Several passengers were standing in the aisles when the plane pushed back from the gate and numerous seats were still in recline position when we took off."
Prós: "I purchased a ticket for what I believed was a good dead from buenos Aires to bariloche through flight network.com and when I got to the airport the airline claimed they never received the money which ment I could not get on the plane. The airline representative only told me to contact the agency or if I wanted to buy another ticket for almost double the amount I originally payed for. Very useful...After being on hold for a total of two hours which made me miss my flight I gave up and went home after not having slept since it was an early flight and wasted about 30$ (dollars not pesos) on transportation to and from the airport."

This was one of the worse experiences I have ever had. The staff was disrespectful and would not help us. We ended up taking another flight until the following night!!"

And on my ticket I didn't have the gate number or the terminal, the goalkeeper said he would let me know when the flight was leaving, the hours passed and I didn't hear him calling me. until near the departure time I went to ask the employee and he said that the flight had left a long time ago and that the entrance was on the opposite side of where I was and they did not warn me ... now I'm here at the airport with no place to sleep, waiting for my other flight with a connection to Brasilia that leaves 6 am where I will wait for almost 12 hours to be able to get home. remembering that my flight from São Paulo to Cuiabá was 3 hours long and I will have to wait for almost 24 hours. A goalkeeper was super arrogant with me, gave me no support and even told me that if I was in the United States I would be waiting for 3 days at the airport sleeping on the floor, so it was ok."

Had I realized this was the option, I would have brought my own food. My husband, who eats literally everything, couldn't even eat it, and it was a cheese sandwich. How hard is it to make a bad cheese sandwich? Well, apparently, GOL knows how to do it."
