Prós: The crew was polite and continuously offering drinks, headphones and food/snacks. Kept us all comfortable and happy!
Prós: The crew was diligent and hard working. The seat was comfortable.
Contras: I could eat none of the food because of my diabetic situation. Kiwi.com did not inform me of the services that would be available for the flight. Nor did it advise that I would need to make my dietary needs known. Nor did it give me the opportunity to communicate with the airline about those needs.
Prós: We upgraded to premium economy and the extra space was worth every penny. Being 6,4”, there’s nothing worse than being stuffed into a sardine box for 8 hours. Food was very good and the flight was good.
Contras: When we boarded late, there was little to no communication about why. Pilots and staff were at the gate and we all just sat there not knowing what was going on as our boarding time came and went.
Contras: Better and more accommodating customer service. Flight ‘left early’ and we missed the flight due to a slight delay in our initial flight (we had a layover in Manchester). Customer service was not helpful and even though we arrived at check in with enough time, they did not let us board the flight.

It really feels like a budget airline
Contras: Old plane. Very much below average entertainment. Basic things like coffee or soda for sale on 10 hour flight. Uncomfortable worn seats. Poor choices of food.
Would fly Condor/ Thomas Cook again
Prós: Staff was courteous and helpful. Considering how crazy busy the Manchester UK airport was in August all went smoothly, boarding was efficient. Seats were okay but not too roomy for a larger person.
Contras: The (only) tiny movie screen was at the front of the cabin and. impossible to see for most passengers.

Contras: The flight to Manchester was canceled and I was not even informed until I got to the airport and was told I had no flight and I should rebook my flight with another airline. So my flight back to the USA NEVER happened because I refused to flight with Thomas Cook.

Contras: Didn't like having to climb stairs into plane with two hip replacements and luggage, and no assistance. The seats are tiny (and I'm a small person). The food was mediocre, passengers took their own food on board. The entertainment was pitiful for such a long flight. Very disappointed and probably will avoid Thomas Cook for future trips. Plus, It was very cold with constant cold air blowing on me; they provided no blankets, even though I requested one.
Prós: The crew was excellent and the flight itself very comfortable

Good but with some issues
Prós: I liked that the plane has all economy seats so even the "poor" people can sit in the front of the plane. I liked the courtesy and pleasantness of the crew. Good entertainment system at the seat but I would like more options for free. (Only 6 movies and TV shows are free. You need to pay 5 pounds to be able to watch all the rest)
Contras: I did not like the terrible airport in Manchester. It looks like a war-time Eastern European airport. No computerized check-in kiosks, you have to queue to check-in. Then you go down some stairs to get to the security level which is a huge mess in a small room that looks like a gym. At the gate, the gate crew called upon "those passengers seated in rows 1 through 8 to board" but somehow everyone was granted entry to the aircraft! I was in row 6 and got on one of the last. I said to the gate lady when I finally boarded "wow that is quite a lot of people seated in those 8 rows!" She just shrugged and looked overwhelmed. Also there is no kosher food option as I found out from a Jewish passenger seated next to me. They just offer vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and diabetic as special meal options. Finally, the entertainment system is nice but only offers a limited number of options for free. For 5 pounds you can access all the other films and TV shows. Also the airport in Manchester had a runway construction or something so we took off one hour late and I missed my shuttle in New York.

Prós: I was afraid that the flight would not be good because it was very efficient in price. I was stuck in Europe because another carrier had dropped me and my companions. I tried Condor and was very pleased.
Contras: I fly all over the world but look for flight tomEurope quite often. I would love to use Condor in the future but have noticed that they have few flights across the Atlantic.

Prós: This specific aircraft was really nice n spacious.legroom was perfect. Seat was enough big to sit in good position and thats the main reason i m giving four star just because of aircraft.
Contras: Two things i didnt like.i think there should be entertainment screen i front of every seat and themost important thing is mobile charging usb facility for every seat.
Prós: Fight attendants were kind. Got to my destination safely. Food was pretty good, however small.
Contras: I do not enjoy a budget airline, never been on one and likely won't ever again. I appreciated saving money on the overall ticket cost, but did not like the feeling of getting nickel and dined with every cart. Grateful the in flight meal was included.

Contras: Simply compared with other Trans-Atlantic flights it was mediocre in terms of what you get The seats were uncomfortable for a 10 hour flight, there were only around 5 movies to choose from and 5 TV programmes unless you wanted to upgrade (other airlines offer a lot more variety as standard). If you wanted refreshments they also cost additional, I was only offered one cup of tea/coffee/water, whereas other airlines offer wine, juice, soda, coffee, tea, water 4 or 5 times throughout the flight. Also compared with other flights I was not given an eye mask or travel toothbrush which on a long-haul overnight flight can make all the difference in terms of a good impression of the airline.
Nice crew and good service but very outdated plane with little legroom
Prós: Friendly crew. Good food and service.
Contras: Not enough legroom. Very old and outdated plane. No in-seat entertainment. Departed and arrived an hour later than scheduled.
Condor Flight from Europe to US
Prós: Spacious seat area, good food and drinks.
Contras: No in-seat monitors to be able to select the movies or shows that you want to watch. TV screens are placed high up in the walking aisles and they are hard to see, especially from the window seats (which I paid $46 dollars for). For the lower price of the airfare, this is not a deal breaker though.
Very pleasantly surprised
Prós: After reading some very negative reviews I had low expectations. However, the service was excellent, flight attendants were friendly, flight arrived early. No complaints and would definitely fly Condor again in the future.
Contras: There wasn't a lot of legroom but I don't require a lot so it wasn't too bad for me.
Prós: Friendly crew staff who were very attentive to customers needs

Web jet fails
Prós: I didn't get to take the flight, web jet cancelled the ticket for some reason and failed to notify me. To their credit, they are reimbursing me for the train fare from Frankfurt to Vienna.
Contras: No notifications. I showed up with bags packed to be told that there was no ticket.
Prós: I enjoyed my flight
Prós: I liked the space we had and the fact that my daughter and I got to sit together in a two seater window seat.
Contras: The family in the row behind us. The airline can't be blamed for that, but there should be some rules about making sure you keep your kids under control on the plane. The family had 5 kids. At least two, maybe three, of the kids were loud - like screaming and crying the whole flight. These particular kids also kept slamming the trays into the holders, which made the seat in front of them shake, definetly disturbing the people in those seats. I understand flights can be uncomfortable for kids (I have two children of my own), but these kids were out of control and very disruptive. Again, there should be rules or some type of regulations about this behavior. This family was disruptive to a whole section of the plane, that's not fair. Also, downloading the app in order to use the entertainment was frustrating. I couldn't log on to any free WiFi, which meant I couldn't download the app. So I didn't get any entertainment. If we had known while we were waiting to board that this was the entertainment option, I could have downloaded the app in the airport, which had a better connection for me. We all shouldn't have to own iPhones to get the best tech stuff - I say that because my daughter, who flew with me, has an iPhone and she didn't seem to have a problem.
Not traveling with them again
Contras: - time it takes to check you in. - make you go down the stairs instead of attaching a bridge to the plane. - lack of vegetarian food. - quality of inflight entertainment.
The Crew is its strong point
Prós: Crew was amazing and the boarding process was as pleasant as it could be. No problem getting additional free beer or wine.
Contras: The plane was old and there was no in seat TV entertainment. You had to watch a group video for the whole plane on a distant screen hung from the isle ceiling. The food was OK. There were no choices of entrees - it was a vegetarian pasta on both flights. The seats were old and showing their age.
Contras: Old aircraft
Contras: Poor communication between Sun Country airlines and Thomas Cook, NO checked bags for our group of 6 made it with the plane, I paid for 2 seats in row 22 and got separated from my wife and put in the back of the plane in 43 with sticky floors. Was not offered any help getting my money back on seats I paid for other than when exiting plane which was too late since I had to try to make my connection at this point.
My plane was four hours delayed. Then I missed my flight to austin.
Contras: I had to get through customs to make it tommy domestic flight. I couldn't wait for my baggage in order to make it on time. Then, when I called Thomas Cooke it redirects to condor who consistently tells me "we can't help you w that"
Contras: Late departsure late arrival spent 40 minutes extra on plane 2hours for luggage
Prós: Great crew.
Contras: Very poor choices for movie and TV. Husband was searched twice for same flight, once at security and once at the gate. At the gate they were "randomly" pulling people, young teenagers, my husband a disabled senior with a cane, all whites that we saw and we were near the end to board. One Muslim fully covered woman with 4 bags walked right on. Really!

Contras: Will never fly this airline again. Our connecting flight from Edinburg to Manchester was cancelled. I lost my phone and did not receive the email. This caused us to get to Manchester airport an hour and a half before the flight and we were told we were too late for the flight. We were told the next flight was on 7/24/18 and we ended up booking a flight on another airline, costing $3348. On both flights to Manchester and back to Boston, we weren't able to get on either flight and this airline did absolutely nothing to help us and also delayed our luggage for 5 days. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and my local TV station about this. We are two seniors and were traveling with our daughter and a 9 & 7 year old. We without our medications for 5 days and this is unacceptable!
Website is useless. VERY frustrating!
Contras: Website sets a bad tone for the airline. Almost impossible to check in , find baggage info, flight info etc. Makes u think the airline is shoddy. The employees are very professional and pleasant which counters the terrible upfront experience somewhat.
You get what you pay for
Prós: Pretty decent leg room.
Contras: 22 hour delay that the airline knew about over 8 hours in advance (plane had turned back on way to airport) but flyers were not contacted. Next day, airline did not bother to update flight info online, so had to call to get new flight time. Plane was a little dirty. In flight service is on the poor side. Very infrequent with drinks, water, trash, etc. Breakfast was a yoghurt. Movie and TV selection pretty poor, even the premium paid-for service.
Contras: I missed my flight from Manchester to Munich as Easy Jets does not pay for luggage transfer fee.. I was not aware that I had to pick up my luggage upon arrival to Manchester and needed to recheck it again.
Kayak should require luggage transfer all international carriers. If they do not resolve this issue I would not purchase a ticket through kayak.
Incredibly disorganized airline that ended up being extremely costly.
Contras: If you think you will save money by flying this little known airline, think again! Flight from SF to Manchester on June 29th was 2 hours delayed. Showed up at SF airport almost 2 hours before the new departure time and check in was closed, no Thomas Cook staff could be found. Several other passengers were in the same boat and eventually we convinced an airport manager to reopen check in. Missed connection in Manchester (on a different airline) and needed to purchase a new ticket for $400. They also lost my bag. Dozens of calls to baggage services went unanswered. I reached out to SFO baggage operations directly and located the bag - it never had left SF. By the time it was located I was in a remote section of Italy. It took several more days to get the bag to Zurich (the closest major airport), but they would not deliver the bag to me. I needed to drive 10 hours round trip to get the bag, a week into my trip. Getting the bag situation sorted out involved literally over 100 phone calls, most of them unanswered, and at least 30 conversations with baggage people in 3 different airports. Instead of the transport from US to Europe costing $750, it ending up costing close to $1800 and endless aggravation. I'm trying to get some paid back but doubt it will happen. Two friends on the same flight with me also missed their connection to Milan and their replacement tickets cost $1400. Also had to do an overnight stay at Manchester airport hotel for return flight, and that was another $220. DON'T FLY THIS AIRLINE IF YOU PLAN TO CATCH A CONNECTING FLIGHT ON A DIFFERENT AIRLINE - VERY RISKY. Perhaps OK if you are travelling with just a handbag to Manchester/UK only.

Contras: Can't rate because we didn't make the flight. At this point I'm not anticipating a pleasant flight.

Prós: The crew was friendly and I really enjoyed the tea snacks that was served later in the flight.
I really enjoyed that the plane had tablet type devices on the back of each chair. They also had a range of bunch of contemporary large budget movies that you could select.
Contras: The boarding process took a little longer than I would have expected but I don't know if this is the airline's fault or other circumstances with the airport. They ran out of the chicken option and didn't have another non-red meat alternative. This was fine only because I happened to pick up a sandwich prior to boarding.

Prós: As a first time Thomas Cook passenger, I found the seats to be comfortable and with good leg room. We were provided with good meals as part of the ticket price. In seat screens had plenty to watch and listen to. We would definitely fly Thomas Cook again.
