We entered the plane last.Our seats not were ready and we were forced to do it all alone.Rudeness and unprofessionalism of SWISS crew.The end of the vacation was spoiled. For what I paid to SWISS 100$ in advance(10 monthes)? I believe, if SWISS could not provide the paid service as expected, SWISS must return the money(100$) and apologize. Nobody apologized in Zurich, threatened to invite the police. Bad crew, bad service."

Embarque poderia ser mais organizado. As pessoas poderiam ser orientadas desde o checkin a como proceder durante o embarque, para evitar aglomerações, e esperas de pé em fila.

além do absurdo do primeiro trecho que NÃO houve nenhuma distinção entre classe econômica e classe executiva e SEM lounge no aeroporto no aeroporto de New Yourk o lounge fechou as 18h ... é um verdadeiro absurdo pagar cerca de U$ 6 mil dólares e ser tratado como quem comprou classe econômica ... nunca mais vou viajar com TAP ...
considerei um absurdo que passageiros da classe executiva que pagam muito mais caro, serem tratados exatamente como os que compraram classe econômica, NÃO teve fila para classe executiva, nos colocaram no último assento do avião e mesmo pagando quase U$ 6 mil dólares o tratamento foi o mesmo de quem pagou U$ 400 dólares ... vou compartilhar com todas as minhas redes sociais ...
I didn't know anything about TAP Air Portugal but the flight was awesome and far cheaper than any other airline.

No desembarque no destino final não foi entregue o carrinho de bebe que entregamos no portão de embarque. Somente dois dias depois. Isso causou muitos transtornos."

Contras: "I travel with an international carry-on designed to fit in comoartments above seats in any and all planes (Tumi alpha 2 International), and yet TAP would claim it was too large to fit and forced me to check it. My problem is not only the wait once we land, but most improtsntly that the bags are beat up in the journey. Indeed, my carry-on arrived with several scratches on the plastic edges as well as some signs of worn on the textile. Because of this carry-on baggage size restrictions, I will not fly TAP airlines again (unless I can travel with my hand purse only)."

Boarding in the heat was not pleasant
More than 2 hours late and no food because of a problem with the catering. The flight was super full and there wasn’t enough space for the hand bags. A lot of space for improvement.
Main trouble was with Kiwi -- a partner booking organization through Kayak. Even though tI booked well in advance they did not assign me a seat and I came within a minute iof getting bumped from the flight. On the return trip the airline sent me an ominous message that I had to provide additional info before I could receive my boarding pass and that if there were problems I would get a refund. That caused unnecessary stress since the airline just needed my home address. Kiwi should have made sure they had collected all the necessary information from me before they booked my flight.
Long delay, lack of space at the seats (not comfortable).
We made the boarding and then waited inside 40minutes before taking off The plane was too full It was probably the worst flight of my life in terms of comfort. I was in the central seat, and on my right i had a very big person who was occupying part of my seat since he did not fit in just one. I think in these cases the staff should notice and do something about it. I checked if there were available seats by myself, but it was all full. Maybe in business class there were still available seats though.
