Requisitos de entrada
Os viajantes devem apresentar um atestado médico com um resultado negativo no teste PCR COVID-19 emitido até 72 horas antes da partida. Crianças menores de 2 anos estão isentas dos requisitos de teste COVID-19.
Os viajantes devem preencher e apresentar um Cartão eletrônico de localização de passageiros no momento do embarque.
Os viajantes que chegam do Reino Unido e do Brasil devem ser portugueses ou residentes legalmente em Portugal e apresentar um atestado médico com resultado negativo no teste PCR COVID-19, emitido até 72 horas antes da partida. Os viajantes sem um certificado médico válido com um resultado negativo no teste de PCR serão testados no aeroporto.
Os viajantes que chegam à Madeira e ao Porto Santo devem preencher e enviar um questionário epidemiológico de 12 a 48 horas antes da partida. Isso irá gerar um código QR que deve ser apresentado na chegada. A partir de 9 de Dezembro, os viajantes vão necessitar de um teste COVID-19 negativo para viajar de São Miguel e da Terceira para qualquer uma das restantes ilhas do arquipélago.
Requisitos de quarentena
Os viajantes que chegam da República Tcheca, Eslováquia, Eslovênia, Espanha, Estônia, Irlanda, Lituânia, Letônia estão sujeitos a uma quarentena de 14 dias, em casa ou em um local indicado pelas autoridades de saúde. O isolamento profilático não se aplica aos passageiros em viagens essenciais e cuja permanência em território nacional, atestada por passagem de ida e volta, não exceda 48 horas.
Os viajantes, cidadãos ou residentes em Portugal, vindos do Reino Unido e do Brasil estão sujeitos a uma quarentena de 14 dias, em casa ou em local indicado pelas autoridades sanitárias.
Os viajantes que cheguem à Madeira e aos Açores sem atestado médico com resultado negativo no teste PCR COVID-19 emitido nas 72 horas anteriores à partida estão sujeitos ao teste COVID-19 e quarentena até receberem os resultados do teste.
Os residentes na Madeira e nos Açores que regressem à região terão de fazer um segundo teste COVID-19 5-7 dias a partir da data em que foram testados pela primeira vez. Eles devem se isolar em casa até saberem o resultado do segundo teste.

LHR-VIE was late; we ran and arrived in time catch VIE-KSC before it left, but Austrian Air would not allow us to board, despite that the other part of our travel party was already on the plane and alerted both gate staff and on-board staff we were coming and wee had to play a show that night with Arch Enemy. We had to wait 10 hours in VIE & given €12 for food. AA cited "rotational issues". Shockingly, Austrian Air delayed the 2nd flight by another hour "to wait for someone". We had to cancel the show. Really angry"

Prós: "Our seats 35 A & C were comfortable as they were to the back of the plane where it narrows to two seats per side row. Seemed like extra leg room. Crew was very friendly and helpful. Flight was smooth and uneventful. Good movie choices. Bathroom was clean and nearby. Plane seemed newer Boeing model. The City Airport Transport (CAT) train from the Vienna airport to city center was fantastic. We were able to check our luggage and get boarding passes where we boarded the CAT at the metro station and did not have to wait in line at the airport...wonderful system!"
Contras: "At the gate there was a line formed for a second passport check but it was not clear to passengers that they needed to go through this line. A significant number of us had SSSS on our boarding passes which required us to go through a second, more thorough, TSA security procedure. We had to remove shoes, take electronics including phones from cases, have purse contents gone through by personnel, be screened for residue, etc. Due to this process and the fact that we were not advised to stand in the line, a number of passengers went through the second security check at the last minute which caused our takeoff to be delayed. The pilot made up the time during the flight. I ordered low sodium meal which ended up to be the same food at both meals which was a disappointment - pasta with tomato, eggplant sauce."

In both the flights from EWR to OSLO and back, every aspect of the trip was super, except for the wait for baggage. In Oslo, I estimate having waited at least a half an hour at the carousel before the bags started showing up, and the same in Newark. We had long cleared Immigration, which normally is not a speedy process, and yet still had to wait at least 20 minutes for the FIRST bag to appear on the carousel. Most annoying, particularly after a relatively long flight, and especially for transfer passengers who needed to recheck their bags to continue to other destinations."

Contras: "Everything went wrong. The flight arrived 40 minutes late and I missed my connecting flight because they closed the gate before I could get there. As a result, when I asked both airlines involved (Brussels Air and Portugal Air (TAP) what to do, each airline blamed the other airline for the problem and each said it was my problem to fix. After speaking with ten people and begging them to make the problem right for a problem I did not create, they finally issued me a new ticket but I had to wait 24 hours for the new flight to leave. It was a total breakdown in communication and organization and customer support and problem resolution on the part of the airlines and the airport. I never want to fly these airlines again and never want to take a flight with connections."

There was no entertainment inflight, so nothing there to rate. The staff were pleasant under the conditions. Nothing else was positive."
Prós: "This flight was eventually cancelled and the rating is solely on the ground experience. EuroWings could not have done anything worse. The process took from 10:30am upon arrival in Dusseldorf til 11:00pm when we were told the counter closed at 10pm and nothing could be done till next day."
Contras: "Have representatives on the ground and make public announcements about the progress, next steps, help offered and steps that need to be taken. The info was sparse and had to be gotten on an individual basis. Nothing was coordinated or communicated and every step had to be done WITHOUT HELP."

They later made an announcement on the plane that this was due to a problem with the airline's cleaning crew."

Flight took 2.5 hours and the Fog cleared long before we landed so there was no need to wait 1 hour in the airplane where we had NO leg space at all. As compensation they could at leased given us coffee for free and not have to buy for a bloody expensive high price."

I didn't understand the need for extra security prior to arriving at the gate either. I was already in the terminal, but then needed an additional sticker on my passport. Not enough options in the entertainment section."

I feel entitled to a reimbursement of the difference between the booking online price of $15 and the $49 I paid."
Contras: "What a surprise when our United Airlines codeshare on Brussels Airline did not even allow us a drink of water free on our two hour flight. They charged for everything including water. Shame on them! And shame on United Airlines to codeshare with a carrier with such poor customer service."

Contras: "Aircraft need to stay grounded for 2 hours for repairs... After we already boarded! It was very hot, everyone was sweating profusely and facing themselves with magazines. The flight should have just been delayed and everyone should have waited in the comfort of the airport terminal to board later rather than suffering. The headrests are horrible. They jut out and but stress on you upper back, and force you to slouch, which hurts your lower back. I am a pretty resilient young dude, but even I was packing my sweatshirt, pillow, and blanket behind my back to make the seat mildly comfortable. A car style seat would have been much much more comfortable. Worst of all, I had a 12 hour layover, and during that time MY BAG DIDN'T EVEN GET PUT ON THE PLANE! I am on a budget so I couldn't buy toiletries and clothes to wear so I stank for days before my bags were located, brought from Toronto to Brussels, and then delivered to where I'm staying in Belgium. This is easily the worst flying experience I have ever had in my life."
