Contras: "Several flights to US were leaving from the gates in the same wing of the terminal. A separate US passport control hurdle was set up there as an additional step prior to the boarding. The lines were long and barely moved when I joined about 40 min before my departure time. The security guy who handled the lines refused to let me through without waiting in the line. I was pretty stressed that I won't make it in time. Eventually it was all fine, people were picked up from the line by crew members of the flights that were about to leave. And when I eventually got throught, the flight did wait for about 15-20 min for the connecting passengers that were late. Having a clear communication at that US passport control line near the gate would make my flight connection and boarding process much less stressful."

The premium coach seat I paid extra for was the narrowest coach seat I have ever had the misfortune to sit in. I am a small man. 5'*8" 165lbs. The normal sized man next to me and I had to sit with our elbows pinned to our ribs. Eight hours of hell. I also had a totally irritating woman from syria behind me. She pushed and banged on my seat back the entire 8 hours. She had to have her loud mouth yapping most of the flight. That was the worse experience I have had flying. Also the attendents didnt care about me. I had to ask for tea. Had to ask three times as they were waalking off"

I just had come off 20hrs of travel. Phone on mute. No e mail. Now they say will deliver this evening - but no time slot so another wasted vacation day waiting for them to get their act together. Why can't they call/text me with a 30 minute window."

Contras: "The flight was very delayed. We sat on the floor because there was not enough seating. We eventually had to squeeze into buses and drive around the tarmac to find a plane. We lost 5 bags in the process but eventually got them 2 days after arrival. the bags did not show up when we originally were told they would."
Contras: "Stranded for 48 hours in Africa. Missed 3 flights due to complete incompetence, truly a horrible experience."

Contras: "There are two types of foot-rests, both are a nuisance for people with long legs. The one popping up from below one's seat is extremely hard to put back in place. The metallic one folding down from under the seat in front cannot be secured back and is always in the way if the passenger needs to stretch his/her legs. This seems to be a new appliance, and I jut wish they would do away with it altogether. More is not necessarily better."

Contras: "The food could have been much better, should consider doing everything organic. As it was, the chicken in the meal was awful, the dessert terrible. The rice in the salad hard, almost uncooked. The only good quality food was the bread and the cheese"

Prós: "That we were heading home. Nice seats. Good food. Lots of entertainment choices. Power plugs ( USB and European power) were appreciated. Wine as a choice with meal was appreciated and brandy after the meal."
Contras: "Some of the shows and movies were a bit 'trashy'. Long flight. I was in the middle seat next to an inattentive octanegarian who was nice but kept calling the flight crew to fix her mess up of the video system. No air controls on this plane - so it was overly warm. 10 hours of overly warm makes for a stinky passenger. Oof."

Contras: "The flight was a chartered flight . Air France informed us that due to cabin crew shortage they couldn't operate an air france flight and hence they hired Air Belgium. Whilst the crew were nice , the actual plane was old and creaky. It wasn't up to the standards expected of Air France. They could have done better in getting a plane up to standard. A lot of the passengers were disappointed ."

In fact, when purchasing it said that information about baggage was not available.Shocked to have to pay 50 dollars for one bag. I am member of Flying Blue. It ended up being 1.5 hours delayed plus a 3 hour flight with no food. You could purchase snacks and drinks, including water. I learned my lesson to buy before going on the plane next time."

Prós: "British Airways rescheduled our flights. The BA website was easy to find out how to claim additional costs incurred from the rescheduled flight."
Contras: "The flight was rescheduled within 18 hours of departure. We were in Spain on vacation which meant attempting to figure out how to get home with Iberia at the Madrid airport, who helped but was super agitated with us the entire time. When we asked for advice on how to proceed, as this has never happened to us before, they just kept telling us it was British Airways fault and that they had no answers for us. This took about two hours plus an additional hour back at the hotel to cancel our reservations in London and figure out how we were going to get reimbursed for the extra night at the hotel and additional costs. It would've been nice to get all of this information in an email, with the new ticket and instructions on how to claim the extra costs instead of us running around and taking time out of our vacation."
Prós: "Leg room; aisle seat. Pleasant crew."
Contras: "Only "tap" water was available at no additional charge for a 2.5 hour flight. (Imho, this a penny-wise-but-pound-foolish offering, as it leaves an acutely negative impression of BA with the customer.) Even when I tried to buy a diet soft drink, non were available. Also, delayed flight -- a moderate inconvenience and, alas, all too frequent occurrence."
Prós: "I always enjoy the BA flights. The crew is always warm and welcoming and they run very efficiently."
