Contras: "I am 6'4" tall. I love/need leg room. On the flight from Orlando to Sao Paulo, I purchased an exit row seat. It has the best leg room. On my return flight from Sao Paulo to Orlando, I again purchased an exit row, at the desk with an Azul person. However, when I was onboard, sitting in my purchased exit row, one of the flight personnel began creating a stir with the other flight attendants about me sitting there. Their English-speaking ability was almost none. They asked for my passport, and I didn't understand why, because I had passed all of the official reviews with it, and at the desk when I purchased the exit row seat. There was a "heated" discussion amongst all the flight attendants looking at my passport. It was returned to me, without explanation, but then later, prior to the flight leaving, they sent another flight attendant, who had very limited English-speaking ability, to tell me I could not sit in an exit row, because I was too old. I am in my 60's, they said. I am in excellent shape and could easily perform any physical requirements called upon by someone sitting in any exit row. I tried to tell the flight attendant that I had purchased the exit row seat, but he insisted I move to another seat, so not wanting to create a regrettable incident, I moved to a cramped seat elsewhere on the plane. I will NEVER fly on Azul airlines again, and will tell everyone else about how they poorly deal with English-speaking, older customers. They never offered to refund what I had paid."

I will never conduct business with Turkish Airlines again and will ensure all my friends, family, and colleagues try their best to avoid them too."

Seats barely comfortable for a flagship airline"
Prós: "The Transit from TLV suppose to take 50 min. In the boarding passes that we received in TLV ut was written gate 201. The security at the Sabiha Airport was very slowly so we needed to rush to the gate. When we arrived the gate nothing was written about the flight to Amsterdam. So an airport worker checked for us and they changed the gate twice. So in the end 24 Israelis missed the flight to Amsterdam and we had to be transfer to Attaturk Airport and arrived in Amsrterdam in 5 hrs delay."

I felt that the crew treated passengers coming from instanbul to the US different than passengers traveling from the US. Turkey airlines needs to treat all passenger the same no matter where they're from or their destination."

I am a fussy eater and don't really like airplane food but the food was actually really nice. We was given plenty of snacks and drinks in between meals as well. Instead we were reminded that it is available (for a price of course)."

Food options were ok, the food itself was garbage. In flight entertainment was pathetic. Cabin crew was not great either. All in all, wouldn't recommend Air France to a friend or family. Too many other good options out there."

British Airways is significantly better."

I found a latam person that wasn't really dealing with this situation and managed to get him to talk to other latam staff about my visa appointment. It was pretty stressful for me to have to deal with the possibility of missing such an important event without a good reason."

After a 3 hour delay that caused me (and tons of others) to miss a connecting international flight, LATAM’s telephone servers had the nerve to claim I was a no show and needed to pay them for my absence. This resulted in a long discussion where I was held on hold until they could adequately determine that yes i missed the flight because they held us late. This was the only way that i was able to avoid their charge to me for being a “no show.”"
