The worst experience ever! They’re horrible
Spirit Airlines is the worst airline in the planet
The planes are too small for 5 foot 11 people and taller. From the small seats and cramped spaces.
Great flight, left on time and arrived about 35 min early. Great incentive to leave at such an odd time in the morning.
Have better seats!! It’s SUPER crammed!!
No food no drinks but it’s cheap so I don’t feel I can really complain

No problem with the onboard crew . I had to buy tickets again because the agent at the desk did not see my kayak purchase . The time was ticking and if I did not buy tickets would miss the flight . I will fight tomorrow with sprit or kayak for unused fares that I bought . This is ridiculous
They nickel/dime you to death and are not upfront. I will not fly with them again.
Baggage claim wait was long
Boarding was 30 min late due to late worker. Getting baggage took 42 minutes on almost empty flight.
Customer service is good
Spirit should at least provide free water since everything else is charged.

One crew members was basically screaming the entire flight. It was a late flight and I literally know her entire life and what she eats everyday! So Rude

I paid extra for shortcut security but the shortcut was not open. Wasted money.
The crew , should be nicer
It was not a full flight so I had lots of space. Also I was given an exit seat which was great. Crew was very friendly. We took and got back Miami even earlier than scheduled. Thank you spirit.
I like the prices but I don’t like how the app allowed us to buy big seats that weren’t available. This happened on both legs of our trip
how does the flight attendants not say anything when people are not wearing their masks at all - people were getting on the flight with no mask. People were not wearing it at all during the flight. It makes things really uncomfortable and puts everyone at risk.
I had a flight this morning on Spirit from Myrtle Beach to LaGuardia, unfortunately it never happened because the flight apparently was no longer taking check in bags. 🤔 I’ve been flying forever and that’s the first time I’ve ever heard that. Long story short, they screwed up making other reservations, offered a late night flight to Newark and I said no. We drove home. I’d rather drive 12 hours in a beat up Malibu from Hertz than ever give another penny to Spirit Airlines.
I loved the flight seats comfortable but I would add tv movies.
The ridiculousness of charging crazy money for bags especially when my first could’ve been put in one bag and be considered the one personal item I was allowed to have. I had lots of difficulty getting online and being able to pre-pay for a bag. since I was not able to I was then charged highway robbery fees at the airport. Everybody who works for spirit that I encountered today Terrible customer service. They don’t care and made me pay more than I needed to pay for my bags. I tried another counter and she literally did not listen to me. I try to explain the situation she didn’t listen she just wanted my ticket. Then told me what I already knew. Absolutely terrible customer service! Kiwi.com is even worse and cannot help you if your house was on fire kind of thing! Never ever will I ever fly Spirit again or a book with Kiwi.com! I fly a lot but this was the worst experience and most cost inefficient.
