Prós: The crew is excellent, specially their head of hostes Flying is good Star alience Golden card is very good in every thing and they respect it here. Well done
Contras: 30 mintes delaying in departure Food should be better and should have the sign of Halal/Muslim food Entertainment should be more exciting

Contras: One flight attendant was exceedingly rude during the boarding process, but thankfully she was not in our area.
Contras: The airline changed my seats after giving me boarding passes and I had to pay to get better seats. That is no t acceptable
Contras: For starters they should have not misplaced my luggage since I was stuck in LHR for almost 6 hours which means that they had plenty of time to carefully load my single suitcase. I am so mad.
Contras: Crew were super grouchy, and we sat on the runway for an hour, had to go back for more fuel. Pilots never updated us and crew were rude.
Prós: Crew was very accommodating, seats were comfortable

Contras: Crews could have greet and serve passengers with a warm smile. Food was acceptable but not as good as Japan / Korean airlines . I suppose the low airfares reflect its Servicr.

Contras: I suspect the problem of luggage started with Alitalia my first leg

Contras: flight was cancelled and i only got to know it after traveling first leg of the tip - then got rerouted for next 36 hrs. Now acceptable for both KAYAK and ET Airline
Prós: Like the overall KLM experience
Contras: Food could have had better quality and the stewardess served it all at once versus in the various courses.
Prós: The flight arrived a few minutes early.
Contras: The plane was extremely old and in poor repair. The seats were extremely close together. The inflight entertainment system, wifi and passenger electric outlets were all non-functional. Even the wastebin in the lavatory was full and an extra bag was put on the floor.
Prós: Crew was amazing, seats were comfortable with enough leg space even without choosing extra space seats. It was my childhood dream come true to fly with KLM. It was really an exciting trip for me, just that it was short.
Contras: Well, for me everything was on point. Those who have never travelled with KLM, I would encourage them to do so and I’m sure they will not regret.
Prós: Overall KLM experience is good
Contras: Food quality was mediocre for a business class flight.
Prós: Once aboard the plane, all went well and I experienced excellent service from the cabin attendants.
Contras: The flight was delayed (again!) for some 40 minutes and I was worried that I would miss my connection flight in Atlanata. Fortunately the pilot made up for the delay (probably costing the airline thousands in fuel). It seems these days that every KLM flight I take is delayed. This stretch goes back to 2015! Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!
Prós: The stewards and stewardess’ were pleasant
Contras: Our first Air China flight departed 2 hrs late and then to top things off they lost my wife’s luggage on the way to Thailand. We had to wait in the airport for hours for it arrive on the next flight. The experience at Beijing airport was my worst experience in any airport. The Chinese staff were very rude. Just to transfer planes everyone must submit their fingerprints. I don’t think I will ever fly Air China again simply to avoid this airport.
Contras: My flight was canceled and then the time changed 3 times before I finnally got my flight changed to a completely new flight and route. Was suppose to leave Thursday night at 10:40pm and now I’m leaving Saturday morning at 10:30am. Ruined my entire trip.
Prós: The price was absolutely amazing, dollars to miles it was the best bargain on a trip ever. Crew responded very quickly, and handled everything excellently.
Contras: The seat could have used a little more cushioning, the fasten seatbelt sign was on the whole flight so passengers weren't really sure when it was okay to move about the cabin.
Contras: Non veg meal should have a choice of Chicken, Fish,Egg or other Meats, while ordering online
Prós: Friendly and helpful crew. Efficient heck-in.
Contras: Airplane food and overpriced extra baggage.
Prós: Nice crew. Smooth flight :)
Prós: But no in flight entertainment on the Addis to Tel Aviv leg
Prós: crammed seats, meh food first experience with ethiopian, wasn't great
Prós: Crew was good. Aircraft was fresh and clean.
Contras: The movie selection is very mediocre
Prós: Crew was very nice, very helpful
Contras: 3 hour delay in flight from Chicago to Ethiopia due to ‘mechanical issues’ made me miss my connection. I was put up in a hotel, but woke up in the middle of the night to roaches all over the place. Not the best experience
