The only issue was in Bogotá for my return flight. After struggling with the LATAM kiosk machine I was told by a LATAM ticket agent that flights from Bogotá to Miami are through American Airlines. Luckily a very nice American Airline agent accompanied me back to LATAM and convinced them my flight was with LATAM. Everything else was simple and easy!"
Prós: "Absolutely no customer service. Lost my full payment because Latam has no flexibility. They don't need to employ people in a "custom service department " because they don't offer any. Their options for rescheduling is zero. Their reply to all modifications is "no". Not even if you're standing at the boarding gate and they have empty seats. Use any other options for flight. Try Sky Airlines instead."

Contras: "Having flown with LAN multiple times the only time you receive good service is when you fly in Business Class. Recently I have been flying economy and from the moment checking in to leaving the plane is a terrible experience. I have had on numerous occasions when checking in at the airport that I was lied to regarding the seat I was in. Or there was more than one person with the same seat. Food and the wine is awful. I would not even eat it if I was starving. When flying the overnight/ morning flight they leave the cabin lights on pretty much the entire way, their excuse is that they need to serve dinner, but who serves dinner at 0500 in the morning anyways. My last flight I asked if I could borrow a pen, and they told me they do not give out pens to customers. I will never fly LAN again except for business class. On American Airlines they are a lot more friendlier. Also a shame that they do not have a way of recognising the people that fly with them frequently, I have flown with LAN 10 times in the last 12 months. They have a bad attitude."
Contras: "We were delayed for 3.5 hours with no communication. We originally were told it was on time and we were boarding. After waiting in line to board they told us they didn't know when we would take off and would have more information in an hour. One hour became two hours and eventually three hours. I asked the cause for the delay and they did not give me an answer. We were in the boarding area with no food, water, wifi or electrical outlets. There was no room to sit, many people sat on the floor or had to stand. There was absolutely no communication. It was a terrible experience."

And on my ticket I didn't have the gate number or the terminal, the goalkeeper said he would let me know when the flight was leaving, the hours passed and I didn't hear him calling me. until near the departure time I went to ask the employee and he said that the flight had left a long time ago and that the entrance was on the opposite side of where I was and they did not warn me ... now I'm here at the airport with no place to sleep, waiting for my other flight with a connection to Brasilia that leaves 6 am where I will wait for almost 12 hours to be able to get home. remembering that my flight from São Paulo to Cuiabá was 3 hours long and I will have to wait for almost 24 hours. A goalkeeper was super arrogant with me, gave me no support and even told me that if I was in the United States I would be waiting for 3 days at the airport sleeping on the floor, so it was ok."

I get that the flight was only 3 hours long, but a sandwich is not dinner. And, it tasted horrible. I took 3 bites and couldn't stomach the rest. It was laughable that they offered wine with it. Had I realized this was the option, I would have brought my own food. My husband, who eats literally everything, couldn't even eat it, and it was a cheese sandwich. How hard is it to make a bad cheese sandwich? Well, apparently, GOL knows how to do it."

Lost about $75 altogether non refundable. SUCKS."

Would definitely fly again."
