The seats are far more comfortable and larger, the amount of legroom is far superior, you have much more personal space, and the craft is cleaner. Flight Attendants are fantastic! They provide excellent personal care, and are there for everything. They are supremely polite and courteous, and bring things in mediately. Very often anticipating your needs. This is what flying used to be like on United and American. But those people have completely forgotten what service is. Qatar is a 5 star airline. United and American, to my view, are 2 star at best."

Prós: "Latam could not issue a boarding pass at Santiago. This led to long waiting at Brazilian immigration checkpoint. Not having a Visa kept me.from entering the immigration and security wont let me in without a boarding pass. security supervisor had to contact Emirates ground staff who escorted me."

Prós: "Everything about the flight - barring one thing - was brilliant. The new overhauled interior with the padded leather seats and a mini bar is an exquisite touch. The build quality of the interior such as the spotlight, switches, buttons all have a classy touch with a very classy interior cabin lighting. It felt like how a business class should be: excellent. And, as usual, the staff remained professional, polite, friendly and very helpful."

I understand that every passenger should be responsible enough to clean up after themselves, but it was not an enjoyable experience. The crew was friendly enough, but it didnt feel like the personalized service experience that is usually the case (where they introduce themselves, explain the do not disturb sticker etc). Also I think there was something wrong with my seat because it didnt "lay flat" all the way."

Contras: "1. Emirates has only one piece option. With Laptop bag weighing about almost 5kgs, you are left with just 2kgs which the carry bag itself would weigh. Not sure, how Emirates is getting away with this discriminatory attitude, while rest of airlines do allow -Carry on + a personal item. 2. There is no check on the carry-on weight at SFO airport. While in DXB, they entice customer to buy all duty free and then when it comes to boarding, you will be 'shocked'. No more than 10kg allowed. 3. You will be directed to read instructions before boarding. Then the corruption deal starts...read point 4 4. The man will say, remove anything in excess of 10kg or pay extra luggage, knowing very well, that people buy duty free at DXB. 5. Once you start negotiating, then the deal-making starts... 6. Voo atrasou uma hora para aguardar passageiros em conexão.
Tenho necessidades especiais de alimentação (doença celíaca) e fiquei com pouca opção para o lanche a bordo no trajeto Amsterdão/Lisboa.
Fui muito bem assistida, principalmente pq antes de voar eu despenquei da escada rolante e recebi uma assistência incrível. Mas a comida e a variedade de filmes muito ruins.
Listening covid restrictions and following them is completely nonsense. Avoid touching others? How when plane is full and everybody who pass around touchs me. Keep distance?? How???? Avoid walking in the plane but also wash your hands regularly with soap and water? How? I should avoid walking but at the same time you want me to wash hand regularly? It means i have to walk up and down. What is regularly for you? Every 15mins? Every hour? Every day? It is so stupid what you are telling that my brain stops to work.

Contras: "I had paid for an upgrade to sit in the front of the cabin with extra legroom (row 14A). When I boarded a man sat it my seat. He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

Quando chegaram em nós para servir q comida, já não havia mais nenhuma opção, apenas macarrão. Eu não como massa, então acabei ficando sem o jantar. Muito ruim!
reduziram absurdamente as porções de comida! Na janta serviram ou macarrão ou carne com batatas escolhi a carne por encher mais o estomago mas foi uma porção absurdamente pequena , junto com uma tirinha de pão e 1 alfajor... antes serviam porção de salada, sobremesa e uma porção decente de comida! Café da manhã foi um sanduíche de queijo com presunto ou omelete aí tem escolha de iogurte ou fruta, bem diferente de como era, serviam pão, iogurte e fruta para todos! Sem contar que no meio do vôo não serviram nem água nem nada
O checkin foi muito bagunçado, pessoas de outro voo entraram no avião por conta da mudança repentina de portão, e o staff muito desatento no portão.
Nada para reclamar. No quesito atendimento da Latam via telefone (SAC) sobre dúvidas da viagem fui excepcionalmente bem recebida. Fiquei muito feliz. Obrigada!!!
They didn’t give any food so I was starving in the end of flight and one of the flight attendants wasn’t polite with passengers.

o embarque demorou mais de uma hora, e depois ficamos mais uma hora aguardando documento de embraque com lista de passageiros para liberarem o voo.
Cheguei com 1 hora de antecedência no aeroporto e me impediram de embarcar, alegando que as novas regras da ANAC pedem antecedência de duas horas.
They need more staff to work at check in desk or change flight hours. There were 2 flights of LATAM at the same time and other 2 flights near my flight hour so the line to check in were too long and it didn’t move fast. I understand that now they take more time because they have to check many papers because of COVID-19. But I nearly miss my flight. I barely arrived to the gate 5 minutes before departure time! And obviously this things leads to delay.
Vôo atrasou mais de 6 horas e a empresa com total descaso para com os clientes
O portão de embarque usualmente utilizado para esta rota, é um dos piores do aeroporto de Guarulhos; fica no piso inferior, com 2 ou 3 portoes de embarque e além de geralmente o espaço estar lotado, o acesso à aeronave se dá através de um onibus. Gostei do desembarque feiro por fileiras.
