The crew was very friendly, especially the attendant named Charlie. The cabin was also nice and cold. I hate getting too hot on planes so it was really nice that they had good AC going. Short trip overall and was very pleased!

I froze on the way to Las Vegas and there weren't enough blankets.

The unexpected layover was unfortunate, the delay then after that due to equipment malfunction was then more annoying because I was just eager to get home.
The flight & the attendants were all great - the food was good & the entertainment was good.
The flight was delayed by almost an 1 hr. waiting for the airport to load the luggage. I could not understand the person making the announcements on the plane. It was garbled & so none of us really knew what he said on any of his announcements, We arrived at D.C. & we did not get our luggage. They said at the D.C. airport we would receive an email within 24 hours regarding our luggage. We didn't. They gave us a # to call - no one answered that #. We were supposed to get an email with our case # - we didn't. We were told on the plane we would get a bag of necessities - but we didn't. My husband had to keep calling different #'s to try to get ahold of someone to tell them about our luggage.
Food and drinks on even short flights Very efficient and friendly crew
Service is terrible, flight attendants don't seem to be very professional. Snack was terrible quality (two pieces of cheese and 6 grapes), breakfast was bad too. Quality of wine was bad, no Champagne, cheap Cava Entertainment system outdated, seat not very comfortable.
Delayed over an hour. Had to wait a long time to deplane and then were crammed into a bus and shuttled to terminal.
