Then there was no sign for where we should go since upper deck on 747 so we went in "economy" line as indicated on ticket and then was sent to correct line when we got to the front, wasting more time. The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us.The food was also mediocre.

Contras: There was no amenities pack given in Premium economy. The food was ok. It would have been nice to have been offered another bread roll. Seat comfort was fine, but I kept getting hit by the separating curtain as the flight attendants went back and forth from economy.
Prós: The seats were much more comfortable then my last flight. The entertainment system was also updated from the 1980’s remote and cord ones on my flight from DC to Paris.
Contras: There was no food between the two meals on an 8 hour flight. I had a flight attendant rudely tell me that there is nothing to offer until the next meal. No one reached out to me about the horrible flight and comments I made from the last flight.
Contras: J’ai eu à payer un bagage supplémentaire sur internet à 160 euros. Mon compte a été débité et à l’aéroport de Dakar les agents au comptoir me disent qu’ils ne retrouvaient pas le payement du troisième bagage. J’ai été obligé de repayer le bagage comptant à 190€
Prós: I loved the different features on the screen and the excellent. Customer service on this flights
Contras: The space on the seat.
Prós: I like the crew and their service, the food was amazing speacially the vanilla cheese cake desert was on point, loved it. I loved the “my flight “interaction on the screen and the different view of the plane, cockpit view, left, right etc.. amazing feature.
Contras: The seat could have been much better as far as reclining and space. Overall I loved the flight.
Prós: How great everyone was and smooth sailing.

Contras: Stating it’s a train from the beginning and not having to go from one train station to another.
Prós: There is a nothing to mention that was memorable or comfortable.
Contras: I asked for an upgrade as we are on our honeymoon. The ground staff only wanted to get us on the plane and not try in anyway to recognize us. Our seats were very poor quality, you should immediately replace them! I would have rather stood than sit on the flight. The in flight entertainment is so poor. Absolutely disappointing especially with the head sets not working because of poor ports of connection. The food was absolutely tragic. You should fire your catering company. I expect more from your airline and I was disappointed all the way through. I hope you can provide my wife and I better service and an upgrade when we fly back to Washington DC on Flight AF 0054 from CDG to IAD. I work in the luxury hotel sector, and even the door men and room attendants have more autonomy to wow our guests. Flying AF does not want me to spend any more money with your airline in the future.
Contras: The Premium Eco seats are a catastrophe. They don't recline: the seats only slide down slightly but the upper part of your body doesn't move much. This makes for a poor experience, especially on a night flight. Except if you need the extra width, Eco has better value.
Prós: Good aircraft, good service, on time, eventless
Contras: There are two types of foot-rests, both are a nuisance for people with long legs. The one popping up from below one's seat is extremely hard to put back in place. The metallic one folding down from under the seat in front cannot be secured back and is always in the way if the passenger needs to stretch his/her legs. This seems to be a new appliance, and I jut wish they would do away with it altogether. More is not necessarily better.

Prós: Nothing, the flight was delayed, the plane too small for passengers to store their carry-on luggage, the ground staff did not upload all the luggage and left some behind in Nairobi on the tarmac, the crew lied about the luggage being uploaded. Terrible experience! Kenya Airways is becoming worst and worst.

Contras: Short and sweet
Prós: The seat was really comfortable and I was able to sleep the whole flight with no disturbance

Contras: No wi fi on the plane.
Contras: This airline charges for everything, and after you pay once, they try to charge you again, and again, and again (four different people tried to charge me 4 different times for my two checked bags). And they lost the record of my payment, so I had to show 4 times the Amex receipt showing that I had paid before. It took 45 minutes and 4 non receptive agents for me to get my luggage checked.
British Airways is significantly better.

Contras: The seats weren’t very comfortable. You could tell the plane was a little dated. There was no WiFi and nowhere to charge your devices.
Contras: Air France’s apathy towards its customers is shocking. Traveling with three children , our flight was delayed by 3hrs resulting us arriving in Paris after 1AM. With the airport shuttle(CDVAL) to our airport hotel closed, they offered no assistance despite of my request. Simply asked us to take a taxi (when all taxi stands are abandoned at 2AM). Beware if traveling with family.

Prós: The sear was messy they didn't clean it it was full of pieces of bread.
Contras: boarding the flight on time instead of delaying it two times... and also putting the information at the flight information screen if I haven't gone to ask to the airport information stand I would never know the flight departure gate that was at the complete opposite side of the airport of were the initial flight was going to depart.
Prós: The crew was OK, but nothing special.
Contras: Air France should not sell tickets for which the connection flights are almost impossible to catch. My luggage was not transferred to my connecting flight. I had to run to catch the flight to Bucharest. At CDC there were only two custom officers for checking passport of EU citizens, on a Saturday morning with hundreds and hundreds incoming travelers. On top of it, one female officer was rude. Typical french :(

Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing.

Prós: Cops is always a good reason to flight
Contras: They always change the gates, also too many disorders in the gate previous the boarding process, the process it is not clean. They took hand baggage aleatory to send to down and do not ask if we have fragile stuffs there.
Contras: 2 hours delays from LAX to CDG then additional two hours delay from CDG to CAI, this is disappointing
Prós: Crew was great but at the airport they had us weight our carry on and then made us check it for 90 euro.
Prós: The seats were bigger across the shoulder area and had more padding than some other budget airlines.
Contras: Wish there was more elbow room in the seat. I am a big guy and I was having to squish myself so as to not interfere with my neighbor
Contras: I was almost forced to stow my luggage in the hold despite me telling the check-in people tjat I had my meds and cpap in the carryon. I spoke to multiple people. Not sensitive.

Prós: The crew
Contras: The time. The flight was late for 1 hour. I miss everything and also I get very late to our Airbnb and I was with my family and child
Prós: The gentleman at the check out his name was Omar went over and above the call of duty for Customer Service me being an American he walked me through each step of using flybe via air France and paying for checking my bags and even the carry on luggage and getting me through security etc.
Prós: Crew attentive. The delay was due to airport conditions in FCO, cannot be blamed on Air France.
Contras: Food. For a 2-hour plus flight, from 11am to 1:30pm, we got 20gr pretzel sticks. This is ridiculous. Don't pretend you are not low-cost! Formerly, before the Joon failed (thank God) venture, Air France had real sandwiches around that time of the day on that line.
Contras: Comfort plus seats need some work. Very thin padding on a hard seat. The leg rest needs to come up higher so you don’t slide down while semi reclined. Nice compromise between business and coach though.
Prós: Good selection of movies.
Contras: Had to use a shoe horn to get into and out of my seat and I'm not a large guy. But really my harsh criticism comes from the loss of my girlfriends luggage. It was left behind in Paris on our way to Casablanca causing us to waste a day in Casablanca traveling back to the airport the grab the bag the next day. And to add injury to insult her bag was left behind in JFK during our transfer for our flight to Seattle. No big deal right, Delta will deliver the bag to our house the next day, wrong, we were told we have to go to the airport ourselves to get the bag.
Prós: Perfectly on time, no hassle, seat OK. This is the way I appreciate a flight.
Contras: Food. No choice, three "madeleine" (sweet) cookies for all, no sugar-free (salty) alternative...
Prós: Exit row seat had much more space for legs, very much worth the upcharge for this seat.
Contras: Cabin temperature was very cool for me. Never used a blanket on an international flight before, and used a blanke on this whole 9 hour flight. Maybe a function of the seat location? Not sure but I was cold.

Prós: I've never been on a flight with such narrow seat and thin cushion. There was no entertainment offered for the almost 4 hour flight. There was no means of charging any electronic gears. The airplane seems to be 30 years behind time. Crew was unfriendly and smiling faces are not part of the uniform.
