Prós: "I loved that even during a pandemic, alcohol in glassware and full meals were served in business class (unlike other airlines, so I avoided them). The lighting looked nice, the crew was professional and attentive, and the bathroom was well maintained. The blanket and pillow were comfy as well. I like the 1-2-1 layout in business class, which leaves window seats with a lot of windows and privacy."
Contras: "The headphones were not the most comfortable, sometimes the passenger moving around behind you will shake your seat too, and before take-off the plane was quite hot. Also a lot of the food choices I wanted were gone already but not a big deal as there were many choices."

The flight crew members were all helpful and friendly and I enjoyed the drink (especially suco de maracuja) and snack offerings. As I spoke only limited Portuguese, I greatly appreciated the attempts made by the ground staff and flight crew to communicate with me, both in English and via hand gestures. I am certain that no domestic airline would be so helpful to non-English speakers in the USA!"
Contras: "I realize Azul cannot help being stuck in Terminal 2, but it's not the most comfortable place to wait for a flight. Also, after I walked through the gate, several boarding flights merged confusingly in a single passageway with exits to multiple planes and many people got lost and ended up (temporarily!) on the wrong airplane, despite heroic attempts by the ground crew to direct passenger traffic. There must be a better method than having everyone follow colored lines to the planes - it wasn't working!"

Contras: "The first flight was late so I was worried I'd miss my connection (however connection was delayed too so I made it). Also, I was asked to check in my bag because "the aircraft was full" however when I got on the plane I noticed it was half-empty and there would have been ample overhead room."

Contras: "Our flight was delayed 2.5 hours, during which we had boarded but were told we could not leave our seats even for the bathroom. We were offered a cup of water once during this delay which is inexcusable. (We were also woken up to serve dinner at 1am so that was incredibly inconvenient for an overnight flight) On top of that, I, as well as many others missed our connecting flight. Personally I missed my connection by 20 minutes, which seems a reasonable amount of time to hold a connecting flight with so many people from our flight on that next one. In missing by only 20 minutes, we have lost an entire day of our trip and are spending 9! hours in the airport today. There was no communication between flights clearly. Despite there being an earlier flight we could’ve been placed on after missing our connection - we did not get booked on this flight. I asked why and they just randomly placed people on random flights with no regard for when we showed at the desk. In this scenario, a first come first serve would have alleviated an absolutely awful experience. I will never fly Swiss Air again and will urge people I know to not fly this airline. The experience was extremely frustrating, the best response from an employee was “that’s all I can do for you” and I wish it on no one."

A bit of a pain for a long haul flight of 8 hours...."

Contras: "We paid for Business Class from JFK to TLV. The flight to Tel Aviv was in a small plane with 3 across seats that hardly reclined. We are most unhappy and will complain to American Express Platinum Card."

Prós: "Nothing"
Contras: "The seat seemed smaller and space was very uncomfortable. The boarding process was very painful because we had to wait for a longtime."

Contras: "Couldn't make the connection....Overall....an aweful experience!"

Contras: "Plane was canceled at the last minute with a transfer desk literally assaulted by 100s of people. Only 3 persons on the desk. No lane for sky priority. Queued for nearly two hours before some airport employee gave us instructions to travel by train without any other information or tickets etc. Had to buy my ticket. Couldn’t recuperate my suitcase. Had to wait for it the next day for three hours. Up to this hour I don’t know how I am going to be reimbursed (train and plane)."

Prós: "Very poor sound quality on the earphones. Made it very difficult to watch a movie and almost impossible to listen to music."

Contras: "They start serving late the apperitif before taking off and take it back right after."

Contras: "Initially the flight from Lima was delayed for almost 1:30 and then we lost this connection then Airfrance rebooking to SAS they tell us to take all our luggage’s and check in again it’s was awful and really bad from then walk and spend time we suppose to be quite at home ... the worst was in SAS have ano system and for 1.5 kilos extras you might pay 33€ so after long day and wait, running everywhere with all my staff I see to eat a 11€ menu at the airport with not more explanation from Airfrance .. really bad and worst services.."

Prós: "Service was much better than on the flight from MIA to CDG 3 weeks before - that was very poor. Entertainment was excellent - great selection of movies. Premium Economy was definitely worth the upgrade cost."
Contras: "Boarding was a complete debacle - no control over who went where. Sky Priority line was full of 50 people who weren't Sky Priority, and there was only one person checking passports. The two people at the desk didn't care when I noted this. We were called to the desk in advance of boarding to check passport information. When we got to the check in line, we were taken aside for more passport checking, even though we are US citizens with Trusted Traveler status in the GOES program. We were one of the first people at the departure lounge, and one of the the last to board."

Prós: "Boarding was very efficient"
Contras: "Losing my luggage after checking it at the gate when volunteers were needed."

Prós: "Crew was great"
Contras: "Not enough food"

Prós: "Atendimento à bordo."
Contras: "Conforto à bordo e falta de educação do passageiro da poltrona 48 L. Infelizmente, pela segunda vez minha bagagem é extraviada em Paris. Dessa vez, foi parar em Amsterdã e do chegou à Riga no dia 16, às 22:15 h."

Contras: "I was denied booking because they didn't properly issue my boarding pass. They refused to pay a hotel and kept lying and mistreating me."

Prós: "Iberia is great"
Contras: "Great airline Iberia is great"

Contras: "A refeição servida é horrível, um verdadeiro lixo e uma total falta de respeito. Trata-se de uma porção de arroz branco, com molho de tomate e um hambúrguer. Tudo com uma péssima aparência e sabor. A comida foi requentada várias vezes. Além disso quando se abre refeição, fica a impressão de que sacudiram o recipiente (ou abriram e fecharam mais de uma vez), pois você não consegue abrir sem ficar com a mão toda engordorada. Ao tentar substituir a refeição, as pessoas da Iberia não te atendem prontamente e quando isso ocorre, informam que a outra opção não tem mais. Um prêmio para a Iberia de como tratar mal seus passageiros, não respeitando inclusive a saúde dos mesmos, servindo uma comida pouco saudável. Ao pedir um vinho branco, as pessoas da Iberia, informam que não tem. Depois você verifica que tem, ou seja, a pessoa da Iberia não falou da verdade. Resumindo, uma total falta de respeito. A pior alimentação servida em toda minha vida. Além da péssima educação da tripulação da Iberia. Eles estão treinados apenas para fazer o serviço operacional, quando surge algum problema, é uma grande decepção."

Contras: "I ordered a cava bottle and it was hot. But rest was ok"

Contras: "O voo atrasou muito, ninguém deu satisfação sobre o motivo. As últimas cadeiras da aeronave ficaram com o resto do jantar, sem opção de escolha. Não deram água, e quando deram foi meio copo."

Prós: "The flight attendants were really nice and kind and the onboard entertainment was nice"
Contras: "LEG ROOM! This was less than normal space! The seats were so close to each other I couldn’t even straighten up my knees! This is a long haul flight, it is not humane to keep people folded in 3 for 12h!"

Contras: "Seats are hard, no leg space, no elbow space, the upright is 90degrees. The crew is not helpful, to the point and act like they are doing you a favor by being there. In one instance the attendant told a passenger "you can move your bag, or I will move it for you." To another passenger, without prev"

Contras: "Even though 1 of the 3 stewards was really excellent at everything (foremost his impecable attitude towards passengers), nothing is really standing out anymore in IBERIA 1st class. It used to be extremely good, but now everything is banal. No attention to detail or pleasantness. The one thing that really concerns me is that Spanish stewards, more the women than the men, are becoming more rude than before. I understand that some passengers must be a hassle from time to time, but this is their one and only job, so a nice attitude is of the utmost importance."

Contras: "The flight to Madrid from Porto left so late I missed my connecting flight to Bilbao and I so I took a bus to my destination."

Contras: "Nem água serviram. Entendo que era um voo curto, mas nem água? Poltronas que não inclinam... sentei separado do meu acompanhante..."

Contras: "Os comissários eram um pouco antipaticos, falavam muito rápido e sem se importar se entendiamos ou não o que era dito."

Prós: "O atendimento e o serviço no geral foram bons mas precisa melhorar no processo de embarque, na comida servida a bordo e no conforto interno da aeronave."
Contras: "Nosso vôo inicial foi em Zagreb e lá não nos deram o cartão de embarque do próximo trecho que seria de Madrid a São Paulo. Chegando no aeroporto de Madrid, precisamos ficar numa fila enorme para passar na imigração, depois em outra fila bem demorada para pegar o cartão de embarque e novamente uma fila imensa para outra imigração na hora de embarcar de noite para São Paulo. Não entendi porque não deram os dois cartões de embarque lá em Zagreb, como todas as companhias aéreas fazem. Mais de uma hora antes do embarque, recebi um e-mail da Iberia, achei ótimo. Dizia que já havia iniciado o embarque. Corremos para o portão e lá chegando havia uma fila imensa de passageiros já posicionados para embarcar. Não havia indicação visível de qual fila nós deveríamos entrar. Depois de muito perguntar, e de entrar na fila errada, consegui achar a minha fila. Ficaram todos os passageiros ali em pé, esperando mais de 40 minutos para iniciar o embarque. Terrível. Só posso elogiar os atendentes no sentido de fazerem as pessoas que estavam em fila errada a irem para o final da fila deles, mas não culpo as pessoas por estarem na fila errada pois eu mesmo demorei muito para entender onde deveria me posicionar. Se o embarque só começa no horário marcado, não entendi porque fazer todos ficarem de pé mais de 40 minutos na fila. Eu mesma deixei de ver as lojas do free shop por achar que estava muito atrasada. A comida era bem básica e o café da manhã fraco. Os comissários demoram muito para recolher o lixo e ficamos esperando com a mesa aberta um tempão. Enfim... precisa melhorar em alguns aspectos."

Prós: "O voo atrasou mais de uma hora por falha mecânica. No resto foi tudo bem."

Contras: "Tivemos atraso no primeiro voo de Dublin para Madrid, da própria companhia Iberia. Quanto chegamos em última chamada no portão de embarque de Madri para São Paulo, descobrimos que nossos assentos haviam sido vendidos."

Prós: "Tranquilo o voo"
Contras: "Check in sem filas organizadas. Fica uma aglomeração de pessoas dificultando o embarque. Ar condicionado fraco."

O meu assento era o ultimo de todos, os bagageiros estavam todos lotados, e a aeromoça ao ver meu tamanho (1,84cm) me perguntou se eu me importaria de mudar de assento. Obviamente não me importei, e pude sentar na saída de emergência, super confortavelmente. Simplesmente foram uns docinhos!! Obrigada Ibéria!!!!"

Contras: "The seats are cramped, no leg room. The passenger in front of me reclined her seat and spent the majority of the flight in my lap. The temperature on the plane was hot. if you're in an aisle seat you might feel the air conditioner but not if you're in the center of the row. There are not air vents above the seats. This was a long flight to be miserable."

Prós: "The flight itself was fine"
Contras: "The agents at check in were rude and unhelpful despite the fact that I was traveling business class. One even tried to tell me what it is like to fly in the US, that it is worse than in Spain."

Contras: "Airliner contracted out to another flight operator. We looked up and down the terminals trying to find the sign for IBERIA to no avail. It was quite hectic and stressful to arrive to the airport and not see your airline booth anywhere. No signage or anything there of to indicate Iberia or the other operator taking over this Iberia's flight. Then they wanted to charge for my carry-on saying it is too large. Went back and forth arguing for about 10 minutes then I found the bag sizing stand and demostrated to them my carry-on bag fits inside the bars as indicated in their sign. They said oh well it looks large from here. Customer Service is non. It is more Customer Harrassment. DO YOU PAY YOUR CUSTER SERVICE REPS Commission for every checked bag or something? Too bad there aren't many more options but I am considering going to social media to with this. NOT HAPPY and not flying with IBERIA anytime soon. SEnd me my refund!"
