Achei isto um pouco estranho. A hora da saida e o onibus demoraram demais. Demorou por volta de 1 hora"

Contras: "The real reason for the negative review is a combination of the cost of this flight, loss of my baggage and poor service after the flight. I paid nearly $4,500 for an economy ticket from New York to New Delhi. The first leg of the flight, from New York to Zurich was delayed long enough that I made my connecting flight to Delhi within seconds of them closing the gate and as a result my baggage was lost. Once I got to Delhi I had to take a connecting flight to Goa and then drive an hour to my destination, where I was attending a good friend's wedding. All of my baggage was lost during transit by the airline, and unfortunately they never delivered by baggage to my hotel...so I was without formal clothes and normal clothes for the wedding for 4 days. The customer service line was no help, and the airline refused to deliver the baggage to me...the closest they would bring it was the Goa airport which was an hour and a half away."

Contras: "12 of January, 2018 Dear Austrian Airlines authority, I address to your kind attention to asist me to get to me the hat qhich I lost on board of the flight 1576 when I arrived to Vienna airport on my way frpom JFK to Lwo. It happened because it was no room above my seat's bin and the steard helped me to get my heat in another bin. Unfortunately I forgot at the moment when I left the board of the plane, a minute later I reminded that I forgot my hat but I was not allowed to go back and get my hat. I tried to communicate with the Lot&Found office in Vienna airport as I had 2h40 minutes in connection time and it was enough time to get me back the hat, unfortunately nothing was really done from the airport staff to get me my hat and made to me possible continue traveling with my hat. I spoke to two managers, the name I could share with you if you need. The Found office registered my black hat and the plastic box under the number F2018/000682. In this situation I ask your offices to deliver my hat and the plastic box to Lviv airport as sson as possible as this is a special hat for my daily prayers. I wish you best and ask for your kind assistance to send the item as soon as possible with the nearest flight. Sincerely, Meylakh Sheykhet"

Prós: "We flew Miami to Zurich, then Zurich to Rome. The international leg was awesome. The intra-European flight was less impressive. We “self-boarded” which was new to us - and wasn’t explained. The seats were smaller and there was only the drop down screens for every 2-3 rows, but otherwise, for a less than 2 hr flight, it was fine."
Contras: "Boarding wasn’t fully explained for those of us who are not Swiss or German. I slept thru “lunch,” which apparently was a sandwich - but that’s more than many American airlines provide you on similar flights!"

Prós: "Relaxing and graceful service Pleasant flight attendants the crew greeting you as you embark as well as when DS in barking restrooms clean floors clean The flight was very enjoyable this was my second time flying with Swiss air and it was just as enjoyable cannot put in any complaints I give you five stars No complaints it was excellently although it was a short flight from Budapest to Zürich but it was good and the flight from Zürich to JFK New York was excellent my first name is Ibolya"

The whole idea of booking a business class ticket is the extra comfort that comes with the lay flat seat or at absolute minimum on smaller planes the wider more comfortable seat. Neither of those were present on this flight. Calling this a business class is a rip off."

Contras: "Everything was very good except the TV screen on my wife's seat malfunctioned after the first movie watched. The crew "tried" to fix it but nothing happened, not blaming them specifically but I don't think they were to concerned about one customer with no entertainment. After a long while it started working again. It was a long flight to not have entertainment the whole duration of the flight. Besides this little problem it was a very good flight. Crew very professional and nice."

Prós: "Even though the flight felt like forever, the cabin crew did such a wonderful job at making us all feel comfortable. The food selection was great and the fact that the staff was approachable was also a great plus. Will definitely fly again using Swiss air. Thank you"

Boarding by seat number would have been a better idea. Everybody was all over the place getting their bags stored above."

The flight attendants were rushing and will take a while if you needed anything. I felt like I was taking a bus with graffiti all over the place."

Contras: "Boarding was very confusing. There was an area where they were checking people's bags or something near the gate and you didn't know if you needed to stop at it or continue. They didn't collect garbage before landing. Not only did we have to take our bags off the plane, we had to carry our garbage (drink cups/food served) to the front of the plane to throw out."

Contras: "Our total flight time was about 17 hours - MAD- AMS-LAX. My husband and I both have an internationally approved carry on luggages with us. When we checked in - they asked us to both check in our carry on luggage. The reason why is because they said they don’t think they have enough space for our carry ons. I told the crew member checking us in that other people that was checking in with the same hand carry size luggage with us had no problems taking it with them. For being about to be on a 17 HOUR FLIGHT we should be ALLOWED to have our carry ons with us! We take carry ons for that reason! I had to argue and prove my case to the crew member to atleast keep 1 carry on with us. I thought that was an UNACCEPTABLE reason for us to check in a carry on luggage when we had a 17 hour travel time ahead of us. Not a happy costumer here."

Contras: "The cabin crew was racist. She told me to move back from an empty seat just because she wanted one of the guys ( from her country ) to set on it! Very rude and racist."

Contras: "Delay can occur sometimes but it wiuld be better to be explained its reason and the estimated time for boarding. The customer service at CDG airport was the worst ever and all people standing boarding desk were useless without any mind what they are doing."

Prós: "crew were absolutely delightful, full of smiles and doing everything to make you comfortable. seats were fine enough and got some work done and a bit of sleep. first lunch was fresh and tasty, but the second, a burger, was edible, but not much more."
Contras: "tv screens are dated so movies are not as crisp as you find in newer planes. you need a 2 prong audio adapter to use your own headphones."

As a matter of fact I have never been in a flight in my life with such sort of crew attitude - especially with my kids (ages 6 and 10) - real animals. I will make an effort to not to with IBERIA ever again. I’m concierge key with AA and only with with Iberia because of the One World partnership."

Contras: "A refeição servida é horrível, um verdadeiro lixo e uma total falta de respeito. Trata-se de uma porção de arroz branco, com molho de tomate e um hambúrguer. Tudo com uma péssima aparência e sabor. A comida foi requentada várias vezes. Além disso quando se abre refeição, fica a impressão de que sacudiram o recipiente (ou abriram e fecharam mais de uma vez), pois você não consegue abrir sem ficar com a mão toda engordorada. Ao tentar substituir a refeição, as pessoas da Iberia não te atendem prontamente e quando isso ocorre, informam que a outra opção não tem mais. Um prêmio para a Iberia de como tratar mal seus passageiros, não respeitando inclusive a saúde dos mesmos, servindo uma comida pouco saudável. Ao pedir um vinho branco, as pessoas da Iberia, informam que não tem. Depois você verifica que tem, ou seja, a pessoa da Iberia não falou da verdade. Resumindo, uma total falta de respeito. A pior alimentação servida em toda minha vida. Além da péssima educação da tripulação da Iberia. Eles estão treinados apenas para fazer o serviço operacional, quando surge algum problema, é uma grande decepção."

Contras: "There were NO SIGNS saying it was a level flight, not Iberia. No one at Iberia check in desk etc. We eventually figured it out after a while. In general Iberia and level are short staffed and unorganized. If you're willing to deal with this, it's an affordable option and they'll get you from A to B."

Contras: "Iberia could have checked us in and if we had been unable to get on that particular flight could have put us on a different flight instead of just telling us we were out of $360 and we would have to pay full price for a new ticket."

Contras: "Awful. My departing city (ZAG) was unable to process tickets for my connecting flight. Upon arrival to (MAD) the gate agent was distributing tickets on a 1st name basis. Literally just handing out tickets without verifying IDs. Not all us PAX received a ticket and were instructed to go to the customer service desk, all the while boarding was ACTIVE at the gate. While at the customer service desk, Iberia showed little attention and/or urgency for us folks who did not have our connecting flight credentials. I finally received a hand-written ticket to board an international flight. My original seat selection was not honored. The overall flight experience was poor and NOT enjoyable."

Chegando no aeroporto de Madrid, precisamos ficar numa fila enorme para passar na imigração, depois em outra fila bem demorada para pegar o cartão de embarque e novamente uma fila imensa para outra imigração na hora de embarcar de noite para São Paulo. Não entendi porque não deram os dois cartões de embarque lá em Zagreb, como todas as companhias aéreas fazem. Mais de uma hora antes do embarque, recebi um e-mail da Iberia, achei ótimo. Dizia que já havia iniciado o embarque. Corremos para o portão e lá chegando havia uma fila imensa de passageiros já posicionados para embarcar. Não havia indicação visível de qual fila nós deveríamos entrar. Depois de muito perguntar, e de entrar na fila errada, consegui achar a minha fila. Ficaram todos os passageiros ali em pé, esperando mais de 40 minutos para iniciar o embarque. Terrível. Só posso elogiar os atendentes no sentido de fazerem as pessoas que estavam em fila errada a irem para o final da fila deles, mas não culpo as pessoas por estarem na fila errada pois eu mesmo demorei muito para entender onde deveria me posicionar. Se o embarque só começa no horário marcado, não entendi porque fazer todos ficarem de pé mais de 40 minutos na fila. Eu mesma deixei de ver as lojas do free shop por achar que estava muito atrasada. A comida era bem básica e o café da manhã fraco. Os comissários demoram muito para recolher o lixo e ficamos esperando com a mesa aberta um tempão. Enfim... precisa melhorar em alguns aspectos."

Contras: "Airline personnel were not helpful and seemed annoyed when asked questions about a very tight connection I was trying to make in Madrid. They brushed off my questions with one word answers and then it turned out that we were 10 minutes late arriving and I missed my connection. The customer service people who were supposed to re-book me, actually tried to blame me for missing the connection! Overall, not a great experience -- very inefficient process with no one at the airline taking responsibility. Won't fly again if I have the choice."

Contras: "I travel with an international carry-on designed to fit in comoartments above seats in any and all planes (Tumi alpha 2 International), and yet TAP would claim it was too large to fit and forced me to check it. My problem is not only the wait once we land, but most improtsntly that the bags are beat up in the journey. Indeed, my carry-on arrived with several scratches on the plastic edges as well as some signs of worn on the textile. Because of this carry-on baggage size restrictions, I will not fly TAP airlines again (unless I can travel with my hand purse only)."

Contras: "Our tickets were economy class Y for all of our flights, and we each checked a bag free on the outbound trip. But, returning we had to pay 170 euros for our 2 checked (1 each) bags. TAP (Air Portugal) in Toulouse said our outbound flights were "Basic" fares while our return flights were "Discounted" fares. Discounted fares do not include checked bags while Basic fares include 1 free checked bag. We paid $3,106.36 for the round trip for both of us, which hardly seems like a discounted fare, before paying an additional 170 euros on the return flight. I will be looking into filing a Class Action suit trying to recover all overcharges on behalf of all passengers."

Contras: "I did all my research when I booked my flight. Nowhere did it tell me I was booking a discount flight. I had to pay extra for my bag on a long international flight, which I make frequently. Absolutely misleading an unjust. I feel cheated, I will never fly Air Portugal again and I will warn all my colleagues in the travel and tourism industry that I work about the disgrace I felt as a passenger with Air Portugal. It's not the first time I flew with them, but it will be the last!"

Contras: "We travelled with 2 carry ones and one checked bag throughout our 2.5 week honeymoon. Check in agent suggested that we check all 3 of our bags since the flight was full. We did. The flight from BCN to LIS was delayed 2 hours at the gate, but we were told we could somehow still catch our flight from LIS to PDL. We trusted that was true. We arrived at LIS without a single garment of clothing (we checked all 3 bags through to PDL), and then realized we missed the flight to PDL. We stood in line for 3 HOURS at the TAP help desk, only to wait behind a group of very angry people who monopolized the staff. Once we told the agent our situation, he told us there were no more seats on any flight to PDL the next morning. Not only that, but he could not provide a hotel for us to spend the night. This is 2:30am, 3:30am BCN time. He told us to find our own hotel, but we do not have international phone plans, so we could not make the reservation ourselves. He had nowhere for us to sleep. Then he had us wait for his SATA associate to help us, and he put us on a flight to PDL the next day, but it was not direct! We had plans for the following day, a hotel reservation in Ponta Delgada that is NOT refundable, and now the final portion of our honeymoon is ruined. No one ever offered to give us vouchers for ANY costs or for the anxiety and total of 14 hours lost on the most important trip of our lives. Shameful."
