"Boarding was on time (if not a little early). The flight was unfortunately not properly catered for snack boxes in main cabin. This is likely a one off instance, but it’s a long flight for no food options other than pretzels and Biscoffs. Service was attentive and friendly. This particular flight offered Delta’s DeltaOne lay flat first class seats. Would highly recommend. Flight left on time and arrived early!"

Flight delayed an hour then cancelled due to control panel failure. 10pm flight became 12am bus (and originally told it was 11.15pm bus which was "stuck in traffic" when google map traffic was all green). Got back to SD 4 hours after scheduled time."

Contras: "There was a prolonged delay on arrival in Panama, as the gate was apparently in use. They set up stairs (on the runway?) and they transported us by bus to the airport. On the connecting flight to Guatemala, they began boarding an hour before departure, only to wait on a bus to be taken to the aircraft. Apparently the airline doesn't only double book seats on flights, but on Gates on arrival and departure as well? Aside from this particular gripe, the crews were pleasant and the airfare was a relative bargain, so all in all not a bad option IMO."

Contras: "Well, when we arrived to Panama City to catch our connecting flight to Las Vegas back home. We were not allowed to enter the boarding gate. We had 40 minutes before the plane was leaving. Our flight from Lima the airplane left 30 minutes late. Overall people were still boarding the plane to Las Vegas and we were directed to Copa Customer service were we had to pay an additional $662.00 for a “Standby” ticket for the next Day.!!! Overall we had to find a hotel in a city we are not familiar with and possibly losing our jobs in America for not arriving back to work on time. Overall we were not the only individuals experiencing difficulties with Copa Airlines, there were as many as 15 people with complaints for change of boarding doors with out notifications, missed flights due to late arrivals. It all seems a scam and as soon as we return to America, we have contacted several attorneys interested in class action lawsuits against Cooa and its affiliates. Stay away from Copa."

Contras: "They broke off one of the 4 wheels of my checked-in bag rendering it useless. I approached the luggage complaint section of Copa Airlines and they said they only fix or replace bags when they make an actual hole in the fabric, which would basically require using a sharp knife or a chainsaw. Broken wheels (mine was completely gone), handles etc don't count, in other words, they can throw around your bags like they mean nothing to them because their policy protects them, not you. I'm pretty sure Copa isn't the only airline doing this but it needs to be said regardless, it's really not fair the way they treat / abuse customers' belongings without making themselves responsible for hardly any of it."

We called Copa and every time each of us talked to Copa we were given a different instruction. Very confusing and stressful. We decided not to get the vaccination, taking into consideration the cost of it, $159.00 for each family member!!!"

Contras: "I bought a ticket economy plus but cops gave economy seat. I said several times that I purchase economy plus but cops ignored it. It is so bad and rude."

Contras: "My check in luggage was in very bad condition when I receive it. My clothes were all wet and they got bab by each other’s colour. Many clothes are not in a condition to wear now. Those were expensive and I had a big loss because of that."

Contras: "After more than two hours of delay... Initially the flight takes off was at 8:35... Then 21:20... Then 21:50... Then 22:10. Finally we took off at 22:40... Refund our money klm..."

Contras: "una valija se perdió. Eso desató el descontrol que tiene KLM para seguir el equipaje. No hay como hacer tracking. No hay un teléfono a donde hablar, la web está desactualizada y con información equivocada. Direccionan a usar canales de twitter y facebook que no responden. Primer experiencia en KLM y no pienso nunca más usar esta aerolínea. Llevar el equipaje o resolver un problema sobre valijas es de lo más básico de una aerolínea y no lo hacen."

Prós: "Crew was courteous and polite! Entertainment system had some great movies at no additional cost."
Contras: "Poor communication between delta, KLM and Air France meant that I couldn’t check in online and get a digital boarding pass. Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"

Prós: "Easy Boarding"

Contras: "KLM can't seem to figure out the order of boarding the plane. Should be business - priority - everyone else. Instead they do priority first, and that's usually two-thirds of the passengers. Also, really tired of the fake business class on these flights..."

Contras: "I've flown a lot of different business class flights in my time and these are the narrowest I've ever seen. I am not overweight but I felt very restricted in these seats. Add to the narrow seats is the design of the seat and armrests themselves and you don't have much space at all. No way I was going to be able to work on my laptop in this LATAM business class seat."

Contras: "1 hour delay with no email or other notification. Flight number changed with no notification until check in. Electronic check in system was not working twice, perhaps due to international minors, had to wait in line in order to check in. The boarding pass for our connection from Rio to Miami was not given to us in Sao Paulo when we had to manually check in. As a result, we had to exit the secured area in Rio to go check in manually again for our connection and then go through security and customs again."

Contras: "Flight delayed well over an hour, Airport stuff unhelpful, Very below average."

Contras: "Three gate changes, the flight was delayed and the luggage was left outside in the rain. Recommend waterproofing when flying with Latam."

Contras: "The flight at first had a 3 HOUR delay do to a "mechanical breakdown". We were told that they were going to bring another airplane from Rio de Janeiro. After the 3 hours passed they were only announcing in Portuguese to board the original plane. They never changed planes or provided a clear explanation to the passengers. Many of us refused to board. This was one of the worse experiences I have ever had. The staff was disrespectful and would not help us. We ended up taking another flight until the following night!!"

Contras: "Company was not able to understand situation and did not offer solution. I lost my money"

Contras: "Latam The website of Latam is useless. The services for people in broadcoast is so difficult that almost impossible (email, facebook, telephone, etc) In my case, i was in Africa and couldn´t change my ticket. My brother had to change it from Argentina."

Prós: "It was a fluid flight"
Contras: "That it wasn't late"

Contras: "If I had at least boarded the flight I could have given feedback. But I didn't get in! I spent 6 hours at the airport waiting for my flight, with check in done and missed the flight. And on my ticket I didn't have the gate number or the terminal, the goalkeeper said he would let me know when the flight was leaving, the hours passed and I didn't hear him calling me. until near the departure time I went to ask the employee and he said that the flight had left a long time ago and that the entrance was on the opposite side of where I was and they did not warn me ... now I'm here at the airport with no place to sleep, waiting for my other flight with a connection to Brasilia that leaves 6 am where I will wait for almost 12 hours to be able to get home. remembering that my flight from São Paulo to Cuiabá was 3 hours long and I will have to wait for almost 24 hours. A goalkeeper was super arrogant with me, gave me no support and even told me that if I was in the United States I would be waiting for 3 days at the airport sleeping on the floor, so it was ok."

Prós: "Nothing"
Contras: "To be denied my flight, and no refund."

Prós: "Aircraft look new and very clean."
Contras: "Flight was 1 hour late. It would be better if they kept the flights on time specially this time of the year. They had several flights daily from São Paulo to Rio, no reason to be late. It would be better if the employees knew the rules about their work. Everything very disorganized from the gate number to the carry on allowed in the plane. I will never fly with Gol again."

Contras: "4 hour delay with no information. Just horrible in this day and age."

Contras: "Seriously, a sandwich and some indistinguishable "dessert". Honestly, I can't tell you what the 2nd item was on the try, even after trying it. I get that the flight was only 3 hours long, but a sandwich is not dinner. And, it tasted horrible. I took 3 bites and couldn't stomach the rest. It was laughable that they offered wine with it. Had I realized this was the option, I would have brought my own food. My husband, who eats literally everything, couldn't even eat it, and it was a cheese sandwich. How hard is it to make a bad cheese sandwich? Well, apparently, GOL knows how to do it."

Prós: "Traveling from JFK TO GRU. Fight got delay by 2 hrs. Arrived at GRU 8:28. Got the luggage in 20-25 mins. Run like crazy to the check in 15 min. Got there by 9:15 only to find out it’s been closed for checking bags. I beg , implore and there’s nothing to be done. Pay extra for 2 extra bags, for what? Nothing. Lost about $75 altogether non refundable. SUCKS."
Contras: "What’s to like? Because of 30 they couldn’t added mire luggage. Begging imploring it didn’t matter. Ok I didn’t like loosing $75. Who’s gonna refund? Nobody. SUCKS"

Prós: "Knowing that GOL is an LCC, I was not expecting much. However, after realizing that every seat had the legroom typical of a Extra Comfort seat on NA carriers, I soon became won over. Regular recline functionality (missing on some of the larger LCCs worldwide) and a free drink and snack (also missing on many LCCs), TOO was truly a relaxing flight. 10/10. Would definitely fly again."
Contras: "I mean, there was no entertainment available (to my knowledge) but there was allegedly Wi-Fi (I didn't try)."

Contras: "Gol decided to charge 35 Reals for each checked baggage. As a result most passengers do not check their bagagge and the crew has to do tetris during 20 minutes in order to accomodate all on-board items. This produces tension among passangers and the crew."

Prós: "Plane itself was fine, fairly spacious and comfortable."
Contras: "Check in São Paulo was hectic and disorganized and my bag never made it on the flight after I checked it in- was not offered any vouchers or apology. I am left without any luggage in the jungle and will have to cancel my Amazon Jungle tour as I do not have my proper equipment needed."

Contras: "Food was bad and didn't taste fresh. No tea to drink either. Boarding times were usually late but arrival times were as expected. There's no entertainment at all in the planes. No screens, no movies, no nothing."
