Contras: "The seats decline fairly far back into the next seat. As a result, some of the passengers got agitated if they do not go with the flow and decline like dominoes. Both legs of the flight we had the people seated behind us kicking and shoving our seats. One gentleman was kicking my seat for a couple hours and made a scene on the outgoing flight. The stewardess addressed the gentleman and explained that I had to decline my seat because the seat in front of me was declined. My knees were jammed into the seat in front of me, so every time the gentleman kicked me, it not only hurt my back, but my knees. The couple behind us on the return flight jumped the line to get onto the flight, kept kicking our seats and then pretended they did not understand when we asked that they stop. I think the pilot should address the issue upfront so this toddler like behavior does not go on. I am not sure if it is common behavior, but not something I have experienced on an American carrier."

Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

After boarding I realized some exit sits are available. As a Turkish man who worked JFK for.Turkish airlines, I think this was awful experience. Turkish airlines and passengers deserve better service and honest employees"

Contras: "I'm not home yet. The flight was cancelled but the airline never informed us so we spent $50 going to the airport only to be told when we got there that the flight was cancelled. We are still waiting to get home and they've told us 3 days until we can get out. We understand that weather is an issue but the airline has been completely unwilling to communicate, refusing to speak in person at local sales office, not answering phone calls, etc. Hoping they make this right because this has been. A horrible experience"

Unfortunately, there were several customer service disappointments, from forgetting to include dessert with my and my daughter's meals to being made to wait nearly an hour for the interactive screen to be reset. And not a sincere apology or effort to resolve the problem."

The 11hour flight was more like being in a shopping mall for 11 hours, people getting up and walking everywhere, talking in the aisles-I understand the children crying-but kicking other peopmes seats is unacceptable and the flight staff should address that if their training allows."

Contras: "The Sabiha Gökçen airport in Istanbul is discrageful, and changing flights there is always a horrible experience. But this is not, of course, the fault of THY. The airport is simply too small for the current number of flights."

I find the seat average in comfort for premium economy. If only the seat would move forward, I keep sliding off it. Cathay Pacific has a much better seat."

And, with my heavy carry on luggage, plus my under seat luggage that I had to hold my old mother that I had to walk to the bus With pretty good distance that took us to another 10 minutes terminal drive. By the time we got to the connection gate to Berlin, the plane already rolled out to the runway. Now, they have to send us to the next fly, which was at another different gate. Overall, this trip made me very disappointed and horrible."

Contras: "I had bulkhead (50A) and that seat gives a little less legroom due to the wall so my feet were often resting against the wall. Plus that seat has the A/V in the armrest which is not allowed to be on during takeoff and landing, meaning I couldn't start a movie until after takeoff and I couldn't watch the flight camera during landing."

Prós: "Lufthansa is one of few airlines in Europe with pure class and excellent service. Even in economy!"

The flight attendants were rushing and will take a while if you needed anything. I felt like I was taking a bus with graffiti all over the place."

Contras: "Our total flight time was about 17 hours - MAD- AMS-LAX. My husband and I both have an internationally approved carry on luggages with us. When we checked in - they asked us to both check in our carry on luggage. The reason why is because they said they don’t think they have enough space for our carry ons. I told the crew member checking us in that other people that was checking in with the same hand carry size luggage with us had no problems taking it with them. For being about to be on a 17 HOUR FLIGHT we should be ALLOWED to have our carry ons with us! We take carry ons for that reason! I had to argue and prove my case to the crew member to atleast keep 1 carry on with us. I thought that was an UNACCEPTABLE reason for us to check in a carry on luggage when we had a 17 hour travel time ahead of us. Not a happy costumer here."

Contras: "Flew KLM 27 years ago and the airlines seem to be stuck in the same era. Food is poor quality... Have you recently checked the Gulf carriers."

No rushing was needed though, the flight was delayed for 1:30h and after we all boarded a further delay was announced. I will never fly with KLM."

Contras: "They didn’t let us board the plane. Allegedly the plane was changed and make us travel by train!! They offered us a compensation but we haven’t heard from them yet. Not good experience at all."

Prós: "The cabin crew, the flight and communication and the cleanliness of the plane."
Contras: "It was really unclear which desk to use at Birmingham airport to check in. It was extremely stressful for a first time flier as I had no idea what to do - the desk location wasn't marked clearly and when no staff were there it wasn't clear that the desk was open."

Contras: "One of the senior stewardesses we're very rude. Whether it's her personal opinion or KLM's policy, it's unreasonable to think that a 3 years old child could or should hold her pipi over 20 minutes, while they slowly and inefficiently trying to give out food. Several parents were there with the request to let us through to the toilet with small children and she smiled in our face and said "no, we will finish first and than you can go". She might be not fit for the job anymore, but KLM can't afford this kind of treatment."

Prós: "Comfortable flight to Amsterdam for vacation in UK. More meals than expected. Also wasn't expecting some of the comforts offered to "regular" class seats like eye masks, ear plugs, pillows and blankets. It was an overnight flight, so maybe that should have been expected, but I don't think we had those 4 years ago when traveling overseas."
Contras: "Nothing. This is filler text to meet min characters."

Contras: "Flight delayed ... Myself and three other colleagues didn't have our luggage show up from KLM flight from Amsterdam to Brussels...even though all of our luggage was labeled "priority". Once in customer service line, we looked and saw that many of the other passengers on our flight also never received their luggage. We estimated that 20-25% of the people on that flight did not receive their luggage as they were in line with us for the same problem. Hard to understand how so many pieces of luggage could have been overlooked and not loaded on our flight. Obviously there is a huge gap in their quality system to ensure mistakes like this are prevented."

Prós: "KLM food and service are great"

Contras: "Because of slow boarding process flight was delayed by 15 minutes. I had short connection in Amsterdam."

Contras: "Luggage....it is allowed to charge but they shouldn’t charge. During on boarding they communicate that because the cabin was full of hand luggage the rest of the passengers needed to dispatch their hand luggage for free. This occurs only because they charge to dispatch luggage when buying the tickets. So nobody dispatch luggage and those who dis became frustrated because they payed. This unfortunately occurs on all companies."

Prós: "The plane was new."
Contras: "Smallest seats and shortest leg room I’ve experienced in a long time! They even charge for a cup of coffee, and anything else, other than water! I didn’t try to use the bathroom, but they probably charge for that, too!"

Prós: "Fast flight.. no hassles at all"
Contras: "Nothing"

Prós: "Crew was great. Seat was great."
Contras: "Food. I didnt eat anything else on this trip with the exception of LATAMs provided meal and by landing I was in the ER with a food borne disease. Fluids coming out both ends hooked up to an IV to rehydrate my body while they ran tests which confirmed the food... Everything else was great just don't eat the food."

Contras: "Have a screen to watch movies."

Contras: "Check in seemed to take awhile even though when we arrived there were only a couple of people in front of us. They had multiple staff but seemed to have issues getting the computers to work or it took very long for the staff to log into the systems."

Prós: "Crew were helpful. I was given the wrong seat number and they helped sort it out. They also did priority boarding for us when the queue was ridiculous"
Contras: "The check in process was a mess with people going from all queues and it took far too long. They also have me the wrong seat number for boarding causing lots of confusion"

Prós: "Great Airplane i felt awesome tha movies the food everything was great with this flight"
Contras: "nothing, maybe the Airport at Hanga Roa because we wait so much time!"

Prós: "The flight itself was fine. The flight attendants were friendly and solicitous. The food was good on the long haul leg of my trip. The trip itself was nice."
Contras: "It seems LATAM changed the way they charge fees in July. The ticket for my return trip included no allowance for checked bags, and that detail wasn't obvious on my reservation information. Imagine my surprise when I check-in for an international flight and I'm told I can't check any luggage because it isn't included on my ticket. I ended up paying $210 to check two bags. Also expect to pay a bit more for decent seat assignments. My default seat assignment was at the very back of the plane, right against the rear bulkhead where seats often can't recline. So, another $60 to move elsewhere."

Contras: "I can’t think of any thing else you could do better. You really provide a customer first service. I will always fly Latam and advise others to as well. Thank you."

Contras: "airport in pereira held the flight for two hours, so I missed both my connections in bogota and miami. LATAM was nice to give me a hotel for 3 hours of sleep, but I arrived a day later and had to buy a new ticket"

Contras: "The flight Santiago Buenos Aires was delayed and no one informed us. The seats where unconfortable. The food basic."

Prós: "The airline and travel agency never informed me that this flight was cancelled. I almost got stuck at JFK."
Contras: "Everything about the airline and the travel agency since they never took the time to inform me that it was cancelled."

Prós: "The whole flight went smoothly and I really have no complaints about the flight itself."
Contras: "When I arrived, my luggage did not make the connecting flight. It was tracked down and hopefully will make it to me soon but you can see how it’s inconvenient. The first leg of my flight was operated by Wamos, though it was a LATAM flight. I know that this is something that happens often for all sorts of reasons, however I can’t help but think it had something to do with the transition of my luggage from one flight to the next. My flights home are similar ( One leg of it being operated by another airline) and needless to say I’m a bit nervous about that."

I love that the bathrooms have full length mirrors, hand towelettes, and are well maintained. Most of all, I love how compassionate,patient, and accomodating the flight attendants are."
Contras: "I would have liked for there to be more vegetarian choices-- healthier foods, more veggies, more fruits, rice, less meat. It would be nice to have real milk or cream instead of powder for the coffee; and honey instead of sugar."

Prós: "Smooth flight, on time"

Prós: "Flight schedule, inflight service and food in couch was amazingly the best I had in a long time. The entertainment was delightful. The telephone service for questions, while in Peru, was terrible. My flight reservation number was changed and I needed to talk to someone. I had to call the States help line instead of the local number which had a non working automated answering menu."

Prós: "The flight was about 85% empty! Loved the whole row to myself. Staff was extra friendly probably because it was the last flight and everyone was comin back home. Arrived early, and smooth landing."

Contras: "Because of the terminal staff, I did not make this connection and had to spend the night in Santiago, and then wait for a flight to Sao Paulo and then to JFK, which added another 18 hours to my trip. This caused much inconvenience for me as I could not get home when I was supposed to. At least some of the terminal staff should have a good command of English and supervisors should be more willing to step in and help. I will try very hard NOT to fly with LAN again."
