Um voo de 3 horas de duração sem wifi, filmes, ou tv , e sem tomada para carregar celular é inaceitável. Totalmente fora do padrão de qualidade da Azul.

O desembarque é uma tragédia - são anuanciadas as fileiras de forma toda desordenada ficando filas enomres no corredor. Verdadeiro absurdo
Um voo direto entre Maceió e Porto Alegre é algo bem vindo, mas a aeronave Embraer 195 é um pouco mais desconfortável que a Airbus da Azul. Pra um voo de 4h, incomodou razoavelmente. Já o sistema de entretenimento é muito bom!
The trip was ok even though extremely expensive. Azul markets its free wifi during the trip however it was not working. Everything elso ok.
The Campinas airport has very poor signage, access for gate A8 is very confusing. Need more info on how to get from a domestic flight to international boarding. The place is a maze

The only thing that was inconvenient about this flight was the check in process. There was a lot of confusion. The flight itself was very good. Super friendly attendants, decent food, good in-flight entertainment.

My daughter left her phone in the seat pocket on the flight from Lima to Cusco. We reported it upon reaching our hotel, by the phone was never retrieved. We were disappointed that it was not collected by the cleaning crew. Overall, the flight was nice and the disembarking pleasant.
Asked for a little more water and was told by flight attendant that I’d have to get it myself from the back of the airplane. Not cool. Not good attitude either. Disappointing.

Da pontualidade e organização no embarque. As poltronas eram péssimas, talvez uma aeronave antiga…, o encosto da poltrona, parecia uma chapa de madeira. Muito desconfortável.

Flight to Florence delayed. All passengers took a bus to Pisa (1.5 hours away) to fly Pisa to Paris. We missed our connection and flew next day. All information regarding the delay online was incorrect ("system not yet updated") . So calling Air France was useless as they could not assist. Not all flight delays can be avoided but many improvements are needed throughout this process.
Contras: "There was no amenities pack given in Premium economy. The food was ok. It would have been nice to have been offered another bread roll. Seat comfort was fine, but I kept getting hit by the separating curtain as the flight attendants went back and forth from economy."
Contras: "I may be wrong but these days, the staff curtsy and overall well coming approach is lacking! Just a smile and a few cheerful words can transform passengers’ mood greatly!! This becomes particularly important when one is traveling for > 9 hours back to back flights!! One can extra charge for it!!"

Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

Embarque poderia ser mais organizado. As pessoas poderiam ser orientadas desde o checkin a como proceder durante o embarque, para evitar aglomerações, e esperas de pé em fila.
Excelente companhia. Houve atraso e turbulência no início do voo por conta da chuva forte em BH, mas não era culpa deles :) Ótima comida e entretenimento de bordo.
considerei um absurdo que passageiros da classe executiva que pagam muito mais caro, serem tratados exatamente como os que compraram classe econômica, NÃO teve fila para classe executiva, nos colocaram no último assento do avião e mesmo pagando quase U$ 6 mil dólares o tratamento foi o mesmo de quem pagou U$ 400 dólares ... vou compartilhar com todas as minhas redes sociais ...
O que eu mais gostei foi do atendimento da equipe de bordo. Poderia melhorar a limpeza dos banheiros durante o voo.

Prós: "Com pouca ou nenhuma opção de voo direto para Portugal, a TAP fica como a opção de quem quer um pouco de decência nesse percurso."
Contras: "O atendimento é bastante impessoal, e eu, como sou muito tímido, tenho receio de pedir um copo de água e ser negado. A utilização dos banheiros após as primeiras quatro horas de voo fica impossível"

Prós: "I am used to traveling continents with other companies. There has always been 2 check in bags allowed with no extra charge as long as you are under 23kg on each. I get to the airport with my 2 bags ready, TAP tells me on large holidays, they only allow 1 bag to be checked to my specific african destination until January 11. And that one bag will cost me $120. They will not let me have the second one. Who does that? How much sense is this supposed to have. I checked with others and they do not do that. Never again they will see me."

Contras: "Sem tela de entretenimento foi disponibilizado um Ipad com 5 filmes. Vergonhoso o serviço para um voo intercontinental!"
Prós: "The tripulation are very nice people. The food is better last year. Is good."

Contras: "3:30 hrs delay lost my convection no one to talk to or any help they gave me nothing I had to stay overnight at my expense n pay new ticket hotel food taxi etc nobody will help or respond for anything"

Contras: "Delayed transport to flight, tiny non-reclining seats. Food offering mediocre and had to flag down flight attendant just to get water they we're giving to everyone but some of us apparently."
Prós: "I travel for pleasure a lot and this was my first time flying TAP Portugal. I flew from LIS to MAD and the crew were overall more friendly and smiling than on US domestic flights. The plane was clean and bright. I did not notice if the seats recline. I will be using them for short flights throughout Europe when I return for visit."
Contras: "Flight was so short they rushed us eating the cookie and only water was served that I could tell. Also, TAP has their own boarding check-in wing of Lisbon airport. It was not clearly marked and Eropean arrows pointing up could mean to continue forward, as well as go to upper floors."
