We had to wait for all luggage to come out, then go to lost and found, what is more puzzling is that then they tell you the luggage will be loaded on next flight, arrive at night, but will not deliver it until after 3PM on next day. This is flying business class. Swiss begins to feel like a low cost"

Contras: "12 of January, 2018 Dear Austrian Airlines authority, I address to your kind attention to asist me to get to me the hat qhich I lost on board of the flight 1576 when I arrived to Vienna airport on my way frpom JFK to Lwo. It happened because it was no room above my seat's bin and the steard helped me to get my heat in another bin. Unfortunately I forgot at the moment when I left the board of the plane, a minute later I reminded that I forgot my hat but I was not allowed to go back and get my hat. I tried to communicate with the Lot&Found office in Vienna airport as I had 2h40 minutes in connection time and it was enough time to get me back the hat, unfortunately nothing was really done from the airport staff to get me my hat and made to me possible continue traveling with my hat. I spoke to two managers, the name I could share with you if you need. The Found office registered my black hat and the plastic box under the number F2018/000682. In this situation I ask your offices to deliver my hat and the plastic box to Lviv airport as sson as possible as this is a special hat for my daily prayers. I wish you best and ask for your kind assistance to send the item as soon as possible with the nearest flight. Sincerely, Meylakh Sheykhet"

Contras: "For international travel, I’m always told to get there 3 hours before. For this trip we checked in but didn’t have access to a printer so needed a boarding pass. We wanted to carry on luggage so just needed to print the pass. Swiss was the only airline that wasn’t available on the check-in kiosks. The front desk staff didn’t arrive until closer to 1.5 hours before check in so nearly theall passengers were in a huge line to get passes and check bags."

Prós: "Flight left in time, easy quick boarding. Food was great, we had dinner and breakfast snack"

They wanted me to pay for my seat after already spending 1100. Then they said I was randomly selected for a TSA check in Zurich. Seriously. And there was no TSA agent in sight doing the check. It was a Swiss Airline Employee. Never had that happen even in the USA."

Contras: "Seats are very uncomfortable, and arm rests between the seats don't go up all the way. Boarding was not well organized, not done by rows from the back to the front so a bit chaotic. As with all airlines in economy these days, the food was very mediocre, and the overall comfort of the flight was pretty poor."

Contras: "No organization for boarding. It didn't matter what class you are in, everyone boards at the same time. business class o. The plane we were on was just the front seats....they were not larger seats."

Prós: "The flight from SFO to ZRH was in a newly fitted 777. The seats were very comfortable and we had plenty of leg room in economy class. Great and extremely nice flight attendants - thank you!"
Contras: "The flight from ZRH to SFO was in an older 777 and the seats were very uncomfortable with limited leg room in economy. This flight was not very enjoyable. I have to say though that the very friendly and helpful flight attendants were compensating for this. Thank you!"

Prós: "The crew on Swiss Air is very welcoming. The food was pretty good and there was frequent beverage service, so you don't get dehydrated like on other airlines."
Contras: "The seats decline fairly far back into the next seat. As a result, some of the passengers got agitated if they do not go with the flow and decline like dominoes. Both legs of the flight we had the people seated behind us kicking and shoving our seats. One gentleman was kicking my seat for a couple hours and made a scene on the outgoing flight. The stewardess addressed the gentleman and explained that I had to decline my seat because the seat in front of me was declined. My knees were jammed into the seat in front of me, so every time the gentleman kicked me, it not only hurt my back, but my knees. The couple behind us on the return flight jumped the line to get onto the flight, kept kicking our seats and then pretended they did not understand when we asked that they stop. I think the pilot should address the issue upfront so this toddler like behavior does not go on. I am not sure if it is common behavior, but not something I have experienced on an American carrier."

Prós: "I loved the timing of my connecting flights. Just enough layover time."
Contras: "COMFORT: Extremely challenging and expensive to get emergency exit seats (more leg room). For someone who is 6'5" (195cm) traveling can be very challenging in an economy seat."

Prós: "The flight was quick. Overall a smooth and pleasant one. I didn't have any real interaction with the crew except to exchange the usual pleasantries of saying hello and goodbye. So to be fair, I can't rate the level of service provided."
Contras: "The flight was fine, unfortunately, there was nowhere to sit at the gate. The majority of passengers stood about waiting or sitting on the floor since the few seats located at the gate had been taken. A five or 10 minute wait would have been one thing, but a 45 minute wait is another, particularly if there are older passengers or small children who have to wait."

Contras: "When getting our meals the flight attendants didn't ask anyone to move their seats back up so it was difficult to eat since there was no space."

Contras: "Through no fault of the airline, there was a strong thunderstorm that delayed our flight. Little information was provided about the situation. It was obvious that we could not fly in the storm, but we were not informed about the likely departure time. The reason I gave a poor ranking is that my suitcase/pack must have been left out in the downpour on the top of the pile so all of my clothes were extremely wet when I reached Boston. The bag itself was wet so it was not a case of something leaking in the bag. I have had to wash all of the clothes and iron them."

There was an onscreen ordering option, but for the entire flight it said "this service is temporarily closed". They didn't have a beverage cart. Not even water or coffee. I couldn't even get a cup of water to swallow some ibuprofen and an allergy pill (somebody brought a companion cat, I suspect, quite near to me). No food or water on an international flight across the Atlantic??? You've got to be kidding me -- that's gotta be close to illegal, not providing any means of hydration. But it's certainly cheap, mean, and unacceptable. Pathetic, too."

Contras: "I bought my tkts a moth ago. And when arrived to VLC airport i have no seat ans they put me on STB. NOT GOOD /("

Contras: "We never made it to this part of our flight because our Budapest to Madrid flight was canceled due to faulty AC system. We were boarded In Budapest and about two hours later they made as deplane after sitting in the hot plane for two hours. It was around 10 PM and no food was available at the airport, so I could not feed my four-year-old son ."

Contras: "There were delays at Heathrow due to fog. Rather then backing up all planes by an hour or so, BA gave our plane away. We experienced a 6 plus hour delay. So after flying for nine hours from the U.S. overnight to London, we had to sit around the airport, while watching other planes take off on time. We got in so late to Madrid that our hotel room that we reserved months earlier was given away. After being awake for over 24 hours we had to walk around Madrid at 11:00 pm at night, looking for someplace to lay our weary heads."

Contras: "They switched someone into my seat and didn't give me a new seat. It was very hot in the airplane making it very uncomfortable. They also forgot to take my tray before landing and I had to hold it in my lap."

Boarding should be from the back first to speed it up. It was not. Crew did not have wide variety of refreshments. Seats were much too narrow and there was no leg room. Food helpings were much too small for a long flight. Controls very poor."

Contras: "Not be able to get seats in advance with IB. From Miami to Madrid, it was no problem at all. AA assigned our seats a month in advance."

Prós: "The crew was attentive but only on the basic standard service."
Contras: "I truly love that there are very few travelers. Also, I went through a lot getting to have done a covid test in order to travel, no one asked for it! Also when filling the custom forms they could have been and explain that one paper form was enough for a whole family"

Contras: "Tap changed the times on my original flight from Portugal to Rome then changed the times from my first flight from Boston to Portugal making it impossible to connect from Portugal to Rome.both flights were tap airlines. We were charged 462.00 extra to take the next flight out 3hours later. We were charged twice for the same flight from Portugal to Rome. It was not our fault that we could not connect in Portugal, every other airlines would make resonable accommodations with out any extra charge. We both feel cheated by tap airlines and it made our vacation very stressful trying to resolve the double charge. It has not been resolved as of yet and we our very disappointed on how we were treated. can’t get anything other than the blame being passed around."

Contras: "Flight to LIS was delayed 2.5 hours, missed BCN flight. I was given a new flight, but boardng pass was canceled at gate. I'm stranded!"

Prós: "The Magnum ice cream was a great touch."
Contras: "We thought that $35 per bag is a bit too much when other airlines are $25."

Prós: "Not much"
Contras: "Long flight uncomfortable seats"

Prós: "Ice cream for snack."
Contras: "Flight from Oporto to Lisbon, when we landed they did not set up the ramp to exit the plane, I had requested mobility assistance. And the ramp was right next to the plane."

Prós: "Check-in and baggage drop was fast. Food was good. Cabin crew did their job. Economy plus seats are comfortable and leg room was ok (I'm 1,84m tall). So, smooth and easy flight."
Contras: "We arrived with 20 Minutes delay...and it was just the first shuttle of the day... could have been better"

Contras: "No USB port"

Contras: "Our flight was DCA to Boston then to Lisbon, with similar return. Our return flight into Boston arrived early enough to allow us to get an earlier flight home but TAP customer service wasn't open until after the earlier flight departed. Also, Jet Blue, the domestic carrier, could not change our flight because it was booked through TAP."

Prós: "Everything"
Contras: "Some delays at the airport but service is excellent."

Contras: "Flight Washington delayed. Airport about closes upon Arrival!"

Prós: "very rude empoyees at check in"

Prós: "I was able to easily store my carryon which is the maximum size you can bring in the overhead compartment and store my large zippered bag underneath the seat with still plenty of space for my legs."
Contras: "I would like to see all TAP planes come with a standard entertainment option on the headrest in front of you with the advanced menu option of movies, games, radio, etc. and ensure all headphone jacks are operational."

Contras: "They gave my 70-year old mother only a few hours notice that they were changing her one-stop four-hour 6AM flight into an 8AM multi stop 14-hour marathon. In fact, she was already asleep when they changed her flight, so she was already at the airport when she found out about the change. To do this to a 70-year old woman is reprehensible. Worse, after 2-hours with customer service, nobody there made any real attempt to remedy the situation or offer any compensation. Worst airline experience EVER."

Prós: "Great service on board, very attentive crew. Great food (Yes, it was good), modern aircraft."
Contras: "The boarding process at Terminal could be easier and simpler. They told us to set up lines way before the actual call."

Prós: "Movie selection was good."
Contras: "Staff was rude and food was terrible."

Prós: "seat very comfortable...excellent entertainment choices"
Contras: "crew were Zombies at best....invisible otherwise.....food and beverage choices abyssmal"

Contras: "I was so dissatisfied with the customer service and lack of help provided after a FULL and LARGE flight was cancelled to Lisbon (then ultimately to Rome for me). I would like a FULL refund for my flight plus my miles accredited to my account for the full trip to Rome."

Prós: "Service and crew were very friendly. Excellent!"

Prós: "Low cost"
Contras: "Kept switching gates"

Prós: "Both meals very nice. Crew members pleasant"
Contras: "Food served a bit late"

Prós: "The flight was mostly ok minus squeezing in seats. Crew was delightful. Delay lowered my rating."
Contras: "Severe delay. Almost missed connection."

Prós: "The flight was fine, no issues. Plane was fine, no WIFI or entertainment. Served a small meal. For the price, excellent trip."
Contras: "All was good."

Prós: "Everything ran as expected or better. Great plane, crew, entertainment, and food. We will definitely fly TAP again."

Prós: "There was nothing I liked about this flight other than it got me to my destination alive. Food was plane food."
Contras: "Small seats (what made it worse was being seated between two "plus sized" people), no leg room, there was a pointless foot rest that was uncomfortable and lessened the leg room when down and cut off knee room when up, TV monitors in the whole center seating section were full of static with very limited channels. Constant updates over the loud speaker by the pilot and stewardess got annoying; felt like every 20-30 minutes and saying the same thing, and saying it in 3 different laugages."

Prós: "Great airline, great service, great staff. Great flight!"

Prós: "Seats were spacious. TVs on the flight with lots of movies and TV shows. No delays, great service. Highly recommend it!"

Prós: "Everything was perfect. More than I expected and would certainly fly with them again."
