Prós: "The flight took off on time and maybe even early and was early arriving even though it had to divert a little to avoid the hurricane. Everything seemed to run more efficiently because more extraordinary measures were being taken to keep flights running and on time. I was impressed."

There was miscommunication from almost every step and even on the play, delays were not conveyed. I’ll definitely avoid booking this flight with the airline & airport moving forward."

The overhead compartments are teeny tiny, and when other people shove all their bags in there, there's no room for other people's single carry ons."

The gate agents then allowed those who checked their rollaboards to board before Zone 1,which was fine. However, a bunch of people without gate check stickers on the rollaboards were also allowed to board before Zone 1, which was aggravating. There was a long delay on the tarmac, during which we had to pull back to the gate or to a maintenance area before we finally took off. When we arrived in Vegas there was no gate for us to pull into, which led to another long delay of an already long and delayed flight."

Todas as despesas de hotel, alimentação e transporte em Brasília foram custeadas por mim. Não recomendo comprar passagens internacionais pela Decolar.com. Principalmente se houver mais de uma cia aérea envolvida na mesma viagem"

Then the pilot said that our bags are usually weighed and computerized for even distribution on the plane. That system was also down, so we sat on the runway waiting for that problem to be fixed. When we arrived at Barcelona, I unpacked and discovered a jacket and pants in my luggage were wet. The only place that could have happened was at JfK during their rain storm and the luggage weight issue."

Her flight from Amsterdam to New York today operated by KLM, was delayed by few minutes. And Delta flight from JFK to Cleveland DL4084 was preponed by airlines. Result was my daughter was not allowed to board the aircraft. Worst was yet to come. Your staff at the gate offered her a flight to Cleveland for next day at 3:30 pm??? Means around 24 hours later. Is this how you behave with a girl of 19 years, asking her to stay at the airport. She was refused Hotel and Lounge stay by your team!!! Is this what you call customer services??? Obscene services is what I would like to term it as!!! My daughter asked them to give this is writing, which was refused to her. Why are your people scared to put it in writing if everything that you are doing is right by the Law??? I was left with no other option but to book her on American Airlines flight today departing at 9 pm to ensure that little girl doesn’t have to spend close to 24 hours at airport by paying $423. Contras: "It was not acceptable and very disappointed that flight DL391 from SDQ to NY-JFK was delayed till it left at 4:40pm because there were no crew members to bring the aircraft to STO DGO the night before as it is usually done so that the aircraft sleeps over in las Americas. We were at the airport at 4:30am because the flight was scheduled to depart at 6:05am we were lucky to be able to rebook for a flight SDQ-ATL DL576 for the same day hoping to make the connection ATL-IND. Unfotunately that flight was rerouted to Charlotte due to bad weather conditions with a delay of 3 hrs before it landed in ATL thus missing our connection to INDI and had to sleep in ATL and leave the next day to IND thus missing a meeting commitment that we had in IND. We should and expect to be compensated by Delta for this."

Prós: "Flight 1751 Miami to Cleveland 1/11/21. Flight attendants did not enforce mask policy! Family of four sick sneezing, coughing, short of breath. The fathers mask was down the entire flight. Even when the flight attendants picked up the trash. They were informed after the flight they did not comply with CDC, Department of health, and state policies. Their response was “ I made announcements overhead. Didn’t you hear?”. Appalling endangering customers and disregarding Federal, State, and local policies."

Booked with BA but it was operated by AA. Never again, Coming back the food was better but was told they were out of fish, my husband on the other side of me was told they were out of chicken. when questioned, got a dumb answer. ran out of wine (red&White) Spain & France on a day flight & told us they have no control. Service sucks, except 1 nice fellow, who apologized. 6 bottles for 36 passengers. 1 crew had cold towel around his neck sitting, 1 doing crossword so we had to help ourselves. 1 crew saw something in the plane & screamed so hard woke up a sleeping pilot. 1 crew slept for 2 hrs and 1 watch TV for 1 hrs. NEVER VERY, IF I CAN AVOID IT, WILL I TRAVEL WITH AA. They own a lot of us more than an apology."
Prós: "The plane was not busy so services took about 5 minutes, everyone had 2 seats minimum and generally quiet. Had it been busy, it would have been different in that seats were not very wide, aisles very small, if the seat in front reclines and you don't, you can't see your screen and not a lot of space in general."
Contras: "If you want to select your seat, be prepared to pay £175 per flight. This is ridiculous! Second meal was a very bare bbq beef pie or sweet potato pie... On their own with nothing else and it arrived 30 minutes before we landed so very rushed. On a 9.5hr flight the 2nd meal needed to be an actual meal and come sooner than it did."

Prós: "The econ plus/premium econ seats were pretty comfy! I wish I had used miles to book first class, as this plane had a dope 1st cabin."
Contras: "Well, pretty much everything but the actual seats. The service was...well, you can't really call it service. Gate staff lied about the status of the plane, updating the boarding time to 10 minutes and then announcing that the plane was still in the hangar. Passengers would have been much happier to hear the truth of a 2h delay so that we could get food/drink. Instead we had 2h worth of promises that the plane was leaving in 10 mins. No effort was made at being nice--no free snacks or whatever would be nice to make people feel cared for. But what's worse was the flight attendants. I don't even feel like getting into it--just suffice to say these are people who should not be working in the service industry. I saw them being rude to a number of people and it made an already bad experience (with the 2h delay) that much worse. It's not that hard to be polite to people. AA should do more to hire caring, kind staff who create happy vibes even through stressful times."

Contras: "Missed connecting flight from Miami. Only one flight per day. Had to take a flight to an alternative location, drive for an hour down the coast and take a ferry to my final destination."

Prós: "I had to buy new clothes after lost bag and since bag had been lost twice during my trip, I was reluctant to check the bag. It was of size to cram into my carry on so I did that, but American staff demonstrated concern, had a sense of humor and helped me get a comfortable seat to sort of take some of the sting away. All that was great of them I was aware of being in an upgraded seat. No complaints, but it stung a little because I was deeply aware of the reinforcement of class. The small, extra comforts were wonderful and I wish everyone had them while risking their lives together over the ocean - especially the extra room At times, on the way over I felt a claustrophobic panic. But to stay positive, they were kiind, sympathetic, funny, sweet. I appreciate them."

Contras: "My flight from SFO to Miami was delayed so I missed my connection to Rio and now I’m NYC on my birthday instead of my final destination. The flight status was changed 7 times. And AA said they would get my bag off but they did not and now I have to wait at JFK and hope it got rerouted here. And if it didn’t to hope it can on another flight before I hopefully actually get on a flight for Rio. Nobody has comped me for losing a day in Rio and for my hotel room. And this has been the worst flight exeperience or my life which unfortunately landed on my birthday. One I’ll remember in a sad and bad way. American Airlines refused to compensate me because I got my tickets via Kayak and I haven’t been able to find a number to complain to a Kayak agent whom I sure would say I had to contact American Airlines and nobody would help or take responsilvitu for this disaster."

Para voos tão longos, as cias aéreas deveriam pesar em algum solução para manter o padrão de limpeza durante todo o voo, não somente no embarque."
Being told your delayed 16 minutes, to then be told 2 hours to then be told the flight is cancelled is inconsiderate and avoidable. I spend more money in commuting to and from the airport than the ticket itself

Prós: "Well I like the that I was allowed to pre board because I had a 1 year old with me."
Contras: "My one year old was a lap baby. There was virtually no space between the front seat and mine. This made flying very uncomfortable for both me and my daughter."
Contras: "It was a mess from start to finish. Ridiculous lines. Ridiculous covid rules. They have us all shoulder to shoulder in tiny waiting areas then suddenly we get on line to board and have to stand six feet apart and then on the plane we are squashed all together anyway. It’s all so stupid. Not having the ability to get a boarding pass from the online app or printed made me have to wait in a line 300 people long to access the kiosk and then half of them were down. Then another line maybe 500 people long just to be allowed up the escalator to where there is another line to go through exuding checks. Nuts!!! My flight was an hour and I spent three hours online getting to it!!!"

Contras: "Flight was scheduled to leave at noon. We were delayed for 2.5 hours due to incoming flights, which were delayed. Finally they told us to board at 4 pm. Once everyone was on board, they told us we "lost" our pilot and we had to get off the plane. Thirty minutes later, they "found" a new pilot and boarded us on the plane. We then sat on the plane for 4 hours because there was a system issue and the pilots didn't have our flight plan. At 8 pm, the pilot got off the plane, and new pilots came aboard. Finally, the plane left at 9:30 pm. We never received food vouchers, water, snacks during the delay. The pilot insisted the last delay was due to a system issue, the crew told us it was because of weather. In the end, I think they were all lying to us and they had no intention of leaving on time and just made excuses. We lost a whole day in Bermuda because of their lies. I will never fly United again."

Next time I will book where the amenities are included in a flat rate."

Kayak gave ZERO obvious information about the chance of paying a carry-on fee. I was not happy about it. And I question Kayak's integrity on this issue. Thanks."

Contras: "All members of the staff were rude (baggage, boarding, in flight, corporate on phone reservations). Purchasing tickets was terrible. Frontier's goal is to find anyway to get additional money from you and they stick it to you. In the end, we paid $200 more for this flight than if we had flown Southwest or JetBlue. I understand that budget airlines remove amenities to help control the cost of the flight. However, this experience felt more like buying a used car from a second hand car lot. The staff seemed to delight in finding ways to get more money from you, everything about the experience screamed cheap, and in the end, I paid more in extras than I did for my tickets! Pass this one over if you are looking for a cheap flight."
Prós: "People were professional and everything ran smoothly."
Contras: "I'm sure there's some tiny print somewhere explaining carry-ons are $45 but it should be more obvious when booking - even if you do it through a third party. It soured the rest of what was otherwise perfectly good service. Other passengerss reacted the same way. I was charged and then noticed the family next to me was charged only $40 for checked bags. The looks on their faces for having to pay for both types of bags was priceless. I mentioned the cheaper check-bag fee at the counter and she said, "Oh, but you said it was carry-on". It just felt scammy. Easy-Jet has been a discount airline for ages and they give you all the options up front so you know what you're getting into. They practically charge you for toilet paper but there are no surprises. Add the extra aggravation of LaGuardia's third world style and you end up with a frustrating day for avoidable reasons."

Contras: "The fees for EVERYTHING you can think of (bags, seat selection, carry-ons). The cramped space. We are people, not sardines. Did I mention the fees? (really, snacks for sale?) The same flight was $30 more on American Airlines, I will book with them next time. I didn't know what Frontier was when I booked this, so some of this may be attributed to my level of shock. Flying is already a hassle, Frontier makes it a chore. Needless to say this was the first and last time I'll fly with them."

However, I didn't realize I would have to pay $45 for carry on luggage, pay extra if I did want a seat in the middle, and even pay for soft drank! After factoring in all those things, it would have been a lot cheaper to use a different airline. Plus, it was by far the most uncomfortable airplane I have ever been on. No leg room, small seats that do not recline and have no cushion. Terrible experience!"

Contras: "They charge extra for EVERYTHING! This is NOT any kind of a budget airline, it's just a NO-FRILLS airline, at the same price. I had to "pay" for my seat, hello, didn't I just buy a plane ticket? Also, it costs more to bring a carry-on than it does to check a bag, as each passenger is allowed only one personal item. So instead of bringing a small carry-on for my clothes I paid to check a large suitcase. (added cost) No signage at the gate to identify it if was the correct flight . Crew behind the desk somewhat unprofessional - applying perfume and taking personal calls within feet of the desk, while we were waiting to board. Once on plane the Crew was very grumpy and at times, downright nasty. As I said, they charge you for EVERYTHING, no complimentary water or soda here. The concept of not having complimentary beverages would make sense if they didn't "nickel and dime" you for everything else. I almost expected to have to pay to use the toilet. Fortunately, our return flight was much better. The crew was super professional and civil. This was the first time I ventured onto this new Frontier, and it was certainly the last !"

Contras: "-$40 fee for personal bag that was slightly over regulation -one hour delay PLUS 2 hours stuck on runway in the airplane without access to water nor could we stand up out of our chairs for bathroom -finally when they were serving food and beverage only paying passengers had first access to food and water even if the crew had to walk all the way to the back and then back to the front to serve and charge them, it took about 45 minutes until they started serving water (of which the second cup of water they needed to charge for supposedly although we got "lucky" and they gave us a free second little glass of water)"

Contras: "The flight was two hours delayed. And the pilot or staff did not have the common courtesy to let us know what was happening. Pilot explained why they were delayed in landing at LGA. And it would be a two hour flight. However we waited another hour on the runway with NO updates!!! Just sitting on a plane, on a flight that was already late, was very frustrating. Frontier staff should really work on better communication. They also had an elderly woman pay $60 for her carry on. They could have waived the fee, she was elderly and she stated she wasn't aware that she had to pay for her carry on. It would have been a nice gesture when the flight was delayed."
