Prós: "JAL lounge at Haneda was the best I've ever been in. The Business Class configuration is terrific -- as private as can be on an airplane, without going First. And the JAL staff, on the ground as well as in the air, are Grade A diplomats, counselors, and -- in a word -- professionals. Which is sorely lacking in US air carriers, who don't seem to understand that air travel is a service industry, and to excel in a service industry, PEOPLE are most important to the customers. Specifically, having enough people: US airline employees are well-trained professionals too, but "corporate" consistently under-hires/deploys, which leaves employees juggling far too much at once, which degrades the service experience for the customer. Yeah, I get "the bottom line," but service industry customers will always go to businesses that offer better service. Ok, rant over. JAL is tops."

I tried a month later but the problem was not solved. They foward any problems and inquiries to reservation center but calling the number won't find anyone to talk. Always they put me on hold for hours and never reached anyone. I have food allergy and tried to request for special meals but the option was not there under my eticket number as described in their website. They say the option may not be available because I purchased my ticket from 3rd party, not from JAL or it was code share flight. Very inconvenient. I had to skip 2 meals out of 3in leaving for Japan. I got very hungry at the end of the flight...."

Contras: "Checking in with Japan Airlines was a serious hassle. I had my e-ticket but they kept asking me if I had already paid. The flight was apparently overbooked but than at the last minute, they gave me and my girlfriend seats separated from each other. I sat in the back, she sat in front. The tickets also had trouble scanning and kayak isn't a known agency."

Contras: "The food for our return flight from haneda to Honolulu was definitely subpar compared to the food we had on our first jal Honolulu to Hong Kong flight (layover in narita). Also the plane was not as big and older so we didn't have the touch screen. We were quite impressed on our Honolulu to Hong Kong flight, then were a little let down on our haneda to Honolulu flight."
When boarding started, it was like refugees rushing to a life boat. Everyone was rushing to the front. Only one KLM staff standing there saying "... now is this group, yours is next,,,, we will call it out...." While he stopped some travelers, he did allowed some others passed without even checking their ticket. They have all the digital gears, and the screens to show the current boarding sequences, why don't they just use that. For some of us that did not have a excellent hearing, it was hard not trying to get closer to understanding what is going on.

24 hour delay due to a crew member arriving 1.5 h late. People clapped for this? Obscene. Will never fly delta again. A simple error could have been resolved by holding connecting flights for 15 minutes. But no, not enough passengers to cross the 8-10 person threshold. Lost $800 due to this malfeasance. Never flying delta again.

The flight that you gave us, JQ7 from Melbourne did not exist. Therefore we had to stay in Melbourne for another 24 hours and find another new route and flights to return to Heathrow. All a strain and stress. Your service to us for the return journey useless. So far, I have not found that you have corrected any of your failings and therefore it could also happen again to others tomorrow, next week, or next month. The return journey was a total disaster.
Nice steady flight, on time, enjoyed the complementary snack and drink. Good work KLM

Atraso no voo e embarque. Saída com duas horas após o previsto. Inconveniente desnecessário.
Atualmente existe a possibilidade de preparar a documentação para a viagem com antecedência, de modo a ganhar tempo nos processos de check in e embarque. A Latam até que tem uma tentativa de automatizar previamente esse processo, mas não funciona bem. Aceita apenas arquivos em PDF, mas o formulario Anvisa não tem versão PDF (apenas e-mail).
O conforto é muito bom e nada pra reclamar.
They didn’t give any food so I was starving in the end of flight and one of the flight attendants wasn’t polite with passengers.

I got it on my way back to Bamako. Nobody was even able to even trace my luggage or respond professionally on the phone. Out of hundreds of calls I made to them, they only picked up twice. ET screwed my honeymoon that I had planned for over a year. I'm so dissapointed that I don'y even want to claim reimbursement."

Contras: "Excesso de atraso, falta de comunicação com a tripulação, logistica inexistente, infraestrutura a desejar da aeronave, refeição ruim. Tive que passar 1 noite na Etiopia por culpa da compania. Foi um transtorno. O staff é despreparado e nos atendeu com descaso. Não indico a cia para ninguém. Eles não são capazes de honrar compromisso com os horários que eles estipulam e isso cria uma desordem generalizada pq mais de 40% perde a conexão e eles são obrigados a realocar os passageiros em hoteis (o q tb se torna prejuízo pra eles mesmos). Uma cia como a Ethiopian deveria ter um sistema de logistica e principalmente um aeroporto adequados. Decepção total."
Prós: "Conforto, pontualidade e o profissionalismo da tripulação"
Contras: "Refeições/cardápio repetitivo"
Contras: "Plane didn’t hold, even though I would have made it if they waited 10 minutes, and surely they knew I was coming from a delayed flight caused by Ethiopian and left anyways. Now have to take 3 extra flights and will miss a train at my final destination."
Prós: "I had an extra seat in my row which was nice."
Contras: "No flight overnight is ever very comfortable. It’s difficult to sleep."
Prós: "The crew was professional yet very friendly. Everything was great. Enjoyed my trip"
Contras: "They didn’t announce when boarding started/what zones were to go."
Prós: "Amazingly smooth flight and landing."
Contras: "The crew kept on supplying 3 passengers with beer and wine, who obviously had too much to drink already and were obnoxiously loud and disturbing the flight."

Contras: "Check in was a joke in Dublin, only 22 pax and they did a full team talk to start despite everyone bein there. In LAX they parked the plane in the middle of no where, and waited 30 mins before debark started, as the plane was so far away the terminal it took an hour for the bags. Food was horrible on both flights"
Contras: "Did not provide special meal although I called ahead to request it."
Prós: "The flight attendants."
Contras: "The aircraft. Its an older and much used 777 200. Seats, bathrooms, etc have lots of mileage. Needs overhaul."
Prós: "The crew where very pleasant & the service on the plane was good"
Contras: "A small plane and not enough leg space, you could not choose your on movie, didn’t have much choice of the meal that was served"

Contras: "My monitor/screen never worked; could never watch a movie despite asking the flight attendants to reset my screen several times. Pretty bad for this 10+ hour flight. I have had much better experiences with crew, staff, friendliness, responsiveness, etc, on almost every other airline."
Prós: "Movie during flight and food were good"
Contras: "Only showed one movie and then a blank screen for half the flight They waited forever to remove the food trays after being served Delayed at the Terminal for a power outage, but NO announcement made over the Intercom for 30 minutes. Never helped non Egyptians with paperwork necessary to get through customs"
Contras: "Staff didn't seem very efficient. Flight sat on runway for awhile and braking was very abrupt. Bags took too long at the dar airport."
Prós: "Absolutely nothing"
Contras: "My flight was only for refugees and was delayed by 8 hours, however airport staff did not have it on their manifest, and Ethiopian never informed me of status. I just sat in the airport all night until I eventually got frustrated and went home. The airline had no idea I was in the airport and no Ethiopian staff were present to speak with. When I and my family called Ethiopian, they hung up on us, at least 6 times. This was my worst experience ever and I will never fly Ethiopian airlines again."
