Though the rooms are basic the view of the maritime port from the roof terrace was very enjoyable. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.
The staff were very friendly. This did not appear to be a 4* hotel. The bar had tablecloths and was not welcoming. The restaurant shut at 21:00 hrs. We moved out after two nights because of the loud banging of water pipes in the ceiling vent of the bathroom from about 22:00 hrs - 01:00 hrs and which started again at 05:30 hrs. Other guests we spoke to on the 5th floor had the same problem. Happily, the hotel did not charge us a cancellation fee and appeared to be aware there was a problem with the plumbing. The sea view was over the docks with noisy ferries and not at all what we expected. This is a convenience hotel and ideal for people travelling by boat.
Not a lot but the staff were very good and could not do enough for us. The decor is tired and needs brightening up. The room windows were filthy. The restaurant served Sea Bass with bones in it and the scales mixed with the fish. At breakfast we were expected to drink poor quality orange juice out of plastic beakersand in the room only cheap plastic beakers are provided instead of glasses which is poor for this standard of hotel.
Location Surprisingly poor breakfast buffet
location of the hotel is comfortable for me to go for the event and city trip
No free Internet use
It is situated just opposite the dock of the ferries we arrived on. The hotel staff was very forthcoming. The hotel restaurant on the top floor gives a superb view of the harbour. We had a spacious 4 bed room.
very good situated, down town it looks like they where trying to save some money with taking out the air-condition all the time, in the middle of night, in the midst of the day and so on, when complaint, it was ok. for some hours, but then started again...
Really nice view from the breakfast - terrace on the port. Great value for money if you consider that it's a 4* hotel. It looks that the hotel was 30 years ago probably almost 5*, nowadays it's great value for money. I have no special complaints. No parking though.
The room was clean The air condition was very noisy and didn't work properly.
Breakfast ! We have a ruine house front of the windows...!!
Staff at desk. Very inpolite and unhelpful.
Beautiful roof terrace, room was comfortable and bigger than expected. Bath was dirty and shower pressure was very weak.
The location was excellent for sightseeing. The hotel was quite beautiful and the breakfast was very good. The staff was not particularly helpful or friendly. The hotel was attractive but not particularly enticing or comfortable. Our room was substandard dark and dreary.
convenience & comfort
Central location in the old town of the city. Very nice reception desk staff.
The ambience and location of the hotel. Staff were very helpful, especially the bar staff. We loved our stay there; it was one of the best hotels we stayed in during three weeks' travel around Italy. The water pressure in our shower on the 4th was inadequate.
The balconies they have in each room. A nice break. The rooms were basic, good but not wow. The breakfast was pretty unimpressive!
Nice room. Not very big with nice terrace. Very good breakfast. Globally a beautiful classic hotel. Thw water wasn't draining away in the shower. Some ventilation problem in the room.
Friendly helpful staff. Convenient central location
its position which was near the meeting place early morning noise due to nearby market
It was close to family in Palermo Noise from the street, decor needs to be updated, breakfast choices need to be improved, ie; soy milk, fresh fruit, whole grain cerial fresh vegetables
The location. However, to be fair, we had only booked an additional night at the end of a coach tour trough Sicily. Location not really suitable for tourists; better for business.
The shower head was very unconfortable. It could not be adjusted and it was simply spraying water all over except the places you wanted. The shower cord was touching the water taps which resulted in fluctuating temperature water. My suggestion is to replace the water taps with mono-command batteries and to put a decent shower head. It's so unexpensive and yet it can be such a pain.
excelent staff. confortable and clean rooms. free parking. close to port. good value for money. not far from city center, but you need aprox.15 min. by car, taxi or bus.
clean room; parking hidden behind the hotel with additional dedicated elevator; continental breakfast was also good; Internet connection for a reasonable price.
Sight Seeing from the room. Water smelled.
It's rather dated, the decor could be updated, not a 4star hotel in my opinion.
close vicinity to port, cheap internet changing room rates, internet rextension of stay 20€ per night cheaper as via counter, worn out room, only 1 working wall socket
Parking, restaurant, bar Internet did not work in rooms. Bathroom had mold. Hallway rug needed cleaning. Hotel rooms could use updating.
Location, modern design of rooms and common areas Coffee served at breakfast, there was no safety deposit box in the room, although it was advertised, shower cabin was leacking
It is a perfect hotel for a weekend trip. The breakfasts are famous, the heartbeat of the city is well felt in this hotel.
I got a good promotion. My room was upgraded (two singles instead of one twin). The hotel is well located. I got a very good recommendation for a restaurant from the staff. The parking is not very convenient as there is no connection with the hotel. Also, I was not expecting I would have to pay for parking. This information should be available at the website. If the information was there, it should be made more visible.
location the room - too small and I have been pre-charged by booking.com
Close to city center Reception attention need to improve
Parking facility not so convenient----perhaps it's common with all big city.
price, location, breakfast, internet would like free wifi throughout the hotel
Excellent, central, great value and very clean.
Good location, quite clean. In general the hotel is good. only minor drawbacks: Wi-Fi is not free, and there is no alternative as the coverage of 3G in the hotel is rather poor (you can get it only near the window). I personally never care about breakfast, but this time it was included in the rate so I tried it, and it was not the best I could imagine - it is much better to go out for a coffee. Perhaps needs a little renovation?
location and breakfast there isn't parking space at the hotel,it is a wrong information hotels web site .Parking is nearby but not belong the hotel.the recepsionist didn't helpfull about parking.
Location Internet Valet parking (extra charge) Breakfast Nothing really
Room ok. AC control impossible Italian military vehicles parked outside hotel day and night. Bad feeling. Wanted to stay 3 more days but hotel got expensive and felt unsafe walking around
Swimming Pool and Cleanliness of the Room and the hotel bus into the shopping area of Palermo No set meal of the day or buffet. Not a good selection of food for breakfast for a 4 star hotel. The hotel seemed to cater for Globus Tours and wedding parties to the deteriment of other guests. I would not stay there again or indeed any Jolly Hotel if it was run like the one in Palermo.
Nice staff. At least the staff speaks English what's exceptionnal there. Good price quality balance. Excellent breakfast
The rooms have been upgraded but I feel the bathroom fittings will have a short life as work is a bit shoddy.
Breakfast was plentiful and suimming pool very clean Room and hotel maintenance is not great
Terry clothe robes and being right next to a beautiful botanical garden! The downstairs bathroom smell like urine.
Swimming pool They did not have my confirmed reservation, and at first they gave me a small smoking room, when I specifically ordered a non-smoking room, and after negotiation, they changed the room to a small non-smoking room, although I ordered via the web the larger double room for single use.
Nice hotel close to center of Palermo. Good facilities. Some misunderstandings regarding booking via booking.com (the room wasn't according to the booked room) - was sorted out by personel without any problems though.
The view and the pool, helpful staff Noise from the street
I liked the meals served and location of place. The pool was great. The hours of the pool. They were opened from 10 to 1 and then 4-7. I wish they would be opened longer in the evening and not close between 1 and 4.
Breakfast is average. Carpets in corridors are stained and smell of cigarettes. The rooms and bathroom are very dated. In the first room they gave us, the phone did not work. In the second one, the TV did not work... The bathrooms were dirty (hair in the sink etc).
Location Super dated, extremely dirty carpet throughout with many old old stains. Whole hotel feels like it needed a major renovation perhaps 10 years ago. Hauntedtly empty and felt dustry throughout.
The best part was breakfast
An old fashion comfortable well sited place. Beautiful dining and breakfast places.
Beautiful hotel! The setting is romantic and luxurious. Service was adequate. Make sure you complete your transportation research before you get there. The staff was not very helpful with that part. If your airport is in Palermo, the bus only costs 8.5 euros. The staff recommended taxi, which costs appx 50 euros. Other than that, it's a must see hotel.
It position within the City Following a number of requests for details relating to information needed they were found to be very poor in responce to e-mail
one o f the best we have found bottle opener with mini bar
Breakfast was poor... One guest mentioned that previously egg dishes were served. Staff was not so friendly, except one reception lady.
Very attractive design, history and tradition. Excellent service, restaurant, breakfast. Good location. Price is enough high for small room.
Service and comfort Breakfast was limited, and the same line up every day, with poor service. Not sure what the waiters where doing.
Nice room, generous breakfast, good location, beautiful decor all around the Hotel, Staff at reception could have been a bit friendlier. One would also expect staff in a Hotel of that calibre to speak English. Only 1 of them did.
The public spaces are grand, and my room was spacious, well furnished and comfortable, even for three adult and sophisticated who visited. Do not miss the room where the complimentary breakfast (quite complete and good, with a wonderful Maitre D') that could double as a Grand Ballroom. The staff, particularly at the Front Desk, was polite, gracious, pleasant and helpful. All this said, my experience mat be a bit skewed by the fact that, while am an American, my family is of Italian origin and spoke to the staff in Italian, but I suspect other guests had similarly good experiences. I will be returning to the hotel at the end of the week for three more nights, and expect to have another very nice experience. You will here from me again only if it is not that way. There was nothing I did not like about the hotel. On the other hand, it has been more than 15 years since I last travelled to the UK or Europe, and I was surprised, and not in a nice way, by the number of people, from all over, who believe the flip flops, shorts, and T shirts are appropriate attire in public spaces of nice hotels.
location, ambiance all ok
Really an excellent hotel, I would recommend this to anyone travelling to Palermo for holidays. We had a small problem upon arrival (we had booked a room with a balcony and we got a room without one), but overall it was a great experience.
Nice building. Location away from city in a boat repair dock; Room looked tired and worn, complete with a damp smell from carpets. Plumbing was questionable with inconsistent availability of hot water. Given the price for this hotel, it's not awful, but certainly not up to the standard.
Everything was perfect! A little far from town, but there is a free shuttle, so no problem.
facilities and food I got the worst room - def the worst view. room 216 leads to an internal wall. asked about moving, response was i paid for a cheap room...
The staff were so helpful. Recommended Restaurants that were wonderful but not expensive. The decor and location was beautiful, all your personal needs were thought of. They even turned down your bed at night. I have a bad back and asked for an additional quilt to soften the mattress. Two maids arrived with two additional quilts and insisted on making up the bed for me. The hotel restaurant was quite expensive and limited if you don't like fish.
The facilities of the hotel were very good the pool area and gardens were beautiful and very well maintained. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We had two excellent evening meals at the hotel's restaurant and the breakfasts were equally good with a very wide choice of dishes. Given the position and standard of this hotel I would have expected a shuttle service to the centre of Palermo.
Facilities, garden and very friendly staff. A hotel of charm and character. Rather erratic housekeeping and maintenance on international standards, but good for Sicily.
The hotel, the room, the personnel are all excellent. The fitness room was not very well equipped, the taxis of the hotel tend to apply higher rates, the snack menu was very limited despite the fact that the hotel is rather far away from the city.
good location - impressive facilities air conditioning was deficient
Cleanliness of room, complimentary water on arrival in room. Great early check in and late check out. Quiet despite location, too. No bad points for this hotel, perhaps would have been nice to have a bathrobe and one bottle of water each rather than just one.
Really nice staff! The rooms are nice and comfy. Breakfast is not really diverse but it taste good and was fine
Great hotel! In some rooms the street noise is very disturbing. Our friends stayed in rooms 107 and 108: great! We stayed in suite 414: lousy windows, so a lot of noise, really, a lot!
The location near palermo's main piazza, pedestrian malls and fine restaurants made for a wonderful if short stay.
Our room included a small balcony featuring a fantastic view of the downtown area, Mount Peligrino, and a peek of the Port. Mossimo very kindly produced a platter of ham, vegetables and fruit for us one evening when my daughter and husband were feeling ill and weren't up to going out to eat. In our 3-person suite, the TV in the 3rd person's room was not working; the shower doors were crooked and couldn't be adequately lined up and only one shower head was working. Also, my daughter felt the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and not what she was expecting.
The location was good, the ratio price/quality was excelent, there was a parking of the hotel. Everything was fine.
location Noisy at night .
rather near to the centre The furniture is too 'cold' and so were the staff; not particularly helpful. They never did one step more. No hospitality demonstrated
Good location with a free garage. Our room was located on the road side and it was very noisy at night (the room is renovated but not the windows..).
Location and parking facilities were good. Good breakfast. Very nice and modern room + bathroom. Most of Palermo toerist visiting points within walking range. Staff helpful and speak good English. Good value for money.
Location Street outside a bit noisy
The staff was exceptionally helpful. When we ran into a problem with our atm card some days after we checked out, the staff went far out of their way to help make facilities available to help us sort out the problem. I would never choose a different hotel in Palermo. It'll always be the gh Wagner.
Friendly and helpful staff, great location, very good facilities.
The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
Location, Breakfast, Comfort We had a problem with the air conditioning. We had to keep asking them to turn it down in our room - which they can control - however every morning it was back up to 26c. Also if your room is located on the ground floor the noise from the street is atrocious- I know this is a large city, however no attemps to mask the noise were made. This is not a 5 star, at best it is a 3 - 4 star hotel
Location We were early in the season so lot not yet open, e.g. roof bar
The hotel is excellent and in a prime location
exceptionally good service (including handling a complicated change of booking); superb health/beauty centre; large and comfortable room; delicious breakfast; great location (close to airport bus and range of restaurants, bars, cafes) - all round one of the best hotels I've stayed in.
Central location; comfortable rooms
very well situated in central Palermo; helpful staff; worthy of 5 stars.
// The room was small and with one small window. The food selection for breakfast is too poor for a 4star hotel and the space was insufficient.
Excellent hotel, especially for 60 Euros a night. Room wasn't huge, but it was very comfortable, the hotel looked very good and was near to main shopping area
The staff was very helpful and friendly, the rooms were also very nice.
Great location, very tidy nicely maintained - a bit pricey at Euro 135 a night but we did book late. Staff great, very helpful - shower had a leek and when we asked to have it looked at it was repaired (absolutely properly) immediately within the hour. Couldn't fault the service. If you don't like city noise you might not like the location of the hotlel but we quite enjoyed the buzz. however if you don't like city noise don't come to Palermo full stop!!
What impressed me most is that all of the staff are very gentle and professional. Also, rooms and facilities are nicely done, clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend Artemisia to my friends.
Great position A little noisy
A good location besides train station There are PUBs nearby the hotel and it is noisy at night!!
Short walk from the train/bus station. Close to restaurants and sights. Great views from the rooftop restaurant. Room was a good size. Bathroom is a little cramped. Shower only. Wifi can be a little spotty during busy times. Saturday night can be a little bit noisy from the bars outside, but no problems other times.
The Hotel's location and was impressed by its cleanliness
Close to Stations. Panorama from terrace
The staff was just superb. Friendly, helpful and always available. The roof top lounge was a real treat with stunning views of the old city. We enjoyed it for breakfast and wine in the evening. Our room was lovely, small fridge, very nicely appointed. Great location for exploring the markets, port and other important sites in old Palermo.
The roof terrace was lovely with amazing views over the city. The hotel was in a central position with easy access to the train station. The staff were really friendly and helpfull.
Helpful reception and breakfast staff. Central location. It was noisy with bulding work in the light well commencing at 6.45 AM by throwing bricks into a wheelbarrow. We were in room 508. Also pillows were rock hard.
We like the room which is good value for the price. It seems recently renovated and it's nice to have high ceiling. The terrace at the top where we had breakfast is really nice. The hotel is hard to get to. We got stuck in a traffic jam in center of town. There's so many one way streets and we got lost many times. The parking garage is not exactly close by. Inside the room, the shower door does not close properly and the drain is slow. That was a bit annoying.
convenient location near to station and main tourist sites, great roof terrace for breakfast/evening drinks, friendly and helpful staff Some noise at night from street bars.
The staff is awesome - they went out of their way to help with our special requests and multiple change of plans Nothing
The position of the hotel is convenient for the major sights and transport. The view from the roof while we had breakfast was breathtaking We got back to the hotel late and a machine selling hot or cold drinks would have been welcome as the mini bar was empty
Room is large and comfortable. The location is good. The frontdesk was very helpful.
Good central location, off via Roma. Rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable, including facilities such as kitchenette and fridge. Reception staff were very welcoming and efficient at all times. Breakfast was very basic in comparison with the general high standard of the hotel.
The size of the rooms
The staff knew their stuff and were always willing to help. How clean the hotel was at all times. The breakfast was very very good! My only issue with my stay was a constant banging noise from either a water tank or something else in the near area although probably nothing the hotel could do?!
Staff were very helpful with making emergency arrangements for me when other plans fell through. One of the largest rooms I have ever stayed in. Wireless was not working when I was there.
spacious room, friendly staff, very good location the breakfast venue is quite small, people have to take turns to be able to have breakfast
A suite on special offer provides exceptional value, and an inbuilt kitchen offers the option for self catering. The location is some distance from the main sights and transport hub, but nearer the shopping/business district. This means a bit more travelling to see the sights but very convenient dining and shopping. Palermo is a boisterous, noisy city, but the hotel is on a quiet side street just off of the Via Roma, so a good night's sleep is guaranteed. The breakfast is a bit unremarkable for a 4-star, but perfectly acceptable with special offer price room.
Quiet location in the middle of a very busy city Although there was a kitchen area, we had no access to utensils, glasses, bottle opener until we had to ask for each. The reception staff were efficient and businesslike but not particularly friendly or outgoing.
Location and size of room and the special offer price no kettle or tea making facilities in the room.
Huge rooms. Clean and modern. Good breakfast. No concerge services to speak of. Difficult to acces by car
Very helpful staff, beautiful view on the city of Palermo from the balconies N.A.
As we had young children they upgraded us free of charge to a very large suite. They also provided a cot quickly and with no charge parking, sign posting to hotel was not clear, very much a conference hotel and lacked atmosphere. No information in room.
view on palermo
The staff are helpful and friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean and the view over Palermo is fantastic. Truly relaxing. Lo staff sono sempre pronti ad aiutare, le camere sono spazioze e pulite e la panorama della città di Palermo è fantastica. Veramente rilassante. You really need a car as it's about 15 minutes from the centre of Palermo. Vi servirà la macchina perchè l'hotel si trova a circa 15 minuti dal centro di Palermo
lack of any tv channels in english
Excellent view, friendly stuff, great food It was not easy to find it with the car
Hotel has superb views over Palermo.Good facilities, twin swimming pools, gym and helpful staff.Bed mattress was superb;memory foam I think and one of the best hotel bets I have slept on in recent years.First hours internet was free.Free parking but a bit chaotic, staff had to keep moving vehicles around. Room was clean buts swiming pool had debris in it Also paths around hotel needed a good sweep.Lots of plant debris.Breakfast was basic.Hotel can only be reached by narrow twisty road and is difficult to find without a sat nav. As a touring base it is not ideal as every journey involves driving through Palermo
Free car parking. Nice view. Free internet. Very noisy, you could hear people in the room upstairs. Outdated, not modern at all. Difficult to get to.
Great view of Palermo. Big room with big flatscreen TV. Breakfast was poor.
The view is amazing. The pool has also great view. Free Parking. The staff was very helpful The bed were not comfortable. You could here the people from the next rooms
Location is very good, close to the city center and to the main bus stop,on other hand it's very peacefull and calm.
Very helpful front office staff, very central
Situation, very central Staff, the hotel is very old and it needs some reforms.
center of the town comfort food staff
The biggest or rather the only plus of this hotel is the localisation. So, if this is important for you this choice is very good. Standard is poor, however, the renovated part looks better.
The attention I received
Nice building, great & helpful staff. Good location not in the historical centre, but in the hot spot of weekend night life. The hotel is really ok. Main disadvantage is lack of free WiFi. Personally I don't like the pompous style of American chain hotels, but if someone does it is the right place. Some furniture and fittings in rooms and bathrooms could be replaced/renewed.
other than sky light roof windows the room had no windows at all,
Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly, multilingual and very helpful. Wished there had been rooms available which would accomodate a family.
Room was tidy with a high ceiling. Staff were friendly enough and located near local restaurants. Room above the bar was a bit noisy at night as the windows were not sound proof. Staff were moderately helpful.
The location was great and the dining rooms/ breakfast were incredible. Parking is a problem. Especially with no direction before hand. They are on a busy street during business hours.
most of the hotel staff The hotel was under construction during our stay.
The overall general quality and standard of service. The only problem is the fact that there are renovations taking place at the moment and it was a bit noisy at times.
The staff are extremely attentive, well informed, and friendly. This used to be one of the classic hotels in Palermo. Unfortunately, "Hiltonisation" has forced all the interesting and ecentric aspects that made it great into standard Hilton off the peg lowest common denominator. No doubt that will make Americans comfortable.
only stayed one night, room was excellent.. finding your way to the room through a maze of corridors ans lifts is a bit difficult
Very central possition for shops and main points of interest. I inquired about parking but nobody came back to me, parking was in fact available but would have been nice to have been told before hand.
the location and design of the hotel was excellent. as was the reception staff - very helpful with enquiries re restaurants, trains, buses etc. the breakfast was quite poor. on 2 days we were seated at tables with stained table cloths - should never be allowed. the scrambled eggs were lumpy and watery - no resemblence to scrambled eggs at all.
The architecture of the hotel and the elegance of the rooms.Very quiet and discrete place to be in the heart of the city of Palermo.Excellent value for the money. The quality of the breakfast is improvable.
Nicely appointed rooms in great location. Friendly, helpful staff. not their fault, but there was a power blackout one night.
Gorgeous, clean, great location and felt safe. A true gem. I can't wait to go back.
This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. We travel quite a lot and this hotel is definitely one that we would like to recommend. We stayed in a Deluxe room, with a separate jacuzzi room. We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant and can recommend this to anyone staying at the hotel and not wanting to go out and hunt for a top-restaurant. Breakfast was not top (choice of food) - but was it was fresh. No glasses in the room/mini-bar...
We have enjoyed the hotel which is clean, new, central, quit - just beautiful.
The Bye Bye Blues restaurant was absolutely outstanding and a wonderful surprise. We did not expect to find a restaurant of such a high standing in Palermo. Also being a coeliac I was very impressed to find that there was gluten free bread for me at breakfast and at dinner. Excellent service. Also the bathrooms were fabulous with magnificent large shower heads which gave the best shower. There is nothing negative that I could say about the hotel, staff or restaurant. I would definitely stay there again.
The room was beautiful though absolutely no view.Bathroom was like a spa. Sheets and bed were wonderful. Decor was far more elegant than expected. Spa also is beautiful. Need more staff at night and during the summer. They were overworked and it led to an extremely slow resolution of problems with the internet and phone etc. The houseman was delivering room service and getting parked cars. It was
Relatively modern hotel in the middle of Palermo. Breakfast was great! No Tea or coffee available in the rooms, Resturant closed on our second night.
The staff were extremely helpful at Quintocanto. Alitalia lost our bags and the hotel staff tracked them down for us and made sure they were there before our departure (trust me, it didn't look promising). In the meantime, my wife and I had an excuse to enjoy the shopping in the area and relaxed with an excellent massage in the spa. The prices are reasonable, the location is excellent, and the service is even better. We did not have a car, but I can imagine that parking in the area would be difficult.
I like its central location, its parking service, and its looks. Maybe the lack of light in our room.
After booking at an already competitive rate, I was delighted to get an upgrade (late August, city centres in Italy are devoid of italians/business travellers so hotels have more availability) and it was a room at the back so very quiet and overlooking the roof of a big church and just wonderful. Their restaurant was also the one which served us the best meal of the whole week in Sicily and the staff were helpful with choices of wine and food. Hotel staff also recommended us a local car rental which proved in turn to be very competitively priced and helpful too. Oh and it couldn't have been more central. It is spread over 2 buildings so there was a slightly roundabout route to our room but that was not a problem.
very nice hotel, the staff was friendly, attentive and helpful especially in breakfast room, the outstanding reasturant. very spacious bathroom. double room was not enough spacious
Best location for sight seeing. The restaurant was excellent. They had a wifi access, but I could not get connected for some reason. The hotel staff said it was something wrong with my PC or sofrware. It could have been helpful if there is some kind of written instruction.
Great and very central location, clean and new both in the rooms and the common areas, tasteful and functional decoration (but not cold or without character). Good breakfast, at least for general Italian standards (that is, do not expect a huge buffet but it is also not the regular croissant - jam - coffee kind of minimal Italian breakfast). There was some construction noise, which we also saw in other reviews from September 2010, but thought would be over by our trip (which was mid-November). Unfortunately it was not the case. Having read about it on booking.com, we had requested a room away from the construction work when booking, but that did not happen. We understand from the hotell staff that it is from a neighbouring building so they do not have much control, but it would be good if they could speak to the neighbours and have the noise at least not before 10 am (it started at around 8.30).
In the bathroom, the shower was difficult to adjust (to turn on/off and temperature-wise) and there was a problem with the sink plug.
