Complete disregard of customer experience, flight was cancelled and no solution that resembled what we planned was provided. The semblance of an option that suited their goal (JetBlue) was pushed on passengers who may have not had the option but to accept it. A cheaper option as far as airlines does not come with any perks (descent customer experience efforts) it would seem, JETBLUE—-a mistake I will not make again.

Contras: "My Seat 23D had a defective TV, so it was flashing on and off constantly throughout the whole flight, usually I don't have an issue with the entertainment because I like to sleep during flights, but due to some turbulence I was awake for part of the flight. Unfortunately with the flashing TV it gave me pretty bad nausea to the point of wanting to vomit, this is the first time I've experienced anything like this on a plane, was definitely looking forward to landing so I didn't have this nauseating feeling anymore. I have a video of the issue if anyone at Jetblue was interested in seeing. It was flight 499 from LGA to Orlando on 9-16-18. Thanks."

Contras: "The boarding was a shitshow because nothing was done to prevent people from taking all of the overhead compartment room, so by the time my group boarded, there was no room. But, people were still trying and so that backed the line way up from 1/2 way into the plane all the way out the plane and IN SPITE OF MY REPEATED ATTEMPTS TO GET THE FLIGHT CREW TO ASSIST AND CLEAN UP THIS PILE OF HUMANITY, THEY DID NOTHING!!! They forced me to gate checked my carry on bag (no checked bag) and did not tell me I would not get it back AT the plane and had to go out through security to get it at the baggage claim and come back in through security and because of that incompetence I MISSED MY CONNECTION AND WAS STRANDED IN FLL OVERNIGHT. After the front desk continuously trying to explain to me how it was my fault some how, I HAD TO PURCHASE A SEPARATE TICKET ON A DIFFERENT AIRLINE OUT OF MIA AT 5AM TO MAKE THE WEDDING!!!! This is beyond unacceptable and as someone that travels for work and stays roughly 100 nights a year in hotels, I WILL NEVER ALLOW YOUR COMPANY TO BE ABLE TO PUT ME IN THIS SITUATION AGAIN!!!!"
Prós: "The ticket agent was extremely courteous and helpful. She did her best to get our party of six seats near one another. She even came and found me several minutes after I left her station to hand deliver boarding passes to me."
Contras: "The on-line checkin process was miserable. I spent over an hour and a half attempting to checkin. I received numerous "invalid document" errors. I was unable to check in all members of my party at the same time. I was unable to check in any of the minors in my party due to the fact that I could not check in more than one person at a time."

When we landed, we had to wait for everyone to get off the plane to be able to go back to those bins. And someone had already exited the plane with my husband’s suitcase. Their suitcase was left. We spent an hour with Suitcase Services, but could not find out who took my husband’s suitcase. (No ID inside theirs) I recommend that you board lower numbered rows first so that people in the back rows don’t take the front bins!"

Todas as despesas de hotel, alimentação e transporte em Brasília foram custeadas por mim. Não recomendo comprar passagens internacionais pela Decolar.com. Principalmente se houver mais de uma cia aérea envolvida na mesma viagem"

However, I was not the one canceling the flight and re-booking - that is their problem and after so much loyalty for years I feel like I should have gotten some kind of upgrade for free...If I have to cancel - I have to pay fees - but if they cancel - I lose ...despite being a very loyal SkyMiles customer. I am quite disillusioned with Delta now and will have to look around to see what other airlines there are now - and my entire family - and what kind of loyalty they give to their loyal customers. It needs to be a two-way"

Prós: "There were many delays and cancellations due to bad thunderstorms at LGA. Despite a few hours delayed (because the airport was closed due to the storm), the flight was still schedule to leave! I was very happy about that. They did issue waivers for those who could not make the later time. Once delta got the ok to fly.. The flight left the gate very fast and we arrived and exited the plane super fast too. The process was so efficient and quick, I did not feel the waiting period. The flight attendance were so happy and positive, they made he flight very enjoyable. Great job delta!"

Ainda assim, viajei nessa poltrona usando o cobertor da companhia para abafar o cheiro. As refeicoes oferecidas eram horriveis as duas."

Contras: "The gate agent made us starting in boarding group 6 out of 9 to check sizes of bags in the size box and she got into a verbal fight with another passenger. One guy told her she could board but the gate agent said no it didn't fit and she couldn't board. Then the agent claimed she had to gate check her bag and claimed there were no overhead spaces left. So everyone after that had to gate check. When I boarded there were at least 8 empty bins and I had not even gotten to my seat in row 22. The gate agent lied and slowed down the entire boarding process because she want to win a fight and show dominance over a passenger."

Contras: "Faltou um pouco de cordialidade da equipe desde o checkin até o embarque, mas o principal problema não foi da American e sim do aeroporto que teve um fila estupidamente grande na parte de checagem de segurança. Não perdi o voo por segundos."
Prós: "O avião estava em um de seus primeiros voos. O 787 é mais silencioso, tem janelas maiores e com tecnologia que "escurece" as mesmas até o total blackout, WiFi a um preço justo, a classe econômica premium é equivalente a executiva de muitas companhias aéreas com um preço muito mais justo. A American surpreendeu nesse voo e ganhou minha fidelidade que até então estava com a Latam."
Contras: "Apesar do preço justo, o WiFi deu algum trabalho para ser configurado, já que precisei descobrir sozinho qual era o endereço para comprar o WiFi. A velocidade não era das melhores, mas dava para navegar, fazer downloads e usar mensageiros e redes sociais tranquilamente."

Very matter of fact & rude. I was just about the last person they let board so there really wasn't a chance to discuss with them. No WiFi on a cross country plane, lame. No access to the headrest video screen w/o paying for it, lame. Snotty unconcerned flight attendants as well. Overall one of the worst flights I've had in memory. I would pay more next time to fly another airline."
Prós: "I had no problems the gate agent was very nice and I did get the basic economy which that only did I have to pay for my bags but I also got the last seat in the back in the corner which is OK I guess I’ll pay more attention to the fair I still probably saved a little money but I don’t know that I save that much I think that sometimes the boarding agent needs to pay attention to the carry-on luggage for sure bring a lot carry-on luggage which doesn’t allow for others to have carry-on luggage who were in the later groups and then they get penalized with their bags being checked as there’s no more room and they’re not basic economy but other than that I like taking United they have nonstop service between Orlando in Houston and it’s been a wonderful experience most of the time and I think the airlines do a pretty good job considering the traveling public themselves to be very challenging at times professionalism and courtesy works both ways and unfortunately people buy tickets and think that it’s a one-way street. they then run to the media who loves to make it about the big guy versus the little guy anyway good job united and I will continue to fly you when you’re the most appropriate carrier to get me to where I want to be."

Frontier said that a customer only has 4 hour to make a change to a flight. I talk to sever travel agents and was told we have 24 hours."

There was food and beverage, that you also had to pay for, no complimentary soda or nuts on this airline. Also there was a carry on baggage fee!!!! Like wtf. Overall, though the crew was great, I would NEVER fly this airline again."

Most view I saw was the back side of the agents heads. Let's not add the fact of carry on costs of $45 each way AND you have to pay for everything you eat or drink on these flights! Literally the saying goes "it costs peanuts" I mean a few peanuts! For crying out loud you have to pay for peanuts! In my humble option a few very low cost items could improve this airline... they should make those changes effective immediately if they want to see higher reviews."

The ticketing agent picked up her bag and slammed it down on the conveyor belt. I was so shocked at the rough handling of my mothers belongings and the fact that the agent didn't give a care. My sister and I were charged $45 each for our carry-on bags. They began boarding us but the flight crew made us wait on the walkway to the plane for 15 minutes before they let us on the plane. The flight crew was rude and disorganized. The seats did not recline, next no padding and the chair back in front had no padding at all. There were no complimentary drinks or food provided on the 5 hr flight. We were threatened by the passenger behind us twice but no assistance was given by the flight crew. We are extremely disappointed and will never fly Frontier again. We should have paid the extra money to fly Delta from TPA which would have taken 2 hours off of our drive time. We visited Frontier's website which provides nothing but excuses for why they charge extra for EVERYTHING. Overall Frontier may have some of the cheaper flights but after you're done paying for the extras you may as well fly with a carrier that provides more comfort and better service. Frontier has lost our business."

Contras: "This was my return flight on Frontier and although not as bad as my first still pretty horrible. Upon arriving at the COS airport we were greeted by...no one at check in. We were told they were on "lunch" and we couldn't drop our bags until they finished. There was at least 15 people waiting on Frontier reps to show up and check us in. After that time suck flight was delayed again. Plane was filthy. After looking over the total for the flight it really doesn't save you any money after all the extra fees and poor service. I'll pay more to fly on an airline that shows up."

Contras: "Showed up to the airport in New Orleans to find out my flight was canceled, but had to be told by people from another airline because the Frontier desk was vacant. Received no email, phone call, text or anything to tell me the flight was canceled. Not even one Frontier employee was at the airport to explain the situation. They just left a stack of papers to say the flight was canceled and they weren't offering anymore flights that day. Had to book one on another airline for the next day, so called Frontier to get reimbursed (they said very clearly on the paper that they would reimburse up to $400 in another airline) and spent over two hours on the phone getting passed around from person to person who said they couldn't help me. Still no idea if I'll be getting reimbursed. DO NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE."

Prós: "Arrived at airport at 940 pm which was great because we were early but didn't get off the plane until almost 12am due to an airplane being worked on at our parking gate and also had to wait for local sheriffs office to board the plane to escort a lady off the plane when we finally did park and during that time the flight attendants were yelling at the paying customers because they had their phones out. One flight attendant even smacked a phone out of someone's hands! Will take a miracle to get me and my family to ever fly frontier again. Worse flight experience ever."

I had almost 7hrs transit in Denver and the plan has been parked there for almost 7 hours and when we start to depart, all frontier employees start doing things they supposed to do an hour a good. I assum frontier carry between 150-250 ppl, if 10 frontier employees finished their an hour check things around, it would be very very helpful instead westing 150-250 hours of passengers. When I saw the commitment of each employees in under cover boss show I was so excited to fly, but I don't think I can afford to the delay."
Contras: "No info given on ground for delayed Flt. Said "on time" departure and it was already past departure time and hadn't boarded yet. Waited 45 minutes at gate, no announcement. Preceded to runway, de-iced, no announcement. ( my seat mate , southerner hadn't known what was happening). Servive and attitude was definitely a 1 and pilots were first off plane. This was on top of our Orlando to Denver flight that was delayed 8 hours with no weather related cause. We had to rebook on another airline. Frontier said, every flight is only a 50% chance of on time departure!!!! Way too much for 79 year olds. We are an airline family so recognize the "care less" attitude. Never Frontier again."

Contras: "I was checking in on my app while I was on my way to airport. Approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes before departure time. The app didn't work and keeps on telling me the app has error. I restarted phone and everything. I had to check in at airport with no bags. When I arrived, there WAS NO ONE at check in desk. I was standing at empty security checkpoint and I could see my gate. The frontier employees were at gate early and never came to assist me. I waited for an hour until my flight left. You can imagine how furious I was- ridiculous for me to have this kind of experience. Thankfully united airlines got me on plane. Never flying frontier again."
Prós: "I like that the flight attendants seemed like they were having a good time."
Contras: "I didn't like that there is very, very little leg space on the plane. I didn't like that Frontier sells itself as cheaper than other airlines, but then charges $25-35 to bring a bag on the flight. Virtually every person that flies has a bag, so the "cheaper" flight is actually just as expensive as any other airline. Also, on a 4.5 hour flight from NYC to Colorado there were zero complimentary drinks or snacks. This, again, adds to the price and makes it the same price if not more than flying with a possibly more desirable airline. As we were boarding the flight, Zone 1, 2, 3..etc were called but they never called Zone 4, just assumed everyone would get up. The woman directing the boarding process just walked away and never came back to welcome those passengers as well. This was the first time and certainly the last time I will fly with Frontier. Unfortunately, selling yourself as a more affordable option should come with reasons to keep your new customers, not give them countless reasons to pay a little extra to fly with someone else. The business model here feels a little scammy, as a consumer. I assume you will be able to keep customers for a while through selling yourself as the more affordable option, but people are smart and will catch on to the fact that is a bit deceiving."
Prós: "I really like the comfort of the aircraft. The leg room is unmatched by any of the other airlines I have flown with."
Contras: "I didn't like that we sat in row 1 and one of the crew members placed our carry on and personal items many rows back. Once the plane landed we had to hold up the other passengers to try and retrieve our items. It would have made more sense to me for the crew to retrieve the bags before the passengers started to unboard."

Contras: "Once you add in the luggage costs it's the same price as any other carrier but without being able to lean your seats back. Lesson learned."

Contras: "I didn't know that they were going to charge me $30 each way for CARRY-ON!!! They wanted extra money just to put your party together. I was flying by myself so I didn't care, but they wanted 25/seat to sit in the middle of the plane per person. I have a family of 7 (5 kids 8 and under) and had we been flying together that would have been a surprise round trip expense of $250 for seats and probably $400-500 in baggage. I would have been very upset. You pay for soft/juice drinks and small snacks. The 'free' water I asked for/received didn't have ice. I assume that was extra, but I wouldn't know b/c the lady who gave it to me was off before I could even ask. I was starting to think they were going to make me pay for a seat belt. I have recently booked another flight to Arizona on frontier before I left on this one and I am already dreading that flight. I will not be going on Frontier again nor recommend it to anyone else."

Contras: "I'm sure there's some tiny print somewhere explaining carry-ons are $45 but it should be more obvious when booking - even if you do it through a third party. It soured the rest of what was otherwise perfectly good service. Other passengerss reacted the same way. I was charged and then noticed the family next to me was charged only $40 for checked bags. The looks on their faces for having to pay for both types of bags was priceless. I mentioned the cheaper check-bag fee at the counter and she said, "Oh, but you said it was carry-on". It just felt scammy. Easy-Jet has been a discount airline for ages and they give you all the options up front so you know what you're getting into. They practically charge you for toilet paper but there are no surprises. Add the extra aggravation of LaGuardia's third world style and you end up with a frustrating day for avoidable reasons."

The seats, the screaming kids, and the especially the kid that the parent did not have in control and was running down the isle when we were in landing position, the captain sitting in front of my other half looked at him and told him to go sit down, my colleague say next to them the parent did not have him buckled up because he said he did not like it! Needless to say my friend was all flipped out after we landed! We had to calm him down! Oh well."
Contras: "The fact that you pay for a ticket then you have to pay for a seat then you have to pay for a checked bag, then you have to pay for a carry on if you wanted to bring one, then you have to pay $2 for a soda which I do not drink anyway, pretty soon you'll have to pay to get a cup of water. Im glad I can bring my own water on the plane. And my own food. 2 Hours the desk opens before a flight? the line was crazy. I will never fly Frontier again. many people I spoke to said the same thing, they wont either. I will fly southwest even if its more expensive because by the time you spend for all these others items your over what you would have spent with Southwest. Thank you."

Contras: "The rest of the crew seemed bitter and grumpy. From the person announcing that it was time to board, to the person taking drink orders. Especially the person taking drink orders. She was pissy when I asked for gin, because she had to go look for it. She was agrivated when I asked if I had to buy the mixer separate, as it was my very first time on frontier. They didn't have gin though it was on the menu, as expensive as the alcohol was that I did buy, the mixer should have come with it. The fact that one has to pay for a carry on is ridiculous! On to of it all the flour was late boarding. I was not impressed with frontier. Prós: "Frontier encourages you to check your bag by offering a lower fee for checking than carrying the bag onto the plane This made getting into and out of the plane so much quicker The seats were comfortable enough and I had my own food and beverages so did not need to purchase any."
Contras: "My reasonable priced ticket went up $104 by the time I paid to check my bag and pick a seat. I would rather gate check my bag and get it when I exit the plane because it took over an hour for it to come to baggage claim."
Prós: "It was sorta cheap, not frills. After the delay we did make up some time, but.... nothing too amazing overall."
Contras: "Paying for Cary-on bag was super expensive ($40 bought with the ticket, it's even more expensive at the airport) and sort of offset the benefit of a cheap flight. There was no food or entertainment, and the flight was delayed by an hour because we had to wait for another Frontier flight ---- so that says something. Seats were super uncomfortable and the tray tables are stupidly small, maybe could hold a sandwich and nothing else. No other amenities at all. I'd rather pay $40 more for the flight, get some snacks and comfy seat and a free carry-on. Won't fly Frontier again unless I have to."
Contras: "The fact that it was sappoesed to be canceled and rescheduled and it was NOT. BOTCHED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Prós: "Nothing."
Contras: "The flight attendants were bored and unhelpful, the plane was cramped and hot. This is a low value airline that nickels and dimes its passengers."
Prós: "Crew was nice, but very uptight about wearing a seatbelt, not standing in line to use the bathroom, not changing seats, etc."
Contras: "I booked tickets with this airline for the first time because prices were significantly cheaper than with other airlines. However, I didn't realize I would have to pay $45 for carry on luggage, pay extra if I did want a seat in the middle, and even pay for soft drank! After factoring in all those things, it would have been a lot cheaper to use a different airline. Plus, it was by far the most uncomfortable airplane I have ever been on. No leg room, small seats that do not recline and have no cushion. Terrible experience!"
Prós: "Read the fine print. This airline is cheap for a reason. There is a fee for carry on bags, and nothing is complementary. Seating is randomized unless you pay extra for a preferred seat. I opted for the cheapest option, no carry on and a random seat. This placed me at the back next to the rest room, but that's how it goes. Seats were very small, with the least leg room I've ever experienced. Thankfully, my flight was only 2 hrs long, and though we were delayed boarding 30minutes, we still arrived on time. Crew was very friendly and the plane was clean. I would recommend this airline for a short flight in which you have no luggage!"
Contras: "I'm 6'1, and I wish I would have paid extra for a "stretch" seat. No leg room in the regular seats."
Prós: "...the ticket agent who got me checked and put me through priority TSA so I could make my flight!"
Contras: "The assistance of a front counter agent was horrible and made inappropriate comments to me due to me being late to my flight which was due to a faulty shuttle and short staffed rental service as if I was aware of airline policy! Even though I wanted to avoid all of lines to check in (only carry on bag) but all kiosk where out of service which why the lines where so long...the snide remarks and rude comments were not appreciated especially in front of other patrons, thank God another agent to assist me after the line agent moved me another customer up due to our flights."
Prós: "Low fare"
Contras: "High baggage costs for checked AND CARRY-ON bags, add on fees for everything, seats don't recline. I'll use a full service airline next trip. I will say the aircraft were new and clean and, they were very accommodating about a legal handgun in my checked baggage."
Prós: "Nothing the flt was cancelled!"
Contras: "Can't believe I kept getting emails from your Company telling me the flt was on time and where my baggage came in, when the flt had been cancelled at midnight of the day of travel!"
Prós: "The crew had an excellent sense of humor that helped with the not-so-great situation of being delayed for 4 hours."
Contras: "Since when did one have to PAY for a very light refreshment on a plane?! We had been in the airport with no food/beverage available because of the time and then not to be compensated even a little bit with a snack of any sort was just more than I could stand. My kids were hungry and thirsty and I was not going to use a credit card for cheese curls and a bottle of water. The interest alone would have been about the same as my mortgage payment! The seats on the plane do not lean back and there is hardly any cushion on them. It was uncomfortable and will make me rethink using Frontier airlines again."
Prós: "Ground crew missed rehearsal dinner to stay with us 6hrs"
Contras: "No heads up. Checked in 1.45hrs early & they new we were delayed but didn't say anything. Left 6 hrs late. Arrive at Disney with a 5 yr old at 1:00 am instead of 7:00 pm. If you would have been honest and proactive with Indianapolis we would have been fine. Better off to tweet your problem. Call=hold. Locals=in the dark. $15 food credit each is a good start. $100 each emailed so quickly is impressive but it's a credit to a bare bones airline that charges you for a water after their 6 hrs issue. Could have made snacks and non alc drinks free. NO NO NO. We had to pay another $11 for water, apple juice, food and GL of wine. SERIOUSLY. WANT TO MAKE IT RIGHT??? Missed several opportunities for "Little things that count". Give all $300 to one of us for a free ticket-we won't be flying with our grandson again. I will give you a chance to fix that. Not a threat a promise."
