They don't feel cheap like the USA airlines these days. Free entertainment, real food, free alcoholic drinks. Pilot gave my kids a tour of the cockpit and gave them a wings pin and a little toy airplane. Flight attendants are kind and efficient. AND they were the cheapest option. I want to always fly them if possible!

Premium economy was very comfortable on Iberia. Their advertisements are true. We also got a great fare. Checkin at Madrid was pretty quick and security moved right along.

Getting on the plane was an adventure. Note clear where they wanted groups to go. Food was ok; drinks limited in choice.

That we arrived safely and on time

The food was horrible for such a long flight and the seats were uncomfortable. Most airlines have neck braces to place one's head on. Neither flight had anything for one's head. I had my own blanket fortunately because it was cold...then hot... If one did not have an iPad or computer watching anything was impossible on a 6 hour flight. Never going to take this flight again aGAIN...NEVER PAID ADDITIONAL ON SUCH A LONG FLIGHT FOR SEATS. NEXT TIME I'LL STAND.

Movie selection, drinks

Kayak/JustFly charged us a fee to pre-select our seats which was appealing traveling with a baby. However, upon checking in, we found that the seats were not reserved and the fee was a marketing ploy. The airline attempted to separate our family of 3, but luckily it was not a full flight and we were able to sit together with no help from Kayak, JustFly, British Airways, or American. Kayak/JustFly made the experience of traveling overseas with a baby more challenging than it otherwise would have been which is a terrible way to conduct business. We will never be using these services again and will tell family and friends to do the same.

My flight to Frankfurt was a disaster. Delays at LGA caused me to miss the connection. Two very nice AA customer service phone staff attempted to help by booking me on a Lufthansa/United flight out of JFK that same evening. HOWEVER, I got to JFK only to discover I had NOT been ticketed. A lengthy call to AA resulted a a lame apology -“we don’t do that” they claimed, but the had previously! And had booked me, so what the heck was this??? I’m still fuming!

Lies! They rebooked me on a Lufthansa flight out of JFK and I got there only to discover “they had made a mistake.” Utter garbage excuses.

Although I should now be at my final destination, I still have 11 hrs of travel to go. My flights were changed three times. The first cancelation caused me to buy new tickets at a higher price I had originally purchased them at. We were redirected from Kayak to Vayamo and they have no sense of customer service. Horrible

Service, the way the pilot communicated our delay and the food and beverage

My round trip ticket was purchased and in the confirmation it stated that it included one free checked bag. i also went online to reserve a window seat which cost 12.95. When I got to the airport I was told I had to pay 110 for my one checked bag as well as they had moved me to an aisle seat. Basically scammed me out of 122.95. I have complained with ygthe airline and if it is not resolved I will not be flying with them again.

As I keep metioning....you guys need to be more generous with the Victoria program. I fly you guys a minimum of 7 or 8 times a year, plus numerous partner flights, and what do I get? no free upgrades, 60,000 miles to become gold etc etc

Having the option to watch TV and being fed a meal was nice. The aircraft was more comfortable than the one we had just flown on, so that was a plus as well.

Like any flight, it is almost impossible to sleep, which we were hoping to be able to do since we flew overnight.

Very uncomfortable seats again with no head rest. I have not had this on any flight of any length for a very long time. Most seats have the adjustable head rest. WHO EVER HEARD OF HAVING TO PAY ADDITIONAL FOR SEATS. AND I PAID TWO TIMES AS I CHANGED MY FLIGHT TO AN EXIT ROW SO PAID DOUBLE...TWO TIMES WHICH IS HIGHWAY ROBBERY.

Our flight leaving Boston was delayed by 2 hours due to a mechanical issue. So, we missed our connection in Lisbon to Venice (our final destination). We were rerouted from Lisbon to Rome and then to Venice, turning our 2 leg journey into a 3 leg flight. We were offered just 16 euros worth of food vouchers for our trouble. We asked for lounge access because missing our connection meant we had to cool our heels in the Lisbon airport for 3 hours until our flight to Rome took off. We were told we'd have to pay for the lounge! Then, our flight to Rome was delayed. We stood at the gate for 40 minutes past boarding time. No staff even announced that the plane was delayed or how long we should expect to wait. When we finally got to Rome, we had 10 minutes to make our connection to Venice. We lost an entire day in Venice.

We missed our connection Lisbon to Venice because our plane out of Boston was delayed. We flew TAP Lisbon to Rome and then Alitalia to Venice. Our fight to Rome was delayed. We were never told the plane was delayed or how long we should expect to wait. We just stood at the gate waiting to board and time ticked further and further past the boarding time listed on our tickets.

All hope was lost until Greg came to our rescue. We made our connecting flight on time and didn’t have to reschedule the entire trip until the next day- losing out on lodging and plans abroad.

The way this flight was cancelled due to weather and couldn’t be rescheduled by anyone at the airport, on the phone — knowing it was due to the size of the plane and the weather conditions. I wasn’t even offered a voucher or accommodation for what I was being told would be a 24-hour delay. That was until we met Greg, he literally saved our trip and our experience with American Airlines.

Attendants did not check on us for about four hours, and it was not a red-eye. So, a snack or drink would have been noce.

Not much room for middle seat folks. Went to BA counter, only to be redirected to American Airlines. I was not aware of this change until I got to airport. Perhaps a heads up next time, it would be greatly appreciated.

This was the worst flight I've ever experienced. There was an incessant, loud high-pitched buzzing noise for the entire duration of the flight (we were seated in the very back row so it was particularly loud for us, but others further up said it was bad for them too). Also, we had straight turbulence for over two hours. I've never gotten sick on a plane before, and my husband never gets motion sickness, but we both threw up (and I think several others did, too). I don't blame the crew for any of this, as I know most, if not all, of it was out of their control. However, I would be very nervous to flight TAP again due to this experience.

I have traveled with Air Portugal numerous time. Here is a little country very proud of having its own airline company and they do great. The value is great.

No power @ seats. No Internet, no spirits just wine and beer. seats are not padded enough for 7 hour flight.. Old equip.

My round trip ticket was purchased and in the confirmation it stated that it included one free checked bag. i also went online to reserve a window seat which cost 12.95. When I got to the airport I was told I had to pay 110 for my one checked bag as well as they had moved me to an aisle seat. Basically scammed me out of 122.95. I have complained with ygthe airline and if it is not resolved I will not be flying with them again.

The flight was uneventful.

The food was edible. The entertainment display was old. Not much leg room.
