a crappy cold sandwich when I took the same flight a few weeks earlier, but it's a 90 minute flight, so what do you expect?"
Contras: "The boarding process was pointless While this is a quirk of the airport, the airline should change their procedure for this scenario. LATAM splits passengers into different groups: first class, special needs, priority because you paid, everybody else. That's fine at most airports. At Santiago's airport, however, passengers ride a bus from the gate to the plane, mixing up all the groups on the bus, so what's the point? Worse, special needs passengers were the first to get on the bus, but end up last to get off screwing over the elderly and those with small children. What a system!"

Contras: "Entertainment — too limited, not enough choices, interface/system is outdated. Terrible service — no food service for entire first part of flight. Cancelled meal because of turbulence."

The first leg of my flight was operated by Wamos, though it was a LATAM flight. I know that this is something that happens often for all sorts of reasons, however I can’t help but think it had something to do with the transition of my luggage from one flight to the next. My flights home are similar ( One leg of it being operated by another airline) and needless to say I’m a bit nervous about that."

Contras: "Latam The website of Latam is useless. The services for people in broadcoast is so difficult that almost impossible (email, facebook, telephone, etc) In my case, i was in Africa and couldn´t change my ticket. My brother had to change it from Argentina."

Contras: "The flight was cancelled, we were reassigned to a Turkish Airlines flight that departed more than 6 hours later than our cancelled flight, we were given lunch but at a fast food restaurant even when we had to carry along all our luggage (super un-practical). And searching for info on twitter I found out this flight gets cancelled quite a lot."

Prós: "I travel a lot and for an international flight during lunch time I expected more than a small sandwich. Small airplane (A320) so no personal screen and tight spaces between seats. Service was ok. Flight ok. I miss big airplanes between Chile and Brasil"

Prós: "The staff at the airport was very helpful. I got in the wrong line (domestic instead of international) but they still checked me in and my luggage. I had to go over to the international line to drop my luggage and didn't have to get in line once again. The crew was very nice and I was impressed that we received a meal for a 4 hour flight. Although I understand it was considered an international flight, I wasn't expecting a full blown meal. SUPER GREAT!"

Prós: "Overall the flight was excellent and the crew were very charismatic and always with a smile."

Contras: "To short connection"

Prós: "While my flight attendants were all fine and everything was very good, my daughter flew w/ LATAM 3 days later than us and her experience was good on all flights except from Lima to Rio de Janeiro."
Contras: "It was all very good on the flight TO Lima. No problems."

Contras: "We took off for Curitiba and found out when we got there that we couldn't land so we went back to Sao Paulo then had to sit on the plane for two and a half hours. The Curitiba airport had opened, but then we had to change staff and also the staff brought the wrong paperwork to the plane, so that caused further delays. Really frustrating."

Contras: "It took forever to load the plane and they overbooked a few seats. The crew was clueless about how to handle seating a nice family whose seats were taken. 20 minutes later, the crew finally got it together. Also, the sandwich sucked. Some type of cream cheese on a lousy roll. Unbelievably bad and a calorie waste; tasted like wall paste."

Prós: "I am deaf, almost 68y. Old. They insisted to escort me to the gate, I was very happy to be escorted by a beautiful young girl. I would have been a little lost had I gone through the screening by myself. The indicated gate number was changed as well."

Contras: "If I had at least boarded the flight I could have given feedback. But I didn't get in! I spent 6 hours at the airport waiting for my flight, with check in done and missed the flight. And on my ticket I didn't have the gate number or the terminal, the goalkeeper said he would let me know when the flight was leaving, the hours passed and I didn't hear him calling me. until near the departure time I went to ask the employee and he said that the flight had left a long time ago and that the entrance was on the opposite side of where I was and they did not warn me ... now I'm here at the airport with no place to sleep, waiting for my other flight with a connection to Brasilia that leaves 6 am where I will wait for almost 12 hours to be able to get home. remembering that my flight from São Paulo to Cuiabá was 3 hours long and I will have to wait for almost 24 hours. A goalkeeper was super arrogant with me, gave me no support and even told me that if I was in the United States I would be waiting for 3 days at the airport sleeping on the floor, so it was ok."

It would be better if the employees knew the rules about their work. Everything very disorganized from the gate number to the carry on allowed in the plane. I will never fly with Gol again."

Contras: "Seriously, a sandwich and some indistinguishable "dessert". Honestly, I can't tell you what the 2nd item was on the try, even after trying it. I get that the flight was only 3 hours long, but a sandwich is not dinner. And, it tasted horrible. I took 3 bites and couldn't stomach the rest. It was laughable that they offered wine with it. Had I realized this was the option, I would have brought my own food. My husband, who eats literally everything, couldn't even eat it, and it was a cheese sandwich. How hard is it to make a bad cheese sandwich? Well, apparently, GOL knows how to do it."

Got there by 9:15 only to find out it’s been closed for checking bags. I beg , implore and there’s nothing to be done. Pay extra for 2 extra bags, for what? Nothing. Lost about $75 altogether non refundable. SUCKS."

Regular recline functionality (missing on some of the larger LCCs worldwide) and a free drink and snack (also missing on many LCCs), TOO was truly a relaxing flight. 10/10. Would definitely fly again."

I will definetly choose AirCanada again in the future!"

Contras: "Had to load my own suitcase on the luggage belt - I am elderly, with back issues, traveling alone. Attendant was courteous and helped me, but stated that staff "doesn't do it any more" because of safety issues. No help will be given in the future. Plane left two hours late - I missed my connection. Was given a stipend for an overnight stay, but no explanation was given about the delay. Staff couldn't tell me if my checked baggage was on the plane the next morning. I probably won't fly Air Canada again."

Contras: "Flight was delayed by 10 minutes but had to wait 45 minutes on the plane before take off. Quite stressful and tiring!"

Prós: "Espaço para as pernas na classe econômica foi suficiente para mim, a tripulação foi cordial, o avião era novo à parte de entretenimento foi boa."
Contras: "Quando embarcamos, quase todos os espaços para as malas já estavam ocupados, o espaço lateral das poltronas era muito apertado, a reclinação era péssima, praticamente inexistente. Quando decolamos, começou a cair água na nossa cabeça. O funcionário responsável disse que era do ar condicionado e era normal. A comida era ruim, sem gosto e com acompanhamentos que não combinavam, por exemplo no meu caso era frango com uma salada de vagens e pepino. Fora o horário das refeições, quase não era oferecido bebidas em um voo de 10 horas."

Prós: "Boarding process was smooth, staff was friendly and helpful, flight was safe and as comfortable as an overseas flight can be. I'll definitely consider Air Canada again and would recommend the airline to others considering it."

Contras: "Seats tight, very little leg room or room at all to move. Can't believe we now have to pay for a meal and to check our luggage! Male at departure gate in Palm Beach kept making announcement which could not be understood as he spoke very rapidly and unclear. Flight was delayed 45 minutes."

Prós: "One flight attendant in particular stood out to me. She was extremely friendly and pleasant the whole flight. Flying is not always the easiest experience, especially during a 12 hour journey. Her positive attitiude definitely made it more bearable. Excellent customer service!"
Contras: "Certain members of crew did not offer the best flying experience. Ranged from being rude and curt with customers, and not being friendly and accommodating - need an attitude adjustment."

Prós: "On such a small plane I am just glad I land in one piece and that we do not hit turbulence. The Windsor airport is very pleasant to deal with as an alternative to leaving from Detroit Metro. I will choose to do this when flights are available."

Prós: "My scren was´t working ok, and the screen of my sister seat was in ¨wait please..¨ half of the trip. The boarding wasn´t on time but the crew memebers where really nice. Overall okey"

Contras: "There was a screaming child and nothing was done about it the entire flight."

Prós: "The staff was kind and were willing to help. The air craft was for the most part clean and comfortable with leg space."
Contras: "The windows had some form of oil on it that wasn't cleaned, it was hard to wipe off with a napkin as well."

Contras: "Seats weren't comfortable even with an empty seat beside me. Vegetarian meal was not good at all. The general pancake option was gone before it even got to where I was sitting and the omelette was old school flights.. Which in this case was really bad."

Prós: "In-flight entertainment and service was great. The Toronto airport waiting area was also good."
Contras: "The luggage drop line was terrible. Only few stations were open and they worked incredibly slow. At the Toronto airport, we were made to fill up customs forms even though we were set for international transfers. None of the questions on the form made any sense since we were not entering Canada but rather leaving for other international destinations. Because of this formality, we had to pass another line which took another 30 minutes. Furthermore, they denied me at the counter because my original check in crew was unable to print my second boarding pass for some technical reason. But, there was noone at the customer service desk to print a boarding pass for me. I had to wait another twenty minutes just for this! All of this happened in a "neverland" section of the airport that didn't even have any restrooms! This could really turn into a nightmare scenario."

Prós: "Free TV."
Contras: "Tiny seats. Guy behind me was loud and kept kicking/pushing my seat."

Prós: "My first flight on Air Canada ever. It was a short flight from Newark to Toronto. The flight was full and there wasn't enough room for all passengers' carry ons fit. The cabin crew worked cortiously, diligently and expeditiously to check those carry ones that could not fit."

Contras: "No complimentary small snack at all, must pay for everything"

Contras: "Temperature in tha cabin was very low. Several passengers complained and the crew ignored the requests. The bread of the sandwich was so dry it was almost unedible. The front left bathroom in economy was in bad need of maitenance. It was clean but completely out of step with the age of the aircraft. Was worn and looked dirty"

Prós: "I liked the crew and their service, boarding definitely made sense unlike other airlines. Of course they let the first class on first and then loyal members but after which they boarded the rear of the plane and worked their way up. More airlines should follow their lead, it makes the boarding process a lot easier when you aren't waiting on someone in the front to get settled in when your seat is in the back."
Contras: "I disliked the fact that arriving and departing I encountered the same issue, no wifi. Not sure if this was an issue that affected the whole fleet but this was disappointing for a 3+ hour flight both ways. This would have definitely been a higher rating if wifi was available."

Prós: "The new Wide Bodied aircraft and relatively large sanitary facilities made the trip comfortable."
Contras: "The boarding process needs to be improved. Obviously boarding by Zones only works when passengers receive clear instructions in a language they understand, and over a P.A. system that they can actually hear over the din of other activities. Every time I fly with Air Canada it's the same story: crowding and rushing to board primarily because overhead bin space for their luggage is so coveted."

Prós: "Efficient, polite and I enjoyed the entertainment. I always prefer air Canada to domestic airlines."
Contras: "There was no notice given about my seat, but it was locked from reclining so I got squished when the person in front of me did recline. I should have asked to check if the person behind me had one of those anti reclining device clipped on my seat."
