great location within easy reach of city centre
booking.com did not send the confirmation to the Hotel, when we arrived with our confirmation number, they did not have it. very upset with that
Room was spacious and well appointed Not enough overhead light
The hotel was in the hear of Bercy. Walking distance to the river and dining. We choose this location because of the tour company that planned to pick us up here. Great rooms, services and breakfast! Linda- California We were happy with all of the services of the hotel.
The Pullman location is excellent and convenient, just off the Metro Line 14 St. Emillion stop. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and healthy, a great way to start a busy day in Paris. We find the housekeeping to be very thorough and welcoming, and the reception staff are professional, cheerful and helpful. There is a nice collection of reasonably priced restaurants nearby in case you don't want to travel far for a bite while getting over jet lag. As with much of Paris, the price is a bit steep for what you get. Yet we have found this location to provide a reliable and comfortable experience.
They have mouses all over. Have pictures to prove. Told the staff. They really didn't try to put any effort in at least saying excuse on behalf of their hotel
The beds were amazingly comfortable and made us book the Sofitel by the airport for the night before I flight home when coming in from Rome before returning to US, rate was much higher than others at airport but we wanted that bed! A little far out from sites, but metro stop right there and Bercy Village is a wonderful little area. Internet & breakfast items were expensive.
very comfortable , easy to take subway , no charges for internet too expensive for breakfast buffet
The beds are excellent and the sofa for my little daugther was also very comfortable with lots of pillows. The rooms are really very silent even being a very large hotel, except at the morning (maybe from 9 or so) when they begin with the cleaning. But this is normal. The breakfast is bit expensive (22 euros per adult) and they also charge between 10 and 15 euros even for a young child, which I consider too much. Another point is is that you need to combine two metro lines to reach most of the Paris attractions, and if you are with young children this can complicate your stay. But for persons without children this is not a problem at all.
Place. Close to the metro. Parking fee, 29euro/night. Too expensive
It is a little of city center but still very convenient located, with lots of restaurants nearby and a subway takes you right into the city center. Decent sized room with modern design. A hotel would cost three times more if in the city center. Save the money if you can stand 10 minutes of subway! The lovely Bercy Village steps away, full of good bars, restaurants, and shops.
Nice hotel, clean, good facilities, modern, confortable room
modern, clean, ideally located with parking facilities
Everything was perfect –staff, breakfast, etc.
The hotel is well situated in a good neighborhood, close to a metro line and nice restaurant area.
Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Clean spacious room. None!
the neighbourhood, it's great, also there is a great sanwich store, the cheese cakes are great
I felt comfortable being a lone female guest I liked everything about my stay
Very quiet, very comfortable A small noise from the airconditioning during the night, even when it was switched off (strangely there was no noise during the day).
Staff was helpful. Cleaners do the tidying well every morning. The hotel location was not bad 20-30 minutes away from lovre. A little bit far from the city center and airport
I chose the hotel mainly for its location and because of the kitchenette in the room. The location in Bercy is nice indeed with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. It was very quiet at night compared to other areas in Paris. The kitchenette in the room was very well equipped and very clean. In general, the room was clean at my arrival (with sime exceptions - see below). The room was also rather spacious compared with other Paris hotels. The "lit-armoire" (fold down bed) was comfortable. I especially liked that during the week there were free french newspapers offered in the lobby (Le Monde, Libération, L'Equipe...). The furniture (with the exception of the kitchenette) was already a bit run down. Especially in the bathroom you could see that the hotel is not new. The blanket in the bed was not clean, there were some stains on it (the sheets, the cushion and the matress were very clean, though). I also think that some members of the reception staff could have been more friendly and welcoming. Note that if you stay for more tha 4 nights, the room is not cleaned and you have to get rid of your waste. I knew that before so it wasn't an issue for me, but for other people this might be a flaw.
Warm helpful staff, good location. Swisscom internet service offered is very poor, continually dropping out of wireless connection and all my emails to regular business clients received my messags as spam mail
Location and could cook own meals breakfast ended early for a weekend
Modern Style Hotel Some people need to smile more A little noise from street cleaners
the studio appartment was cool and well equipped the service staff (room cleaner...) was quite unkind!
Great staff. very helpful and pleased to assist guests. In room kitchen facilities, made the stay easier. Bed sheets could have been more comfortable. For guests stayng 7 seven, towels should be changed once free of charge.
location was good, staff friendly old firniture and old linen with dark sports
Very good surronding enviroment, very helpful staff, Near to metro They clean the rooms only once a week!!!
Noisy neighborhood at night
Good location, close to the metro station, the Bercy Village shopping center and restaurants.
