Prós: "You guys cancelled my trip 2 hrs before take off. I received an email at 12:20 saying that my card didn't go through after telling me earlier it was paid for very disappointed . I had to rush to the airport couldn't by my ticket because they don't sell at counter and then was on phone with air Serbia for 45 mins before I could buy my flight on a long distance call which will probably cost me $50."

We had 2 connecting flights, all the stops that we did was always behind schdual, staff was nice but late! the worst part is, our final destination 20+ people lost there luggage including me! My dad and aunt flew with are serbia aswell and they also lost there luggage..! My dad and aunt got there luggage after 1-2days after ther flight but its a big inconvenience i have no update on my luggage yet hopeing it will be here tomorrow."

Wasn't given a chance to do so, since you didn't bother to advertise a clear email or available contact info to which I could speak. Now you're asking me for online check in and a review? Well, your customer service is terrible, that's for sure..."

Contras: "We boarded our flight from gate C7, which as is common in Eastern Europe, a bus gate. To enter the gate, we were completely rescreened, although we had been screened to go from Bucharest to Belgrade. We waited on the bus for 15 minutes. Only a few seats on the bus so it is a standup experience. Finally the bus started driving to the parked planes, but turned away and drove to a where you would exit the bus after arriving. They told everyone to go upstairs where they explained that there was a "technical problem" on then plane and it would be delayed an hour. They sent everyone to gate A4a, where everyone was prescreened again. We waited in a hot gate for an hour, then boarded the bus and to make a long story short, we arrived in Zagreb 1 and a quarter hours late."

Contras: "I am almost 2 meter tall (6'4) and I asked more than 30 days before the flight to receive a seat with extra room for the legs, I was told that the flight was fully booked and there are no seat that are available. I then asked for the same in the check-in and received a similar answer. When I arrived to the plain I saw that I can't seat because there is no space so I asked the flight crew to try and find a solution but they said they can't do nothing. Only after I insisted and spoke with the cabin manager they checked and found a place - in fact there were 2 seats with extra room for the legs that were available!! and the flight had many other open seats (they just lied about it). A lot of the personal television did not work and the crew did not assist and did not solve the problem, but just said that this happens and that they can't do anything. This is just ridicolus for a more than 8 hours flight! The airconditioning did not work properly and it was exteremly hot. In general it was an horrible experience, the crew was very unpleasent and did not want to help and the food was just disgusting. I do not recommend to anyone to fly with Air Serbia, you better pay the extra money and fly with a real company."

Contras: "I had to run as fast as I could to catch my connecting flight in Abu Dabi. Online it said I had a 1.5 hour layover but when I arrived I had 7 minutes to get to the other side of the airport. They also lost my luggage."
Prós: "Short flight so the lack of enterntainmet was not a problem. Clean airplane, tidy and very friendly staff. Food and drinks very fine compared to duration of the flight. Deparure on time, same with arrival."
Contras: "As I said this flight was on time, but the previous, CDG - BEG was delayed one hour."

Contras: "This is a rating for our entire experience which was awful. In our area you were unable to check in online or use a kiosk. That meant every person on the flight had to check in at the airport. There were no lines, no directions, just a mob at the desk. Once onboard the intercom went out during taxi. We had to turn around. No information was given as we sat on the taxiway. We finally took off late and again no information was given about connections. When we asked we were told "don't worry the Belgrade airport is small". luckily the flight from Belgrade to Athens was also late so we made the connection. Departing Athens was difficult as well. Online Air Serbia was showing our flight was cancelled due to a possible air traffic controller stike which did not happen. We called Air Serbia and were informed the flight was not cancelled. "Just show up at the airport" we were told. We showed up more than 2 hours early and waited in line to be told we were not in their system along with 2 other couples by a very curt airport employee. We waited an hour, despite all of us having proof of paid tickets. Again, no information was given. They finally confirmed the first leg, Athens to Belgrade but not the 2nd, Belgrade to Stuttgart. We waited again and finally were given boarding passes. We were not apologized to, offered an up grade or really afforded any customer service. One of the other couples discovered on their own, that due to the possible strike, Air Sebia had indeed cancelled everyone's bookings and "forgot" to re-enter some. Leaving Athens we were also late on take off. Again not given any information and barely made our connection to Stuttgart. At this time given our experience we could not recommend Air Serbia."

Contras: "At JFK our pre booked seats were changed , and I had them changed back, there was some BS excuse for that I was questioning a flight attendant as to why the plum brandy wasn't on the menu,(national drink) I was told to fly first class the next time The flight back from Belgrade to JFK. I was told by the same flight attendant (Ana) that I was holding up the line, I was trying to put the carry on luggage over the seats. There was a 40 min delay in landing, the bathrooms were locked, once again the same flight attendant made a big deal of this, that I have to make it quick. The signs for the 1st class , bathroom should not be visible from the economy class seats because it confuses passengers, in the economy class, some of the passengers were sent back and not allowed to use the bathroom."

Un vuelo de 4 horas sin ninguna opción de entretenimiento, sin WiFi me parece muy pobre para una aerolínea como Iberia.

Fantástico piloto!!!’ Apesar do ciclone tivemos uma aterragem exemplar!!!!!

Os aviões para longa viagem são péssimos , a comida horrível, mal confecionada e não melhora há anos que é frango ou massa, mal confecionada.

Loved the CRJ1000. Quiet and quite confortable.

Contras: "A refeição servida é horrível, um verdadeiro lixo e uma total falta de respeito. Trata-se de uma porção de arroz branco, com molho de tomate e um hambúrguer. Tudo com uma péssima aparência e sabor. A comida foi requentada várias vezes. Além disso quando se abre refeição, fica a impressão de que sacudiram o recipiente (ou abriram e fecharam mais de uma vez), pois você não consegue abrir sem ficar com a mão toda engordorada. Ao tentar substituir a refeição, as pessoas da Iberia não te atendem prontamente e quando isso ocorre, informam que a outra opção não tem mais. Um prêmio para a Iberia de como tratar mal seus passageiros, não respeitando inclusive a saúde dos mesmos, servindo uma comida pouco saudável. Ao pedir um vinho branco, as pessoas da Iberia, informam que não tem. Depois você verifica que tem, ou seja, a pessoa da Iberia não falou da verdade. Resumindo, uma total falta de respeito. A pior alimentação servida em toda minha vida. Além da péssima educação da tripulação da Iberia. Eles estão treinados apenas para fazer o serviço operacional, quando surge algum problema, é uma grande decepção."

Contras: "Arriving at the gate whilst the flight was still boarding, with a boarding pass in my hand, and being told that my seat had been given to someone else because the Airline unilaterally decided that my connecting flight from Bogotá would not arrive in time. Followed by two hours of Iberia staff being surly, not looking me in they eye and doing absolutely nothing about getting me home. I have now been travelling for nearly 30 hours without sleep, am stuck in Madrid with no certainty of when or how I will get home or see my luggage again, and am seriously seriously pissed off. I do accept that things can sometimes go wrong and that it is nobody’s fault. This is definitely somebody’s fault."

Space between seats was minimal. Crew was ordering passengers to take headphones off during security demo. I understand it is important to be attentive, but ultimately you shouldn't be forced to."

Contras: "Awful. My departing city (ZAG) was unable to process tickets for my connecting flight. Upon arrival to (MAD) the gate agent was distributing tickets on a 1st name basis. Literally just handing out tickets without verifying IDs. Not all us PAX received a ticket and were instructed to go to the customer service desk, all the while boarding was ACTIVE at the gate. While at the customer service desk, Iberia showed little attention and/or urgency for us folks who did not have our connecting flight credentials. I finally received a hand-written ticket to board an international flight. My original seat selection was not honored. The overall flight experience was poor and NOT enjoyable."

Chegando no aeroporto de Madrid, precisamos ficar numa fila enorme para passar na imigração, depois em outra fila bem demorada para pegar o cartão de embarque e novamente uma fila imensa para outra imigração na hora de embarcar de noite para São Paulo. Não entendi porque não deram os dois cartões de embarque lá em Zagreb, como todas as companhias aéreas fazem. Mais de uma hora antes do embarque, recebi um e-mail da Iberia, achei ótimo. Dizia que já havia iniciado o embarque. Corremos para o portão e lá chegando havia uma fila imensa de passageiros já posicionados para embarcar. Não havia indicação visível de qual fila nós deveríamos entrar. Depois de muito perguntar, e de entrar na fila errada, consegui achar a minha fila. Ficaram todos os passageiros ali em pé, esperando mais de 40 minutos para iniciar o embarque. Terrível. Só posso elogiar os atendentes no sentido de fazerem as pessoas que estavam em fila errada a irem para o final da fila deles, mas não culpo as pessoas por estarem na fila errada pois eu mesmo demorei muito para entender onde deveria me posicionar. Se o embarque só começa no horário marcado, não entendi porque fazer todos ficarem de pé mais de 40 minutos na fila. Eu mesma deixei de ver as lojas do free shop por achar que estava muito atrasada. A comida era bem básica e o café da manhã fraco. Os comissários demoram muito para recolher o lixo e ficamos esperando com a mesa aberta um tempão. Enfim... precisa melhorar em alguns aspectos."

We missed our connecting flight and we’re rerouted 4 hours later. We’ve missed our boat to Venice and all we received was an 8 euro lunch voucher."

Iberia did not provide any support because they do not have a representative in the Naples airport and as a consequence all the passangers had to call the call center to have the problem solved. It took me four hours on the phone to be able to reschedule my flight. Terrible customer service, never again."

Contras: "The flight was delayed 30 minutes, for no apparent reason; and therefore the connecting time at Madrid for me to get my flight to Chicago, which would have been 60 minutes if the flight was on time, was cut down to 30 minutes. And the terminal where the connection was was 25 minutes away -- and this doesn't include time for immigration at Madrid. I had to run all the way, break the queue, and made it though they had shut the gate and had to re-open it. The connections are poorly timed."

The very rude lady at the boarding gate told us that the flight was full and that we could only board if there were any passengers not showing up. She assured us this was very unlikely to happen and that we will probably have to be allocated in another flight. I was lucky enough to be able to board the plane because there was a guy that was not going to fly with his wife. I was the last one admitted, and therefore the last boarding passenger. I could not believe my eyes when I got on the plane and saw SIX empty seats in business class!!!!! Just so you know, these people sell more tickets than the number of available seats they have in economy class and they rather to leave their overbooked passengers on the ground than to put them (or anybody else) in business class seats. Let alone that the leg room in economy class is ridiculous even for average sized people and I was really uncomfortable. But this is not the end of the story. They lost my suitcase, and at this moment, seven hours after I landed, they do not know where it is and they cannot give me any more information. I will from now on avoid this company as much as I can and I would suggest everybody does the same."

Contras: "Iberia Express uses smaller, Airbus320s and certainly packs passengers in! I'm 6'5"/191cm, and the flight between MAD to NAP almost 3 hours. That's a long time to sit with knees wedged into the unpadded seat in front of you. Window seats have even less room than aisle seats. It also makes things worse when passenger in front wants to fully recline their seat, passenger next to you wants to sprawl out - very claustrophobic! Also, there are no freebies on this flight charging for even a cup of coffee or glass of water!"
Prós: "Boarding process was cool no drama! Plane was super clean. Seats are narrow but not uncomfortable. (Not for a long flight which IBExpress does not do anyway) In flight crew awesome: impeccably dressed and kind. Good selections for purchase. Take off and landing perfect."

I arrived in Sevilla at roughly 10am, well past my time for the second flight. Instead i will arrive at 7:30pm, essentially wiping out 1 of my 8 vacation days from work. Everyone was very kind albeit sometimes unclear with instructions"

Quando existir atrasos nos voos e os passageiros já estão dentro do avião, não deveriam dar so agua os passageiros deveriam dar alguma coisa que possamos comer enquanto esperam

A viagem em si foi impecável. O embarque atrasou e por isso não foi tudo excelente .

I've traveling so many places with many carriers but easyJet by far is the worst in term of customer service particularly from Copenhagen airport. I was departing from Paris and the staffs were very helpful and friendly."

The extra long wait to receive the luggage at baggage claim. The leadership of the company needs to either decide to fix this or find other work. Everything stated above is a reflection of leadership not taking ownership."

Prós: "For a trip lasting less than 2 hours, an agent told me a small personal bag was allowed. After waiting on a huge line to board my plane, turns out I had to shove my bag into my carry on luggage because I was misguided by the EasyJet agent entirely. Awful service in comparison to line lengths and rules, idiotic overlook by staff and generally subpar airline service."
Contras: "Staff agent said a tiny carry on purse was allowed (mine was so small that it could’ve easily slipped into the pocket of the back of the seat in front of me). When I was ready to board I was rushed to stuff my bag in my carry on despite being told previously it was allowed. Also an incident where another passengers water bottle spilled onto my carry on (no doubtedly) because he was forced to stuff the tiniest of all things into his carry luggage) was handled very poorly by staff, with annoyance that we brought it to attention."
Contras: "Easy jet exists today because we, customers have little choice. It’s a typical example of a company that has a good market positioning but is extremely poorly managed. The day a customer centric airline will enter the market, easy jet will gently disappear. The exact thing happened with frech taxis the day uber entered the french market"
Prós: "Liverpool airport is really easy to arrive at and get to your gate. easyJet have some relaxed Liverpool staff and with Liverpool airport and easyJet Liverpool staff you have a relaxed combination."

We were running late due to a connection and the employee told us to wait in line bc there was plenty of time. 15 minutes later and 15 minutes before boarding I went to front again where another woman said yes you need to check bags. Your site is not clear on baggage but that is pricey and should be stated more clearly. The range you state is nonsense. They charge the highest rate listed. There is no range. We boarded a bus to the plane which was also dreadful. We were in very last row. The only positive was that the flight was short!"

Contras: "Absolute worst experience in 15 years of frequent travel. EasyJet flight was cancelled from Paris to Nice incurring and additional 417 euro flight with Air France and 250 euro TAXI from Toulon to nice. Absolute absurdity as there were no other flights to Nice for 2 days. Easy jet then OVERBOOKED me from Nice to Paris. I had to fly Air France AGAIN, an additional 380 euro and I missed my connecting flight from Paris to jfk costing me an additional $800USD. How is this even allowed? WORST company to have ever existed, they must go out of business, contacting BBB and getting the word out on this disgusting company."
