She showed me the plane diagram and picked a seat, but when I arrived it turned out I was in a row directly behind. WiFi did not worked and the flight attendant said “they could not do anything” My film was interrupted twice (with a random film drubbed in Korean) and had to be reset manually Food was not great (and menues are identical on all delta flights - this was my 5th delta flight in the course of one week), the snack in particular (leek and mushroom cream soup-like mass wrapped in a tortilla - who ever thought of this? And one of the flight attendants was aloof and snappy."

At one point a Delta employee announced over the plane's PA system that we'd be getting vouchers to compensate us for this absurd delay, but there was no explanation of how to claim those vouchers."

I realized the flight was technically operated not by WestJet, but Gojet. Went to Gojet's website and was told that Delta took care of all of their ticketing and such. Went to Delta's website, entered my ticket number and card number but I was not in the system as I was given all WestJet info (not Delta's). Luckily the baggage check in people figured it all out."

The tv screens were very small and so glitchy I stopped watching my movie halfway through. The connector flight from philly to NYC was much more comfortable and had beautiful screens."

Less short story, 4 airlines, 3 security screenings and 2 customs stop points.7 delays, 2 cancels and 1 miss. It was a ping pong nightmare and 2 times it was suggested i take a bus...after i spent the money on a plane ticket with no offer of compensation, food vouchers or hotel accommodation. Delta has to convince me to come back to them."

This is crazy but understandable However if you are going to do this to checked in passengers the least you can do is make several, loud, repetitive announcements to make passengers aware as well as send an employee to the gate where your passengers are waiting and notify them that that is the wrong gate, a change has been made, and this is where to go, easy right!!!"

Prós: "It was my first time with COPA. I went to Buenos Aires with them (Montréal»Panama City and Panama City»BA). Aircrafts were much nicer and newer for the Panama»BA portion. The boarding was on-time and the staff was very nice. Considering the price I paid, the food was totally acceptable. Also, they automatically made my check-in for me and my son the day before our departure (returning back to Montréal) which was a pleasant surprise! I do recommend COPA for a good price/service ratio."

Contras: "After getting off the shuttle to board the plane via stairs, men at the bottom and top of the stairs both stopped everyone and refused anyone to board. We were stuck on the tarmac for around 2-3 minutes. No entertainment options during the flight. No free food. Only water."
Prós: "Crew good, disembarking slow."

Add to the narrow seats is the design of the seat and armrests themselves and you don't have much space at all. No way I was going to be able to work on my laptop in this LATAM business class seat."

Electronic check in system was not working twice, perhaps due to international minors, had to wait in line in order to check in. The boarding pass for our connection from Rio to Miami was not given to us in Sao Paulo when we had to manually check in. As a result, we had to exit the secured area in Rio to go check in manually again for our connection and then go through security and customs again."

After the 3 hours passed they were only announcing in Portuguese to board the original plane. They never changed planes or provided a clear explanation to the passengers. Many of us refused to board. This was one of the worse experiences I have ever had. The staff was disrespectful and would not help us. We ended up taking another flight until the following night!!"

Contras: "I'm fairly tall, so I spend the extra for Economy+ for a few extra inches of leg room. It's still not adequate, but it's better than nothing. However, the seats on Aeromexico's E+ are more uncomfortable than any other E+ seats I've sat it. Truly awful to sit in for even a short period of time. Also, the planes are not clean. There was a half eaten lollipop stuck to the floor in front of my seat on our outbound flight, and on our return flight there was some sort of dried spill (I HOPE it was a spill, and not some sort of bodily fluid) on the wall under the window. If you want your drink to be cold you need to ask for ice - otherwise expect room temperature water/soda/juice, and only a tiny cup of it - there are no full cans of soda here. This wasn't a huge deal to me, but on our return flight I was quite parched and never could quench my thirst with the little amount of water I was given. All this said, I'd probably still suffer through a direct Aeromexico flight than deal with a layover on another airline."

Prós: "Inside the plane the food (COLD SANDWICH) has a horrible and monotonous taste . Outside the plane the service is poor. You meet aggressive people without any clue of courtesy. I saw disable passenger without any attendance when wheelchair was requested.They don't have any idea that you are part of a business industry with many competitors. I will never recommend in my community to use your services. You are the worse of the third world."

One hour after depart from Mexico City, the fly attendance announce that we need to land in Guadalajara for safety/security reason. You removed a youth passenger without any strong and fair reason, because he was unlucky this day: He was accommodated together with 2 members of a middle east family that was logically to be filled by the 3. he touch friendly the kid near him and his father that was in different place??? react negative against this normal gesture of the youth passenger. Why you didn't put the entire family together from the beginning?"

That also cost the other passenger think I occupied their baggage space and be not too friendly with me during the trip. The notice board in the airport is confuse, we know the gate and the depart time, but no one show up until 120 min before the plane depart. And finally the plane delay and no information show the plane will delay for how long. Bad information in the counter My handle of the sit is broken I have photo to proof if you would need it, I save it with me. The lighting system in the plane is very stupid or may be the crew don't know how to operate, every time they just turn on all the light no matter we are sleep or not! This is a red eye flight passenger should have a choice to not get disturb, when the light on I need to turn it off every time! And the next passenger don't really know how to turn the light off that always on during the flight! Super bad flying experience. Not comfortable at all. Can't sleep much!"

The passenger arrived at the terminal prior to the flight and was told no reservation was made. I ended up paying a extra $100 to get her on the plane, no responsibility accepted by the vendor.
