The flight & the attendants were all great - the food was good & the entertainment was good.
The flight was delayed by almost an 1 hr. waiting for the airport to load the luggage. I could not understand the person making the announcements on the plane. It was garbled & so none of us really knew what he said on any of his announcements, We arrived at D.C. & we did not get our luggage. They said at the D.C. airport we would receive an email within 24 hours regarding our luggage. We didn't. They gave us a # to call - no one answered that #. We were supposed to get an email with our case # - we didn't. We were told on the plane we would get a bag of necessities - but we didn't. My husband had to keep calling different #'s to try to get ahold of someone to tell them about our luggage.
Service is terrible, flight attendants don't seem to be very professional. Snack was terrible quality (two pieces of cheese and 6 grapes), breakfast was bad too. Quality of wine was bad, no Champagne, cheap Cava Entertainment system outdated, seat not very comfortable.
Non stop flight from Boston to Panama City. Baggage claim was quick, huge improvement from past experiences at this airport. Meal was included as well as drinks, and no carry or checked bag fees. Boarding was done quickly and efficiently.
Will do web check in next time to avoid wait for check-in and bag drop. Bathroom condition got pretty bad mid-flight but that's not really the airlines fault as it was initially clean.
El personal es muy atento, no hubo retraso, nos dieron refrigerio y bebidas... definitivamente volvería a viajar con ellos
Panamá Airport is so disgusting smell bad, the terminal was dirty, trash everywhere on the floor I was there for 2 hrs I didn't see housekeeper cleaning arounf. Unacceptable that don't offer wifi free ( Tampa or Costa Rica international airport) to make our stay more easy. I love to fly with COPA but I hate how COPA manager their airport I think we as a passenger deserves better environmental.
