When you pay over 3k for business class and they give you a cold sandwich in a box, no pillow or blanket and definitely not a amenity kit insight it’s safe yo say it’s not worth it. Fly American they know how to treat their customers in business class.

There were people screaming at the ticketing counter and security was called. In the end we spent 14 hours waiting there for a new flight, got split up and sent to different countries, had to miss work, and were not given any flight credit, accommodation, or even an apology."

Thus I I lost all the extra space and actually would of preferred a regular economy seat. that would’ve been more preferential then paying $60 and getting less space than I would’ve had it in a regular economy. I understand the other passengers comfort was important and if that was the case he should’ve paid $60 as well."

I like the staff! They were friendly. The food was scarce and they took for ever since they start serving it until I got it. Only four flight attendants were distributing it for the entire plane.
In honesty. I was very upset that my husband and uncle flight wascancel coming back from Peru. Going to peru also it was cancel two times one because the covid was not accepted The second time he could not board the plane i dont know why? the third time is when he finally left to peru but he did not notice that rhe flight coming back home was cancel. Latam split the tickes and send us two to Miami and two to NY. I could not believe what Latam did why they cancel our flight itenary coming back without telling us or sending us a message. I was trying to talk to you about this matter and your long distance numbers do not work outside USA. your work is very poor. I dont know if i should recomend your company to anybody. I shall get some money back too for all that we went through. Even my ludgage bag was missing. It will be nice if someone from latam call me and explain the reason of the mistakes and probably own us an apology. .

Overal terrible experience. Also turn on the damn entertainment while we are waiting on the tarmac - why wait until we are in the air? Almost every other airline - all the good ones - Emirates, Lufthansa, and other quality airlines - will let you access the in flight entertainment as soon as you sit. But the change cost of the ticket was the most offensive thing. I feel robbed, in a time of tragedy."

Prós: "It was my first time on AeroMexico. Like what many people do nowadays, I read reviews online and was quite concerned seeing that there were some outlandish claims. However, I took all the reviews with a grain of salt because rarely do people write a comment unless they are upset. I felt nothing negative as mentioned in previous reviews. I would compare AeroMexico to American Airlines as far as service, but with more food and a free drink (liquor and wine included depending on how long your flight is and if meals are included) and much more room from seat to seat. We were welcomed on board with a mini pillow, blanket and water bottle. Halfway through the flight, right before they served dinner, they came around and gave everyone hot towelettes to clean their hands before eating. I flew from Chicago to Mexico City for a layover until flying to my final destination, São Paulo, Brazil. I am in my mid 20's, travel a bunch and would definitely say I would fly AeroMexico in the future. For the claims that the aircrafts were not sanitary, that is far from the truth. I consider myself a neat freak and it was perfectly fine. For the claims that the aircraft was extremely small, I am sure someone overweight or really tall made that remark. I am an average height and weight and felt comfy. For the claims that no English was spoken and they were rudely treated by staff, I did not feel that way at all and I am American and can't speak Portuguese. It makes me sad that most Americans go to another country and do not try to learn the native language and demand that everyone speak English. All announcements were made in Portuguese and then immediately followed by the English translation. All the airline attendants were able to either speak English or understand any requests I had."
Contras: "There were no outlets which is pretty standard nowadays but that goes for any airline."
I missed it because of the delay in the other flights. Attendants in the airport sent me from one side to the other many times due to poor information.
Contras: "If I had at least boarded the flight I could have given feedback. But I didn't get in! I spent 6 hours at the airport waiting for my flight, with check in done and missed the flight. And on my ticket I didn't have the gate number or the terminal, the goalkeeper said he would let me know when the flight was leaving, the hours passed and I didn't hear him calling me. until near the departure time I went to ask the employee and he said that the flight had left a long time ago and that the entrance was on the opposite side of where I was and they did not warn me ... now I'm here at the airport with no place to sleep, waiting for my other flight with a connection to Brasilia that leaves 6 am where I will wait for almost 12 hours to be able to get home. remembering that my flight from São Paulo to Cuiabá was 3 hours long and I will have to wait for almost 24 hours. A goalkeeper was super arrogant with me, gave me no support and even told me that if I was in the United States I would be waiting for 3 days at the airport sleeping on the floor, so it was ok."
