They sent us from one end of the airport to the other and made us wait in 4 different lines before sending us to the next one. Our baggage arrived opened and taped closed and had been rifled through. My 90 year old mother almost collapsed because wheelchairs in LAX and in Istanbul never arrived."

Contras: "Due to the laptop ban, the boarding and un-boarding process was brutal. We had to stand in line for an hour and a half just to hand over our laptops, where for some reason they decided to have only 2 people handling the process which created a huge line. The flight was 1:30 late and as we landed, there was no method to the delivery of the laptops to people. I had to wait almost 2 hours to get my laptop. Again, they only had 2-3 people handling the distribution of the laptops. I understand the security issue, but this issue was known for weeks now and there is no reason not to have enough people on the ground to take care of the boarding and distribution of electronic devices to at least make this an easier experience. There is no excuse for such poor preparation and service."

When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

Add to the narrow seats is the design of the seat and armrests themselves and you don't have much space at all. No way I was going to be able to work on my laptop in this LATAM business class seat."

As a result, we had to exit the secured area in Rio to go check in manually again for our connection and then go through security and customs again."

After the 3 hours passed they were only announcing in Portuguese to board the original plane. They never changed planes or provided a clear explanation to the passengers. Many of us refused to board. This was one of the worse experiences I have ever had. The staff was disrespectful and would not help us. We ended up taking another flight until the following night!!"

Prós: "The Air France service was ok. Got me to my destination on time and alive."
Contras: "I flew out on KLM on what felt like a new plane. Amazing service, seat, temperature, entertainment and food. In stark comparison Air France’s plane was old, too hot, poor entertainment choices and system and average food which for the French was surprising!"
Prós: "Quick and efficient not lying more to say or critique."
Contras: "Coffee and a bread roll as a snack??"
Prós: "SFO - CDG (Air France) was a great journey in all respects. But the one major reason for that was, the middle seat was empty. I was so fresh after the journey, would definitely recommend this flight to anyone."
Contras: "The flight was delayed by atleast 45 mins and therefore had to rush at the CDG airport to catch the next flight."

Contras: "Unorganized boarding process and minimal info or announcements regarding delay. Failure to respect SkyPriority status at boarding were disappointing. (Staff allowed it to be a bit pushy and chaotic and people were able to force their way in line, ahead of those who had been waiting in line.) Seats were okay but no recline and underseat storage was small. (Backpack wouldn't fit underseat and had to be stored in overhead.) Passengers crowding from back of plane upon arrival made it hard to deplane and felt rude."
Contras: "Its been a week. My trip has ended. I still do not have my bags. Terrible customer service."

Contras: "At one point during the flight I took a video out of my window with my camera, a member of the cabin crew barked at me in French. In bewilderment I asked her in English to repeat herself and she sarcastically repeated what she had said, in French, I asked for her to speak in English (which she had done to me previously on this Paris to London flight) yet again she scolded me in French. I was left absolutely none the wiser and it left a bad taste in my mouth."
Prós: "The crew was friendly."
Contras: "One of the engine was smoking just as we took off. This should have been checked beforehand that it was working correctly. The pilot missed the first landing, was going too fast and had to turn around. We circled the London eye 3 times. When we were actually landing it was extremely bumpy and on the way down the plane was tilting back and forth a lot. They were going too fast when we landed as well, I have never been in a plane that has landed so poorly, and I have travelled a lot and used many different airlines. It was worse than any budget airline I've been on. As we were driving back to the terminal, the pilot stopped short for some reason. Things were not explained clearly. I will not be flying with airfrance again and will be sure to spread the word of this awful experience."
Prós: "Entertainment center is brand new and Cleanliness Crew was ok And yeah there's wine (that way you can get plastered and ignore the uncomfortable seats)"
Contras: "Checking in was ridiculous. They're charging for literally EVERYTHING now. On economy class you have many options: - Normal (free!) "ergonomic" seats: uncomfortable, narrow, really close to the one in front of you. - Normal (exit row): just give up. There's like 6 of these and they're taken immediately. - Normal (middle of the plane): are you kidding me? These are NORMAL seats and you charge an extra €30? - Normal (2 seats per row!): what a bargain. Same crappy seats, but two people instead of three! This is really worth my money. - Upgrade to business! Why are you so poor! AF food went from being the best in international flights to disgusting microwave food (especially vegetarian)."
Prós: "Spacious cabin, clean and bright. Attentive crew offering snacks and a drink for an hour flight."
Contras: "Although incoming plane arrived late, flight home arrived 20 minutes early."

"We got hit with surprise baggage fees because the baggage structure was entirely unclear -- we even looked for how to book bags with Iberia ahead of time. Also, we didn't know that the first flight would be entirely operated by Level. Two flights and neither operated by Iberia. That's fine, but it would have been helpful to know ahead of time."

"Booked flight on Iberia.com. There was no way to contact them to make a desired date change. Nobody answers the phone and social media refers you to phone channels. Vueling refused to help and referred us back to Iberia who doesn’t answer the phone."
"Seats are small"
Prós: "As usual Iberia sells you an Iberia ticket and sticks you on their low-cost line, Vueling - small seats, zero service. In flight wifi did not work except to take my money. Did not recieve email or load a webpage in the whole flight. Also crew was completely misinformed about COVID regulations in Spain - insisted we need a PcR test and QR code from online site and that was not true for travellers from Italy. Bush league airline; not what it used to be."
Prós: "The crew was extremely kind and selection of food/drinks was excellent."
Contras: "The crew was very aggressive and impolite. As a matter of fact I have never been in a flight in my life with such sort of crew attitude - especially with my kids (ages 6 and 10) - real animals. I will make an effort to not to with IBERIA ever again. I’m concierge key with AA and only with with Iberia because of the One World partnership."

Contras: "It was extremely frustrating that there was no kiosk available when checking in. I did not have a bag to check, yet I waited on a ridiculously long line to check in for my flight. The people working the desk at the gate were slow and unpleasant. Service on plane was terrible."
Prós: "One crew guy was really nice. I had bruised my leg and he gave me ice and checked in on me."

Contras: "There were NO SIGNS saying it was a level flight, not Iberia. No one at Iberia check in desk etc. We eventually figured it out after a while. In general Iberia and level are short staffed and unorganized. If you're willing to deal with this, it's an affordable option and they'll get you from A to B."

Contras: "The boarding was supposed to be by zone, but was just a mad rush. They served no food, not even for money. There was an onscreen ordering option, but for the entire flight it said "this service is temporarily closed". They didn't have a beverage cart. Not even water or coffee. I couldn't even get a cup of water to swallow some ibuprofen and an allergy pill (somebody brought a companion cat, I suspect, quite near to me). No food or water on an international flight across the Atlantic??? You've got to be kidding me -- that's gotta be close to illegal, not providing any means of hydration. But it's certainly cheap, mean, and unacceptable. Pathetic, too."

Prós: "Once I understood how it worked it was a breeze"
Contras: "Made more than four different lines before 1 understanding Iberia worker helped us out. Was told that that wasn’t the correct line and sent to another. The next place the same for more than 3 times. Then finally, Raquel, LISTENED, and away we went."
Contras: "This is my second time flying with this airline and it’s 40 mins late leaving again! Poor reliability and flying at night with my young son. I did not want to arrive an additional 45mins later in a city that can be dangerous"

We purchased the most basic flight and that’s really what it was. Tight leg room and lots of people. If you’re over 5’5 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND getting extra leg room if it’s available. Aside from that. The flight was cool and the staff was nice!"
