Basically the company want to get my Money forced me to pay for extra weight."

What is exactly am I supposed to do in Bogota, Columbia for an unexpected additional 24 hours? I had no money, and my credit card wouldn't work there. This was the worst airline experience in my life. Absolutely horrible. I will never travel with Avianca again. Avianca staff spoke hardly any English, so I couldn't hardly communicate with them either. Horrible."

My husband had to keep calling different #'s to try to get ahold of someone to tell them about our luggage."

She had no interest in helping us resolve this issue until I had To get assertive and threaten to file a complaint. I boarded the flight and the flight attendants questioned us why Y wasn’t on the flight. I told them she was stopped. After lots of back and forth the woman at the gate realized the mistake. Y boarded the flight. We didn’t receive an apology for the horrendous treatment of a customer. At this point we had nowhere to store carryon."

Contras: "I arrived 3 hours early to my flight, which I had been notified that morning of a 2hr delay. Fortunately the woman who checked me in realized there was 1 seat available on the last flight that would get me to Lima in time for my connection flight (departing same time as my flight pre-delay). She personally got me to the front of the line, and ran with me just about to the gate, where I caught a shuttle to the plane. If she hadn't done so, and if I hadn't checked in so early, I would have been forced to stay in Lima 24hrs, despite buying a rightful seat and having reservations in Buenos Aires. It is appalling and unacceptable that y'all continue to overbook flights, causing incredible trouble, inconvenience and potential harm to your customers. For a service that costs so much, the only acceptable delays are weather and mechanically related. if it hadn't been for amazing staff immediately, I would've been furiously waiting in a city I didn't need or want to be in. Customer service will continue to grow your business or impede it negatively-- how y'all act is up to you. I appreciate how well I was taken care of by several kind individuals."

La verdad no creo volver a viajar con Latam."

Prós: "There was great service at the desk when I needed to have my flight rescheduled. Friendly staff in flight as well."
Contras: "Having less than an hour to deplane, go through immigration, them security just isn't enough time between flights. I missed my plane as Guadalajara immigration took almost 2 hours at 5:45am. I then had to add another flight to my itinerary. Planes are somewhat old."

Contras: "No announcements for landing. I usually wouldn't complain about arriving early but my shuttle was not available for two hours so the early arrival added that time to my wait time."

Contras: "A horrible flight!!! We arrived at 5:04pm then we sat on the tamarac for 40 minutes before they could find a gate for us!!!! What a horrible lack of management!’ Who runs this airport/airline!? At the end they moved us to completly different terminal!!! Had to find a new transportation to the hotel!!! Again, what a horrible display of management skills!!"

Contras: "Upon deplaning in Cancun, an attendant asked me if I was staying there. I indicated that I was not, that I had a connection. He clearly knew I was about to be led astray, but he did nothing to prevent it. Maybe there was nothing he COULD do, but if so, why bother to ask?"
Prós: "Boarding went smoothly."
Contras: "Aeromexico was unable to provide the boarding pass for our second flight on the itinerary (operated by Delta) when we checked in in Mexico City (our checked bags were tagged all the way to Minneapolis though). They informed us that we would need to go to the Delta ticket counter when we arrived in Cancun (with a short layover). This is an unacceptable level of service."
Contras: "I had to document my luggage in every airport"
Contras: "Got to the airport 2 hours before my flight to fly domestically. Waited 1.5 hours in line. Everyone who worked there didn't give a damn about anyone's situation. This isn't the first time the experience was miserable. I recommend viva or volaris. This airline can't get it together."

Contras: "Every AM flight I've taken has taken off and landed with delay. We sit on tarmac or stand at the gate with no announcements from crew, captain, or gate attendants. Rude and inattentive attendants (asked three times for Screen to be refreshed as it didn't work) and each time request ignored. Inedible food, old planes. Yuck."
Contras: "They had a problem with media system, so this way we cannot see any movies"
Contras: "We fly in 777 plane, but the crew member already occupied all of my overhead baggage space. I need to move two seat back for my bag. I am already the first passenger on board of the plane. That also cost the other passenger think I occupied their baggage space and be not too friendly with me during the trip. The notice board in the airport is confuse, we know the gate and the depart time, but no one show up until 120 min before the plane depart. And finally the plane delay and no information show the plane will delay for how long. Bad information in the counter My handle of the sit is broken I have photo to proof if you would need it, I save it with me. The lighting system in the plane is very stupid or may be the crew don't know how to operate, every time they just turn on all the light no matter we are sleep or not! This is a red eye flight passenger should have a choice to not get disturb, when the light on I need to turn it off every time! And the next passenger don't really know how to turn the light off that always on during the flight! Super bad flying experience. Not comfortable at all. Can't sleep much!"

Contras: "I purchased a first class ticket, but the airline changed Equipment to a plane without a first class cabin. I was unceremoniously bumped back to coach and placed in front of two screaming children who proceeded to yell, kick my seat and hit me in the head for the entire flight. Never fly aeromexico"

Contras: "I never got to fly !!! I was flying to Rio de Janeiro from USA and my flight got canceled, so I never made it to Rio therefore I wasn’t able to fly to São Paulo . I called you guys and the airline to see what you could do for me . Very bad customer service considering there’s a pandemic. I understand certain flights are non refundable but during the circumstances you could’ve gave a voucher to use later but instead you tried to charge me more money to make changes when I didn’t even know when I was able to fly. To all this I lost my money and my chance to fly later . Never again I will buy anything from Kayak . You just lost a customer!!!"

Contras: "I had payed for an seat Gol + Conforto and one of the benefits was that the hand baggage compartment supposed to be exclusive to the people that bought this seat, so when I was entrancing into the aircraft one of the people of the GOl crew said that I’ll have to drop my baggage because the flight was full. I told that I had bought the Gol + Confort that have exclusive compartment to the hand baggage and I had showed my receive of the seat but they sayd that this benefits do not exist and took my baggage of me to drop off. It was an absurd and the worse thigh was that when I arrived at my seat, the exclusive space for my baggage was there available for my baggage and I had to drop off because the employee of the Gol didn’t know about this benefit of Gol + Confort seat and didn’t check out if really wasn’t space to my baggage"

Contras: "Gol decided to charge 35 Reals for each checked baggage. As a result most passengers do not check their bagagge and the crew has to do tetris during 20 minutes in order to accomodate all on-board items. This produces tension among passangers and the crew."
Contras: "Flight time was changed quite substantially from the time when I bought the ticket, therefore I simply did not take the trip."
