JAL should allow the clients to bypass a travel agency in order to manage the flights. Otherwise we are hostages of the travel agencies."
Três horas dentro do avião enquanto tentavam consertar um problema elétrico. Depois disso adiaram o voo para a manhã seguinte. E ainda atrasaram mais 2h do horário previsto.

Also, for a 13 hour flight, only two meals were served which I think is not enough. By the time the second meal was served I was starving."
