Prós: Crew.. single person was okay. Overall company operation plus late flight was poor

Contras: Luggage handling could be better. Flight on schedule will be good.

Contras: The pancake was not cooked enough couldn’t eat it

Contras: Checking in was quite annoying because BA canceled our return and over the phone but we still had to transfer all our information upon checking. Boarding rather chaotic. Random searches were not organized. Seats were okay. Food just edible. Mostly the staff was polite and there was one attendant in coach who was very pleasant. Shoulder length blonde hair, she was genuine and cheerful. It was an okay flight, but my experience was more comfortable and the feeling of being dealt with as a person was more evident on my flight to London w BA. I appreciate that the flight went well but American Airlines still has a long way to go in customer genuine service and experience.

Prós: The Capain kept us well nformed

Contras: 4 hours trip, international, and only food to purchase.

Prós: The time and the route and seat pitch.

Contras: Food and crew.

Contras: Food service was pay only on a 3.5 hour flight. This meant there was a good cart blocking the aisle THE ENTIRE FLIGHT! Nobody could get by to use the bathroom or to walk around. There was almost always two people in each direction blocked by the cart. From what I could observe, the cart wasn’t even stocked with the items people were ordering, as a flight attendant was CONSTANTLY running back and forth to the galley to get items that weren’t on the cart! The setup of this food service was HORRIFIC even for me who didn’t order anything. They never even were able to take orders from everyone- never even asked if I wanted anything. I don’t think I will fly British Airways again.

Contras: 1 hour delay in departure from Lisbon

Prós: Are you kidding? Its BA. Nothing but the time and route were good.

Prós: Nice crew, good food.

Contras: Both bathroom were not working in business class area.

Prós: Great atmosphere, crew was excellent!

Contras: I’m 6’5”, so legroom can always be a complaint, but this wasn’t too bad. The plane appeared to be fairly old and didn’t have WiFi. Entertainment also was on an older screen which was navigated by using an old in-seat phone.

Prós: Loved the smooth ride.

Contras: Bathroom was pretty nasty

Contras: A little bit chaotic when they loaded two planes at the same time in a very tight space in Amsterdsm but this was most likey an airport soecific design issue and not a KLM issue. The flight was as good as can be expected fir an international flight. The staff was great

Prós: Very friendly and responsive crew. Announcements from the Capitan and chief of flight attendants are very informative and comforting. Seat positions: very good leg room (even in economy)!

Contras: Newer airplane, as 747s are kind of outdated now, especially for long distance flights. But overall had good experience with KLM
