Prós: The leg place and reclining chair
Prós: The crew was really helpful and attentive. we travel with a special needs young lady and every body was sure she enjoyed the fly. the airplane was in excellent conditions.
Contras: The waiting before entering to the lane was long and we didn't understand why we need to be waiting so long in the jet way.
Prós: Everything was on time. Food was good and movie selection was good

Contras: Plane is old and entertainment facilities are no longer appropriate
Prós: Left on time. No turbulence.
Contras: Train your ground crew. Our luggage was not placed on our flight from Paris to Amsterdam and were sent to Amsterdam on separate planes. My husband’s medication was in his bag. This was a great inconvenience for us. Never again on Air Canada. I suggest you explore the baggage process used by Delta.
Contras: Crew forced me to change my upgraded comfort seat to accommodate a 12 year old who they knew was going to be airsick. So I spent the first half of the flight next to a vomiting girl. Only after I asked to file a complaint, they allowed me one of two empty seats in premium. Terrible customer service.
Contras: Couldn’t understand announcements
Contras: The flight was a bit delayed, but the airline handled it incredibly well. I was put up in a great hotel with good free food and caught another flight the next morning.
Prós: Seat was uncomfortable. There was nothing to like. In past I have traveled by KLM but this time it was worst.
Contras: No proper food service. Even to the passenger of Amsterdam no dinner was served. No inflight service. It looks like domestic flight. I will think twice to travel by KLM. The check-in staff at counter was absolutely arrogant. Staff ar boarding gate was nice.
Prós: Crew was ok.
Contras: Screens need a serious upgrade, my seat didn’t recline all the way nor could it be restored to an upright position. Not very comfortable and I paid for a seat upgrade.
Prós: Crew was fantastic, seats and entertainment was great. Very good food choices.
Contras: Everything was very good.
Prós: Crew was amazing. They adjusted the seating arrangements so there was an empty seat in every row to give passengers more space. Very thoughtful and much appreciated. They served delicious meals, snacks, and water. They provided headphones, blankets and pillows. They took very good care of us.
