Contras: "I realize Azul cannot help being stuck in Terminal 2, but it's not the most comfortable place to wait for a flight. Also, after I walked through the gate, several boarding flights merged confusingly in a single passageway with exits to multiple planes and many people got lost and ended up (temporarily!) on the wrong airplane, despite heroic attempts by the ground crew to direct passenger traffic. There must be a better method than having everyone follow colored lines to the planes - it wasn't working!"

Which was probably because their SWISS flight was late. Why are all SWISS flights running late??? There was no coffee or tea on the flight because there was a problem with the electrical system of the hot water machines. That could have been fixed before we left.... The entertainment system is clunky, and it didn't help that it had to be rebooted (took 20 minutes !?!?) in the middle of the flight to deal with some 'isssues'. The big boxes with the entertainment system underneath the seats are not fun either, they really cut into legroom. In general, it seems this plane is in need of a bit of an overhaul and maintenance. And whatever happened to Swiss punctuality? I'm not used to SWISS flights being late. You can do much better than that, you used to!"

Contras: "In Zurich if you travel to US or Canada, they have just before the gates some security check that ONLY verifies the passport. It seemed weird to me. Why are they not excluding transferring passengers from this nightmare. Because it is a nightmare. Long and disorganized lines where travelers, that have diverse leaving times, are trying to enter 4 check points that work slow and nobody manages all that mess. On the plane, absolute unnecessarily (they had extra unoccupied seats) they took one of our carry-on-s with the check in luggage. The seats are extremely tight and offer a very small place for the economy class. Nothing special about the food."

As a result we had to wait until all the passengers got off the plane to get back our luggage and we were the last two passengers to get off. Unpleasant!"

Contras: "Airport is a disaster. It is a single gate, bamboo-walled open air space with about half the seating necessary for a flight. Latam charges almost $2 even for a cup of “coffee” that is really just hot water, powdered Nescafé and powdered milk! It hardly seems worth the effort and really slows down service."
Contras: "As it was a short flight it was ok but their system of checking in/ baggage drop off is really poor and disorganised. Everyone was queuing together for baggage drop, checking... it was a mess and took ages. It’s unfair on those who have already checked in online because you were ended up queuing with everyone else."

Contras: "not enough room for legs in latam and japan airlines...I know is just economy class but still for such a long flight it should be a bit more comfortable"

Contras: "Boarding is was not explode what line you needed to be in according to the size of your luggage"
Prós: "The whole flight went smoothly and I really have no complaints about the flight itself."
Contras: "When I arrived, my luggage did not make the connecting flight. It was tracked down and hopefully will make it to me soon but you can see how it’s inconvenient. The first leg of my flight was operated by Wamos, though it was a LATAM flight. I know that this is something that happens often for all sorts of reasons, however I can’t help but think it had something to do with the transition of my luggage from one flight to the next. My flights home are similar ( One leg of it being operated by another airline) and needless to say I’m a bit nervous about that."
Prós: "Being on a plane!"
Contras: "Having our initial flight delayed by 8 hours for a vague technical problem and given no info."
Contras: "It was on time, not like other LATAM flights within the country!! Comfortable reclining seats, good entertainment and meals"

Contras: "The boarding process took almost two hours. We were shuttled to a remote location, then we sat on the airplane for about an hour. We finally took off around 2:45."

Contras: "After about 40 minutes of waiting in line to check in almost all employees left and left just one person to check people in. Not sure what happened as the employees pretended not to speak English. Also, everybody in our group was given seat multiple rows apart."

Prós: "Super comfortable seats. First time i've ever been able to sleep on airplane seats because the seats go far enough back that you don't fall over sideways when you sleep. Food was great. The service was wonderful. The airplanes are new, with new technology"

Contras: "One crew member jacked my blanket and gave it to a different passenger. Also, my originally assigned window seat was reserved for cabin crew, so I was moved to an aisle seat that was narrower than my previous seat due to its in-armrest tray table."
Prós: "The plane was clean, the flight was good with minimum turbulences."
Contras: "The food was poor. At least three middle rows did not have any entertainment. We reported the problem, the chief/supervisor flight attendant said that she was going to assign us new seats, she then disappear and did nothing to solve the problem. I spoke with another flight attendant requesting to speak with this supervisor again, she said that I rather voice my complaint through latam.com and the mentioned supervisor, not only lied to us, but never showed up. It appears that latam needs to reinforce their staff training or perhaps to renew their staff supervisors and train them to avoid unnecessary lies to their passengers."
Prós: "My flight was great. The attendants were professional and efficient. My daughter's flight, 3 days later 2/ LATAM was horrible"
Contras: "The attendant was rude to my daughter. She was discriminated against. During the meal pass he gave everyone else a meal and gave my daughter water and said ' You will be fine with that.' At the Lima airport the restaurant refused to serve us. If you are traveling to the Olympics and you are an American I suggest you avoid Lima. The Peruvian airport personnel don't like us and they let you know it."

Contras: "I have time toget the other flight but they already have every thing ready to let us in Sao Pablo, I have to stay 1 day. That was very bad."
Contras: "They forced me to ceck my trolley because i had a suit with me!!! And the airplane wasn’t even full. Even worst they allowed some pieces of “hand luggage” that were double the maximum allowed size"
Prós: "The seat was really comfortable and I was able to sleep the whole flight with no disturbance"
Contras: "Air France’s apathy towards its customers is shocking. Traveling with three children , our flight was delayed by 3hrs resulting us arriving in Paris after 1AM. With the airport shuttle(CDVAL) to our airport hotel closed, they offered no assistance despite of my request. Simply asked us to take a taxi (when all taxi stands are abandoned at 2AM). Beware if traveling with family."

I was unaware that the usb cord being inputted during taxiing As was my son. He was horrible to him!!"

Contras: "Plane was canceled at the last minute with a transfer desk literally assaulted by 100s of people. Only 3 persons on the desk. No lane for sky priority. Queued for nearly two hours before some airport employee gave us instructions to travel by train without any other information or tickets etc. Had to buy my ticket. Couldn’t recuperate my suitcase. Had to wait for it the next day for three hours. Up to this hour I don’t know how I am going to be reimbursed (train and plane)."

Prós: "Very poor sound quality on the earphones. Made it very difficult to watch a movie and almost impossible to listen to music."
Contras: "Initially the flight from Lima was delayed for almost 1:30 and then we lost this connection then Airfrance rebooking to SAS they tell us to take all our luggage’s and check in again it’s was awful and really bad from then walk and spend time we suppose to be quite at home ... the worst was in SAS have ano system and for 1.5 kilos extras you might pay 33€ so after long day and wait, running everywhere with all my staff I see to eat a 11€ menu at the airport with not more explanation from Airfrance .. really bad and worst services.."

Prós: "Seats were comfortable, but the sliding action, instead of recline, took getting used to. Food was very good. Snacks available on demand, along with drinks. Complimentary wine with meal was also quite good. Entertainment system was first rate with plenty of options for TV. movies, music, games, etc..."
Contras: "Sitting in the middle two seats in the center of the 777 left me stuck for most of the flight. Got up only once. Wife's feet and ankles were swollen by the end of the flight. Not enough legroom to move much during the flight and not enough aisle space to get around with the plane so full. Have made flights twice as long on the 747 and were able to get up and walk."

Contras: "There was a delay due to technical dificulties in previous flight. This caused a delay in take off and no AC while waiting in the plane for 40 minutes."

Prós: "I had a choice of movies, games and music that was very appealing. My concerns about not receiving the correct meal was handled professionally and promptly during the flight. I was surprised they couldn't discover I only ordered it for the second leg of my flight."
Contras: "Being placed into a window seat at 6' 5". Although I opted for general seating rather than paying for a extra leg room which is out of my budget. Not getting an aisle seat was disturbing at my height. Then there was the guy in front of me not willing to forego putting his seat back on my knees for over half the flight. It would be nice if the seat assignments for general boarding considered the height of the person being assigned."
Prós: "The crew was friendly."
Contras: "One of the engine was smoking just as we took off. This should have been checked beforehand that it was working correctly. The pilot missed the first landing, was going too fast and had to turn around. We circled the London eye 3 times. When we were actually landing it was extremely bumpy and on the way down the plane was tilting back and forth a lot. They were going too fast when we landed as well, I have never been in a plane that has landed so poorly, and I have travelled a lot and used many different airlines. It was worse than any budget airline I've been on. As we were driving back to the terminal, the pilot stopped short for some reason. Things were not explained clearly. I will not be flying with airfrance again and will be sure to spread the word of this awful experience."

Prós: "there were problems getting the tickets issued in Rome. the worker at checkin kept us for 20 minutes without telling us what was going on. the flight left the gate on time, but then we sat for an hr before leaving. no information was given as to why the flight attendants were rude. after landing we sat for an hr on the runway waiting for a gate to be available."
