Pathetic ground staff and customer care. I paid for an upgrade 3 weeks before the journey, and I was downgraded with no reason.
No Food, No beverages, only water, and there is no information about this sudden change
Comfort and safety. At least packaged food could be served to Business Class passengers.
Surprisingly pleasant experience despite Covid-19 times. Food was too good!

Prós: Premium Economy was comfortable and separate from the main cabin. Bulkhead seats had a lot of space. The crew was very friendly and accommodating.
Contras: Flight was a bit warm, even with full air vents on. The snack was very good, but I thought it would be more of a dinner/meal.
Prós: Nothing at all.
Contras: The staff at the Mumbai Airport dealing with Vistara Airline has absolutely no idea how to do their checks for documents. I was asked to wait for almost an hour and a half to get my documents cleared for my travel to dubai. After all that wait I was asked to sign an Indemnity form stating that I'll be responsible for any penalties whatsoever from Dubai Immigration if denied entry in dubai. The staff don't even know the rules and have behaved so dumb while dealing with passenger and have zero knowledge about document checks. Either the airline needs to get them more trained before getting them on the floor or needs to take strict action against them. Because wasting my time at the Mumbai airport was not so entertaining for me and the airline did not even seem apologetic about it. Vistara has hired some really unprofessional and uneducated staff at their Mumbai station.
Prós: The crew was amazing, polite and efficient
Contras: Really efficient service, Tata heritage and Singapore airlines jv is always going to be on my travel list from now on
Prós: Boarding and crew were good. Food and tea was manageable. WAY be better than India airlines.
Contras: Tiniest seats in the world. I travel a lot for work and these are the narrowest, tiniest seats. All Indian airlines are super cheap and low quality--with Vistara at least I did not get pushed around during boarding and getting-off. Traveling by air in India in economy class is like traveling in a greyhound bus. If you are from the US and 30+ year old avoid the Economy class.
Contras: Food service needs a rethink. Flights in both directions, I could not get a beverage with my food. In both flights, to and from, the hostess couldn’t serve me a tea/coffee with my dessert

Contras: Jodhpur checkin by Vistara was a disaster. Lack of proper queuing system at the scanner and at the desk.

Contras: Online all food options, though it's a small flight with no hot food served!
Prós: Vistara ensures it remains a notch above others in terms of ambience, quality. Ensured on time performance
Contras: Since they have started on board snacks, it can be offered as a replacement for the meal, maybe. Plus, Indigo staff still exudes more confidence in me

Prós: It was my first flight with Vistara. The crew was amazing. They added a personal touch by using my name. Still wondering how they knew that :)
Contras: Clear boarding procedures. Instead of 2 boarding groups, it could have been divided into 3-4 boarding groups to avoid congestion.
Contras: I forgot my pull over in the cabin and the company’s team reached out to me in the next flight to hand me my item back... amazing experience

Best and very professional airline that India has seen in long time
Prós: I like the way this airline handles the customer right from the time of ticket booking till landing at the destination. I find this airline very professional and even better service on domestic sector then some of the world's airline services (Etihad, British Airways for instance).
Contras: The only thing i do not like is the website of the airline especially when we try and use it on mobile phone, it does not respond too well. Like trying to register for Club Vistara Membership and other stuff. I had to take help of customer service executive to create my club vistara account as mobile site was not accepting basic information.
Contras: Staff rude from check in to the cabin staff. No comparison to Mid East air lines.
