Most people in the back of the airplane were forced to stuff their bags under their seats which already did not have enough space. On top of that the airport had boarding groups which were completely ignored and the entire boarding process turned into a cluster. The flight from America to Turkey was great but once you are in Europe the service is horrible. If I cannot get a direct flight, I will not use this airline again."

As a result, we had to exit the secured area in Rio to go check in manually again for our connection and then go through security and customs again."

Contras: "The flight at first had a 3 HOUR delay do to a "mechanical breakdown". We were told that they were going to bring another airplane from Rio de Janeiro. After the 3 hours passed they were only announcing in Portuguese to board the original plane. They never changed planes or provided a clear explanation to the passengers. Many of us refused to board. This was one of the worse experiences I have ever had. The staff was disrespectful and would not help us. We ended up taking another flight until the following night!!"

Contras: "We flew with AeroMexico and the customer service is horrible! No one informed us that the plane was delayed and then we heard staff talk badly about us and other customers because we asked that they give us more information. They really need to train their staff again, or replace them!"

Contras: "I bought a Business fly, they change the aircraft, no motive in advance. And they del did not offer nothing. Moreover, they try to hide it and denide, to see if you do not react."
Contras: "Food quality was poor changed to smaller plane st last minute and had to get seats reassigned, no gin on the plane. Flight was delayed , your website was slow and could not do check in over the web, when I️ got to the counter 3 hours before my flight I️ was still delayed because I️ couldn’t do an online check in. Made it to the gate with one hour to spare but don’t think you should penalize people because of your own issues"

Contras: "Every AM flight I've taken has taken off and landed with delay. We sit on tarmac or stand at the gate with no announcements from crew, captain, or gate attendants. Rude and inattentive attendants (asked three times for Screen to be refreshed as it didn't work) and each time request ignored. Inedible food, old planes. Yuck."

Contras: "We fly in 777 plane, but the crew member already occupied all of my overhead baggage space. I need to move two seat back for my bag. I am already the first passenger on board of the plane. That also cost the other passenger think I occupied their baggage space and be not too friendly with me during the trip. The notice board in the airport is confuse, we know the gate and the depart time, but no one show up until 120 min before the plane depart. And finally the plane delay and no information show the plane will delay for how long. Bad information in the counter My handle of the sit is broken I have photo to proof if you would need it, I save it with me. The lighting system in the plane is very stupid or may be the crew don't know how to operate, every time they just turn on all the light no matter we are sleep or not! This is a red eye flight passenger should have a choice to not get disturb, when the light on I need to turn it off every time! And the next passenger don't really know how to turn the light off that always on during the flight! Super bad flying experience. Not comfortable at all. Can't sleep much!"

Contras: "People who work at aeromexico need to speak more English, too much Spanish speaking with no English speaking. I guess you do not cater for tourists speaking English. I think that the aeromexico employees in mexico city is very rude, I lost my flight, because of that. They did not want to wait a few minutes for my connecting flight. I ended losing the flight and had to take delta back to NY City with better service and fare. When I ask at the counter for another fare by aeromexico - they told me $1,500 for business class and I paid $534.00 with delta. Plus aeromexico need to have more than one fight per day to NYC."
Prós: "The comfort of the flight was outstanding. Spacious, nice temperature, and good movie selections."
Contras: "The boarding process wasn't the greatest. They only had 2 or 3 kiosks available for bag check-ins but they had 3 international flights all around the same time. The line was ridiculous."

Prós: "After 18 hours of travel I just slept on this flight. Got on, fastened my seat belt, and don't remember take off or landing!! But the plane was MUCH cleaner and nicer than our international flight."

Contras: "It was late, it was cramped, they make you pay for everything suitcases, soft drinks, the lot, next time we will consider who we spend our hard earned cash with Disappointing as I am a real advocate for BA"

Contras: "BA lost one of my checked bags and made it impossible to get help. Called numbers over 30 hour period in both destination city and BA phone numbers for lost baggage and no one answered. I had to travel back to the airport counter to deal with agents that basically told me there were thousands of bags in the warehouse and that the bag May or May not eventually turn up."
Contras: "Crew took bags before we boarded. We had a 2-hour connection and they would not let us CARRY ON our CARRY ON baggage. This made it extremely difficult to make our flight on time. Also, the guy was terribly rude about it"

Contras: "Paying for something basic to drink is something you'd espect on Spirit airlines not British Airways. The cabin crew and gate agents were rude and inconsistent with their behavior. They used to be full of class and unfortunately they are now trash. If I have other choices I will most certainly not choose BA."

Contras: "The flight was delayed by 4 hours because maintenance needed to change a tire on the airplane. The delay would have been acceptable if it wasn't for the excuses the airline offered. First, they said maintenance couldn't find a spare tire, and when they did rob a tire from another plane, they said the delay was due to FAA paperwork. These reasons, most likely true, suggest American Airlines (British Airways sub-contracted this flight to its partner, American Airlines) was not prepared to handle such an emergency."
Prós: "I made it safely to Barcelona"
Contras: "Where shall I begin? The crew was ok, makes me miss flying JetBlue, the crew can learn a lot from them in what customer service and friendly crew is about!!! In my opinion, if they had the chance to learn, this crew would be the same as they are, because it feels like, get them in and complete the shift. The seat was so uncomfortable that I spent the entire 9 hrs awake. The entertainment was terrible. When watching a movie you can't simply start it when you want so if you miss show time when it started you have to begin where it is...I hope that 1st class is different than what it feels like to ride in coach because it makes me feel like steerage! I most certainly would not take this airline to Europe unless I had better accommodations because being in the coach section sucks!"
Prós: "Everything was on time. The plane was kind of full but the flight attendants really tried to reseat passengers that wanted to change their seats. To me, that's above and beyond, being in the service industry myself. The entertainment was really diverse and offered many options. The food was good and the red wine was excellent. The pilot gave us regular updates about the flight and the weather in Barcelona, our destination. The seats were roomy and comfortable. Restrooms were very clean."
Prós: "When we got struck by lightning, the pilot helped us stay safe a feel like we were in good hands."

Contras: "Sold as a BA flight but it wasn't BA but Vueling a subsidiary of BA. This is in the small print and feels like a deliberate misleading statement. Far worse than other budget airlines like easy jet. Poor organisation and lack of staff with adequate training resulted in lack of information, long queues at check in and delays with take off and baggage collection. Practically queued for 2 hours. Make sure you arrive at least 2 30 hours before check in or you may miss your flight."
Prós: "After I got my flight it was easy to get my luggage and everything."
Contras: "There was a lot of delays for the boarding of this flight. The gates also close early and didnt want to let me in."
