Restrições de entrada
O Reino Unido restabeleceu o bloqueio nacional.
A partir de 4 de janeiro, está em vigor o o bloqueio nacional na Inglaterra. Viajar, incluindo internacionalmente, é proibido na Inglaterra, exceto em circunstâncias limitadas, como para trabalho ou para estudar.
Os cidadãos estrangeiros estão sujeitos aos regulamentos de ‘Fique em casa’. Eles não devem viajar para o exterior, a menos que seja permitido.
Regras diferentes se aplicam para a Escócia, País de Gales, e Irlanda do Norte. Os viajantes devem seguir todas as regras que se aplicam a eles.
A partir de 20 de novembro, a Escócia restringiu as viagens transfronteiriças dentro do Reino Unido, apenas viagens essenciais - que incluem razões de saúde, trabalho e para estudar - terão permissão para entrar e sair da Escócia. Requisitos de entrada
Todos os viajantes que entram no Reino Unido devem apresentar um Formulário Localizador de Passageiros de Saúde Pública para a imigração na chegada.
Em 18 de janeiro, todos os viajantes para a Inglaterra, Escócia, País de Gales ou Irlanda do Norte, incluindo cidadãos do Reino Unido voltando para casa, devem ter um atestado médico com resultado negativo para COVID-19, via teste PCR, antígeno ou LAMP obtido até 3 dias antes da partida.
Viajantes da Área Comum de Viagem (Reino Unido, Irlanda, Ilha de Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Ascensão, Ilhas Falkland e Santa Helena) não estarão no escopo dos regulamentos. Crianças menores de 11 anos também não serão obrigadas a fazer o teste antes da partida.
Até 21 de janeiro, viajantes de Antígua e Barbuda, Santa Lúcia ou Barbados também não estarão no escopo dos regulamentos.
Requisitos de quarentena
A partir de 18 de janeiro, os corredores de viagem serão suspensos e todos os viajantes que chegarem ao Reino Unido de qualquer país estrangeiro com exceção da Irlanda, Ilhas do Canal ou Ilha de Man estarão sujeitos ao auto-isolamento de 10 dias.

They should acknowledge it and sell only flights that allow for 80-90 minutes in the airports that are so woefully managed (eg, Frankfurt and Munich). It’s back to BA for me!"

Contras: "The connecting flight departed before the first flight landed. Then I was given the wrong information of gate departure by airport personnel. After running like crazy to find this gate for departure, the plane had already departed before we even landed. There wasn’t anyone around to help, and finally I found an airport worker who gave me the same incorrect information. She was as perplexed as was I. Finally, she directed me to the information booth where I was booked in a flight the next day. The food voucher was insufficient to cover dinner, i had to pay out of my pocket but I was frugal given the financial situation. The taxi service personnel were rude and it took a long time to taxi me to the hotel where I am unable to sleep because I have an early morning g departure. All in all, between the airport delays getting me to the hotel, lack of proper food and treatment by personnel, I am exhausted and lost sleep in the process."

The United Airlines was very empathizing with me and my situation and they issued me other boarding passes at no cost. United Airlines suggested me to tell the Austrian Airlines about what happened and they were sure the Austrian Airlines would understand but they were wrong; no understanding on behalf of the Austrian Airlines."

My carry-on weighed 8 kg, like is required by the rules. While boarding my flight, the woman at the counter told me my bag had to be checked because there were too many carry-ons on the flight. I asked her that I keep my bag because I had medication in there, and she didn't listen to me at all. She just kept repeating that i have to check my bag, and then took my bag from me and gave it to the baggage crew there. I didn't want to make a huge scene because the flight is only 2 hours and I hoped i Could deal without my medication during that time, but I found it incredibly, incredibly rude and awful to not listen to a passenger."

Contras: "There is not enough leg room. There is even less room if the person in front of one's seat has the seat reclined. The seats barely recline at all, so sleep is impossible. Sleep would be possible if there were enough room to rest one's head on the tray in front of the seat. This is impossible if the person in front of one's seat has reclined his or her seat. Thus, sleep is totally impossible on this aircraft. The sinks in the bathrooms also need to be deeper and need to drain more quickly."
Contras: "Seats in economy class were crammed with next to no leg room"
Prós: "The only positive aspect about this experience was the crew on board the plane. They were pleasant and efficient."
Contras: "The true cost of this ticket was extremely poorly communicated. The baggage policy was not clear when I purchased my ticket, and I was charged an additional 30 Euros upon boarding to check a bag that met the carry-on size requirements (I had looked this up ahead of time), but because it was in addition to my purse (which fit under the seat), I was forced to pay to check it. Had I been aware that this ticket only permitted a purse-sized carry-on when purchasing the ticket, I would have selected a different ticket/carrier entirely. What was even more confusing was that I had flown on a similar ticket from London to Vienna, and didn't have any issue bringing a carry-on and a purse, so of course I was surprised when they told me I had to pay an additional 30Euro for the same two bags! When I tried to explain this to the agent, she argued with me and was very unhelpful. Overall, a very negative experience on Austrian Air. I will not be returning."

Contras: "My suitcase wasn’t in the plane. 8 hours in the plane and no one offered us water. We had to look for flight attendant. Entertainment wasn’t great not too many choices and quality of screens was poor"
Contras: "They check for everything in the counter as if it was a low cost airline. If you go a kilo more over your baggage allowance you have to pay 100 eur. And for your cabin luggage you only have 12 kg that they check you twice and they have security staff at the airport specifically check in this."

Contras: "Besides the seat relative comfort, it did not recline much at all, i wondered what the extra money (at least $5 or $600) got us. The food, wine/ beer service was same as regular economy, the boarding took place at same time as economy, no drink before take-off if only sparkling water. And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy."

And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

Prós: "We are guessing they either overbooked or they didn't have sufficient passengers on a Tuesday afternoon who's final stop was Glasgow. They rebooked him for 1200 the next day. DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."
Contras: "He was bumped to the next day due to his flight being cancelled. Then re-booked the next day, with an additional layover. Then due to a 32 minute layover that left 3 minutes sooner..."
Contras: "Delay can occur sometimes but it wiuld be better to be explained its reason and the estimated time for boarding. The customer service at CDG airport was the worst ever and all people standing boarding desk were useless without any mind what they are doing."

Contras: "There was a baggage strike in Copenhagen. We sat on the tarmac for about an hour awaiting a gate opening. The flight to Chicago took off an hour late and we missed our connecting flight into Columbus. And our bags never arrived in Chicago."

I was waiting for the flight at the OSLO airport waiting for the flight to LONDON. I had ample time to work on my computer. In the big room by the gate there was only one spot where I found three electrical sockets hanging from a pillar or post. To my dismay none worked. My plug would fall off from each. To document, I took the pictures of the useless sockets... I complained to the lady at the boarding desk (she left before the SAS staff moved in), she did not even care... This experience frustrated me and turned an otherwise pleasant trip into a bitter one. Please install some working sockets in your waiting room! Prós: "This is obviously a very well-run airline. Boarding was efficient, the crew were warm and professional, and the overall feel of the aircraft was very Scandinavian-cool. I was most impressed with the meal service. We were served twice on our 9 hour flight, and both meals were hot, healthy, and the best I’ve had during a flight. The passenger in front of us was having a hard time with her sinuses, and the flight attendant (whose name I wish we had gotten) was very attentive and concerned for the comfort and well-being of the passenger. She insisted on doing anything she could to alleviate the woman’s difficulty. It is clear that the crew care about the passengers’ experience."
Contras: "We were unable to sleep at all during our overnight flight and landed pretty exhausted. Our seats were comfortable (complete with a moldable headrest to keep your head from bobbing around) but we felt too upright to fall asleep. The passenger in front of us reclined, but we were concerned about reclining into the already tight space of the passenger behind us. So we weren’t able to sleep, despite trying to get comfortable/somewhat horizontal. It seemed to be a mixed bag of asleep and awake passengers on the flight, so some people were unaffected by this issue."

On the return flight I was told that this amount would be - as it turned out in my case - less than half, if I called SAS a day before departure. Why did I have to pay for the checked luggage at all?"

Prós: "boarding is different and they were talking over pa announcements at heathrow so you could not hear what to do. you go through one ticket agent to the down stairs to another ticket agent. everyone knowing what to expect crowded around the second ticket agent and there because of that forget about boarding by row or zone you couldn't get throught the crowd. plus the second ticket agent was right next to the downstairs escalator so people coming late got on before us."

Contras: "Again the seats are too tight and they should not be allowed to recline"
Prós: "I had a connecting flight in Stockholm and forgot my laptop in the first plane. SAS personnel was very friendly and got me my laptop quickly and I was able to make my connection, even though it was pretty tight."

Contras: "Out of all the staff on board they did not give me and a few others those blue customs form, so we made a huge line and when we got to the agent he told us we had to go all the way around fill one out and then come back. The attendants new that those were necessary why so many yet not one made sure we got them lousy service. I wish we got a crew that wasnt so insecure and cared more about providing a good service instead of caring so much over their appearance. I rather have good efficient staff what they look like doesnt matter to me."

Contras: "The (transatlantic) flight was delayed 8 hours and the only compensation received was 175DKK for lunch. Had to stay in the airport over 11 hours due to this delay and had already had a 16 hour layover from the day before. I realize that unexpected delays may occur, particularly in cases where passenger safety is in question, but delays of more than 5 hours cause major inconvenience and I felt stuck in the airport with my bags and having checked out of my hotel room already. Just compensating for lunch is not enough. In the future a partial reimbursement for the flight, access to the priority lounge or a more comfortable facility such as a hotel would provide the passengers with compensation proportional to the inconvenience."
Contras: "After losing the bag they had charged me 60 Euros for, it took them over 24 hours to trace, retrieve and deliver the bag. They made no offer to refund the fee, which any reasonable company would have done."
Contras: "Not even one bag was included!! And to add a bag is extremely expensive!!! Paid five hundred dkk for one bag!!! Terrible service as well!!!"

The male passengers seated behind us were drinking alcohol and became loud and garrulous, making the trip most uncomfortable and unpleasant."

Contras: "Left till last to board flight. Case taken from me. Asked continually when I wld be taken as I am 83 and recovering from major operation. Told 45 minutes before flight but was taken 10 minutes ahead. Rush has left me very upset."
Contras: "I asked for water and was given half a cup, when I requested they fill the cup they said if I wanted more I had to buy it. In addition, when we left the plane everyone pushed their way off instead of following the order of the rows."
