Prós: On this prop plane, the takeoff and landing was exceptionally smooth. Again, the crew gave outstanding service.
Contras: All was perfect! Thank you.
Prós: Really nice crew, good food and wine, very attentive and accommodating. I’m used to flying spirit and Norwegian and this was a huge upgrade, though there’s not much in flight entertainment. Definitely good and cheap. Will fly again.
Prós: In flight crew is really nice and respectful, seats were comfortable, clean bathrooms, in flight entertainment is good.
Contras: Boarding at Lisbon airport was one of the worst experiences. Passengers were asked to line up at least 30 minutes before boarding started and it was hot in the terminal. As boarding started, passengers were split into groups by boarding zones...premium passengers boarded first as expected, then people with small bags. This is where the problem was because a group of four passengers who had one small bag (that could fit under seat) were allowed to go before passengers in boarding zones A/B. The whole idea is people who could fit bags under their seat would board first, but the tap team made a mess and allowed many passengers with large bags in as well. I was one of the last ones to be boarded and stranded on the line for over 40 minutes with my backpack...after traveling for a month and being delayed in Rome, last thing you want is stupid mistakes like this to cause you stress.

Prós: The crew was responsive to needs that came up.
Contras: The flight was delayed by an hour and we didn’t actually leave for two hours because the boarding process was so disorganized. They had us line up over an hour before we could actually board the plane. People are so irritable that a shouting fight broke out in the process. The screens on the back of the seats work inconsistently. No wifi. And this was on the Dreamliner! not the worst flight I’ve been on but negatives definitely outweighs positives.

Prós: When you lose your phone in the business class seat and a technician goes to find it once you land in Zurich and the day that it has miraculously disappeared there isn’t much to like at all about Swiss Airlines. Swiss Airlines isn’t going to hear the end of this is they don’t agree to replace my son’s phone. My husband is a lawyer and we are prepared to bring this to the public.
Contras: My son dropped his phone in business class seat and the ground staff technician claimed it wasn’t there. Theft at its best! Swiss Air better take responsibility for their shady staff and agree to replace my don’s Phone promptly or we will take this to the public eye and courts. I’m sure we could get a big class action suit.

Prós: Crew was lovely! Friendly and happy. Well organized and responsive.
Contras: Overseas flight seats were tight going and coming, and being that long a flight you feel you are sitting on top of your neighbors. Air quality descends on a long full flight, it became claustrophobic by the end. There was only an option for vegetarian-vegan, but I am not vegan. I won't do that again. My daughter's bag didn't make to SFO, even though we were early to check in.
Contras: Seats and leg space were uncomfortable, staff could have been friendlier and more presentable (cleaner appearance)
Prós: Everything was as expected except for the inconvenience of no having food on board.

Prós: Flight took off on time. Plane is big and seats are good for people up to 6 feet tall and comfortable fior people up to 220 lbs. Crew was excellent from checking in til landing. I will travel again with Air Europa but I will take a sandwich or two with me just in case pasta is being served. Flight was from Madrid to Miami. On my flight from Miami to Madrid the food (chicken) and everything was excellent. Oct 14 2018

Contras: At the check in they made me pay 50€ for my luggage. This is really upsetting because from Houston to Venice they didn't make me pay. Either the website wasn't transparent or the lady at the desk made a mistake. Very upsetting, one luggage should be included.

Contras: I ordered Wheel chair for my parents but one of them didn't get it at all. When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines.

Prós: Zee was our flight attendant and she was absolutely wonderful. Personable, attentive, and she made sure each and every person on the plane was comfortable and happy, going so far as to move solo passengers to empty rows so they could have more space. I wish she could be on every flight I take.

Contras: Extremely disorganized boarding process. We were not called to board by our seat numbers. Rather, we were gathered like cattle right up to the doors of the plane. Once we stood bunched up together for approximately 15 minutes, half us were instructed to exit outside and board the plane through the rear. Very unpleasant experience.
Contras: They lost my luggage
Contras: I bought extra baggage service and my credit card was debited for 40 euros 2 weeks before the flight. On the day of the flight I logged on to make sure I actually have the extra baggage, turned out my account doesn't show it. So I buy another extra baggage thinking that there must be a mistake, and my card was debited again. In the airport, I was told that the system does not show any extra baggage and that I have to pay 200 euros as a penalty! After I protested, I was given a number to call to fix the issue. I tried calling for 20 min with no answer. The employee then tells me "Oh there's no-one there on Sundays" Which he failed to mention when he gave me the number. So we came to the agreement that I have to pay an extra 40 euros because the boarding time was getting close. The next day I try to call with no answer, I send an email with no answer! I was charged 3 times for one extra baggage with no response to my complaint. Not only lousy but absent customer service!
Prós: LATAM overbooked my flight and I had to take a flight 13 hours later and wasted an entire day in the air port

Contras: We didn't select our meal option for vegetarian because the last time we did we ended up with a horrible, horrible, hockey puck like dry food option. We assumed there would be a cheese pasta option, as there usually is, well we were completely wrong. Both options were meat, even the salad had meat in it. So we got a roll with butter, a tiny fruit, and a disgusting wet dessert. Even the breakfast was meat and cheese. I got online to select our meal option for our return trip, and the options are out of control. We have a lacto-ovo-vegetarian option, whatever that is
Prós: airlines could have mentioned that the second leg would require going thru security again and would take a very long time and that I should do this immediately after disembarking even though a gate had not yet been assigned. As A consequence of an intensive interview process before boarding the international leg of the trip (initially only two reps processing everyone on the plane for a few minutes each) the plane left the gate late. It also lost another 15 -20 minutes in flight making it 30 minutes late and I missed my connection in Miami necessitating me to spend a night in a motel and finish my flight the next day.
Contras: Had the crew enabled me to be first off the plane I would have made the connection but I lost an additional 20-25 minutes being seated in the rear of the plane
Prós: We were lucky that the flight was not full, more space and comfort. Our special meals ordered in advance were provided how ever a little limited Flight was generally smooth and we arrived earlier than scheduled even though we have left later than scheduled. Great service. New, Clean and comfortable aircraft The process while in transit at Lomé was fast and simple.
Contras: The fasten seatbelt was constantantly on (not only while in turbulence) Though we had two full rows available for us, the seat handles could not be lifted; hence the full row could not be utilized... No entertainment at all. This can be advised ahead for you to come with adequate tablet.
Prós: There were great movies and games.
Contras: Then boarding process wasn’t organized. The food was nasty. The space between seats were minimal

Prós: This was a 12 hour flight that didn’t feel like 12 hours. They movies and other entertainment was very good with new and older movies that didn’t disappoint. The food was great all the way through to the farewell piece of chocolate.
Contras: The seats on this flight were very tight. I am 5’8 and felt super cramped. The seats themselves were not that bad just small and not a lot of space. If you fly with them don’t expect to kee anything under the seat with you. Also the whole boarding process is a big cluster! There is no real organization to the line or who they are boarding. Make sure you get in the line quickly or you could be waiting awhile.
