Contras: At check in, our carry-on bag was 1lb over weight and we were told we would need to check our two bags. We saw several individuals with much larger bags boarding the plane.
Prós: Unfortunately there is not one positive thing I can say
Contras: The service was Appalling, this is supposed to be an international flight, I asked numerous times for the WiFi as there is no entertainment on a long haul flight. I asked for water and wine and was more than happy to pay the staff kept telling me they would return and didn’t. I’m not sure what they were always in a hurry to do other than to avoid providing good service. This was not the cheapest flight when I booked and this airline should come with a warning, poor service, equally disappointing food no drinks and no entertainment. If I had know this I would have paid more or flown with an airline that has an acceptable standard for an international flight and the service that should be provided. I feel at fault as I didn’t know an airline like this existed. I just thought it’s european and international and it will be fine. I was truly so uncomfortable and upset. On my way home I was charged $150 euro for my bags which I was under the impression my bags were included. There was no stating of this high cost, once again I would have flown with another airline if I knew of this and didn’t pay leaving America as it said my bags were covered. I hope something is done to make sure it’s clear to customers that this is a horrible and basic airline and it wasn’t cheap. I’m disappointed in all involved and have learnt a lesson but I am dreading this flight home I am about to take. Regards Hannah

Contras: I asked male attendant for pillow and blanket , he said no!!!!!!!!!!! foot rest would not stay in upright position, I could not remove remote from back of chair, outlet for headphones was broke.

Contras: cold night in Vienna, pre-boarded then waiting on the bus for 15 min (with doors open) before driven to the plane. then again landing in Lisbon, off the plane then bused to the terminal. slow

Contras: The HVAC system was apparently defective and passengers in the mid-section of the plane, myself included, were bundled up in winter jackets and blankets.
Contras: There was only one agent checking in business class passengers until a bunch of us complained. The Swiss business lounge is too small with not enough seats

Contras: My son got to the kiosk and they told him the flight was boarded and he missed the flight. They offered him a ticket for 380 dollars which he did not have to leave Friday two days later. Fortunately I was on the phone and bought a ticket on line. What can be done? Why must we pay for others mistakes

Contras: the flight was greatly delayed with no direct communication to ticket holders. Boarding was a nightmare. many people were confused about what line to stand in, when to board, etc. they did not have any signs to indicate boarding instructions, personal were slightly rude, and English was very poor. The airline did provide a voucher but was not useful since the time they gave them out was too close to boarding time and was not redeemable at the arrival airport.
Prós: It was on time
Contras: I booked my ticket month ago. Know I’ll travelling with my suite case, so I booked with 1 piece carry luggage option. But at orly airport the Eagle Azur company charged me 50€ euro for the luugage.
Prós: Nothing at all
Contras: We had our boarding passes and claimed couldn't check us in because couldn't find us in system. We had a receipt to pay the bags online and woman wouldn't look at it or even acknowledge it or accept it and re charged us double for our baggage an overall nightmare will never fly this airline again

Prós: The flight was generally fine. It was on time with friendly service.
Contras: Food service was confusing. We were in row three and the food cart whizzed by without stopping until about row 10. Finally, I needed to push the call button to get attention. That was ignored, but I finally got service by getting the direct attention of a flight attendant. The reservation system did not work well for me. I tried to order a special seat at an extra price and I tried to order checked baggage at the discounted on-line method. Neither worked even though I received a message that both requests were accepted at an added cost. So I needed to go to a separate counter to pay for our extras and get boarding passes. This seems very inefficient for you and an inconvenience for us.
Contras: Flight was delayed more than an hour due to mishandling of baggage - was at runway for takeoff and was called back to the gate because a bag was loaded that should not have been.
Contras: The planes floor plan showed bathrooms which I avoided. But there were none at that spot so we lost out on more comfy seats.
Prós: Check-in at BWI could not have been nice/more courteous. Great flight and crew!

Prós: Nothing. The fact that I booked my ticket via British Airways, but operated by Iberia made my situation very confusing. Iberia didn't offer me a connection flight from MAD to VLC when there was a 6 hours delay from JFK to MAD.
Contras: Partner airline should have a better process to help customers when the help is needed the most! There was neither ownership nor responsibility held accountable by Iberia to help me find a connection flight between MAD to VLC. I had to pay for a Renfe ticket on my own to get to VLC - Nightmare!

Contras: The “vegetarian” option was tuna which isn’t vegetarian and there was no vegetarian snack. With the hundreds of dietary and religious food restrictions you would think having a vegetarian option would be much more attainable.. They also didn’t make an announcement about our flight being late.
Contras: More chose in meals. I flew to and from within a week. All I had were chicken, chicken and chicken for snack too.

Contras: The hidden baggage fees was a surprise when checking in. I have never not been allowed one check in bag for an flight from Europe to the US. The crew did what was needed but made you feel like they were doing you a favour by showing up for work. Other airlines such as emirates, ethiad, virgin Australia all make a person feel welcome with great attention to detail international flight from Europe to the US. I will never fly air Europa again as I feel they are dishonest. The charge for the headphones is ridiculous when the entertainment is limited (most tv series will have one episode and the shows are old) The food was sub par. The sandwich with one sliver of ham was pathetic and the main meal was lacking with only chicken and rice, a small desert, no fruit/ salad and or crackers with cheese which is the norm on international flights.
