Prós: "My previous flights with Lufthansa have been in business class, which is fabulous. However, on this occasion flew economy because I got an exceptionally cheap ticket. I was pleasantly surprised. Obviously the seat was narrower, but had plenty of legroom. The food in economy in Lufthansa is better than most airlines’ business class meals. The crew is very courteous and professional. You really can’t go wrong with this airline."

There were only two agents and they were working at a snail's pace. It was incredibly frustrating and if this happens often, those flights shouldn't be advertised as connecting."

Overall very poor service, at the very least there should have been a guideline of what steps to take now in the cancelling of the flight E-mail and where to call."

I had no precedence offers the other passengers in deplaning. I was given no help in making my connecting flight. I had to queue up for border control. I had to go up and down numerous escalators. I was stopped by a policeman asking for papers which I had already given to border control. I had to take a train and change terminals. My connecting flight was departing from the farthest gate possible in the terminal. I was running the entire time, and I barely made it. Had I not been running, I would have missed my connection."

We traveled with another couple who've flown internationally multiple times, but this was their first Lufthansa flight as well, and they said it's the best they'd had. The crew were all excellent, friendly, and accommodating. There was plenty of entertainment options, refreshments, and snacks. The food was very good-much better than I'd expected. I appreciated that there were pillows, blankets, and headphones readily available as well. I'll try to fly Lufthansa every chance I get when flying internationally."

This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

As a result we had to wait until all the passengers got off the plane to get back our luggage and we were the last two passengers to get off. Unpleasant!"

Contras: "There are two types of foot-rests, both are a nuisance for people with long legs. The one popping up from below one's seat is extremely hard to put back in place. The metallic one folding down from under the seat in front cannot be secured back and is always in the way if the passenger needs to stretch his/her legs. This seems to be a new appliance, and I jut wish they would do away with it altogether. More is not necessarily better."

Contras: "The entertainment system was very old with minimum selection. My entertainment system actually stopped working. The seating area was very cramped. I called for service a couple of times from my seat, but nobody came."

The airplane seems to be 30 years behind time. Crew was unfriendly and smiling faces are not part of the uniform."

The gate staff and flight crew identified him and allowed us special bordering that facilitated the process. That act of kindness is a rare experience on our part. Thank you Air France staff!"

Contras: "It is very difficult to get around CDG airport with a disabled person. There is no shuttle. By the time we got to check in, we were ten minutes late. They would not check us in, and we paid over $700 to change tickets to the next flight. When I complained, I was told to stop being rude or I would get no ticket at all. My mother is 94 years old and we did the best we could given the circumstance."

Contras: "The boarding process was horrible and it involved climbing down steep stairs from the air tunnel to the tarmac to board a bus that took us to a far distance where the plane was parked. Had to new walk in the sweltering heat to the plane can climb up steep stairs in the heat! We were now kept in the plane for another hour with no aircondotion. It was boiling hot in there. We had to use the safety manuals to fan ourselves. We eventually left late and got to Lagos one and half hours we were meant to get there. Lastly not all the luggage arrived. Two days into my arrival and I am yet to get all my luggage. It was truly a horrible experience which was echoed by fellow passengers."

Somehow I managed to get to the Terminal 1 and when I spoke to the lady (indian) at the Check-In counter, she has refused me to Check-In because i slipped the line up. The people in the lineup didn’t have any objection and they let me go first for Check-In as I’m already late to my flight. I wante to say something to her, but I’ve controlled my frustration. Luckily the other person in the Check-In counter offered to help me Check-In. Here is my word to the Indian lady staff “F**k You B***h” - learn some people skills."

As many airlines charge now for any and all food items it was nice to again experience fast and efficient food and beverage service without the tedious hassle of ordering and paying. I’d gladly fly Air France again. First time, but likely not the last."

Add to the narrow seats is the design of the seat and armrests themselves and you don't have much space at all. No way I was going to be able to work on my laptop in this LATAM business class seat."

As a result, we had to exit the secured area in Rio to go check in manually again for our connection and then go through security and customs again."

After the 3 hours passed they were only announcing in Portuguese to board the original plane. They never changed planes or provided a clear explanation to the passengers. Many of us refused to board. This was one of the worse experiences I have ever had. The staff was disrespectful and would not help us. We ended up taking another flight until the following night!!"

Contras: "The flight information did not show the gate for the flight. We had to ask an employee which gate was being used. Unfortunately, it was a gate that required a transit ride. As a result, many passengers were late in fact, after pushback, the pilot returned to the gate to pick up one very late passenger. Also, the BA gate attendant was very rude. Her imperious attitude was a poor reflection on her employer."

Prós: "Crew were good, the food was mediocre when they served lunch - but then there was nothing more to eat until nearly the end of a 9 hour flight, by which time it was past 10.30pm back in London. At that point, all that was offered was half a sandwich and a biscuit."
Contras: "In-flight entertainment didn't work at first, and then when it started, kept on threatening to shut itself down every time I moved. The selection was ok but nothing compared to other airlines. The screen was tiny and low resolution. The seats were old - the same ones as when BA introduced their premium economy back in 2000. The aircraft was desperately in need of a refresh."
Prós: "The website would not allow me to enter my passport details as I have PR status. As a result I could not select a seat of choice. it would be much better if PR details could be added when passport info is not accepted. The flight was fine"

One would not stop talking to me even though I had ear plugs in and my eyes closed(it was an overnight flight), and the other took up a lot of space. I guess that's not the airlines fault but it would be nice if international flights were more spacious without costing a small fortune."

Contras: "flight delayed over 1.25 hours because we missed our runway time due to being "unable to get a head count" of the people that are on board. This should be embarrassing for BA. And i don't understand how after all the security, boarding pass and passport checks that you do not have an accurate head count of your passangers. Thus I missed my connecting flight and had to wait over 4 hours for another and got a measly 10 Euros as compensation. Also, they don't even give water for free, and a 200ml juice costs 1.5 Euros which a) its bad juice and b) overpriced. All food you now pay extra for, and they didnt even make it in time to the last few rows so even if Id want to purchase something, I couldn't."

Contras: "I got food poisoning from the dinner, chose the spaghetti and started feeling ill almost immediately. I am still sick, truly awful experience."

Contras: "The crew wasn't too observant. I had my blinker button on for 40 minutes because I realized I was never given a headphone to watch tv. As I patiently waited, I saw the flight attendants in the back doing nothing but chatting. So I tried clicking again in hopes they would head and come to assist me. But nothing. So I had to hail one over for headphones. They also kept the curtains open the entire flight even though people were trying to sleep. I had to put a jacket over my face to block the light and so did the person sitting next to me."
Prós: "The TV and Movie options were good. The food was good too. The staff was very attentive."
Contras: "My luggage was misplaced, but I got it delivered to my house by Wednesday evening."
