Prós: "they change the gate last min"
Contras: "Should advise the passagers better"

Prós: "I loved that even during a pandemic, alcohol in glassware and full meals were served in business class (unlike other airlines, so I avoided them). The lighting looked nice, the crew was professional and attentive, and the bathroom was well maintained. The blanket and pillow were comfy as well. I like the 1-2-1 layout in business class, which leaves window seats with a lot of windows and privacy."
Contras: "The headphones were not the most comfortable, sometimes the passenger moving around behind you will shake your seat too, and before take-off the plane was quite hot. Also a lot of the food choices I wanted were gone already but not a big deal as there were many choices."

Contras: "During covid pandemic they put no efforts to show the aircraft clean or maintained the distance between passengers"

All the channels were in Portuguese. I understand it’s a Brazilian airline but you need to consider your foreign customers. Have some English Channels."

The flight crew members were all helpful and friendly and I enjoyed the drink (especially suco de maracuja) and snack offerings. As I spoke only limited Portuguese, I greatly appreciated the attempts made by the ground staff and flight crew to communicate with me, both in English and via hand gestures. I am certain that no domestic airline would be so helpful to non-English speakers in the USA!"
Contras: "I realize Azul cannot help being stuck in Terminal 2, but it's not the most comfortable place to wait for a flight. Also, after I walked through the gate, several boarding flights merged confusingly in a single passageway with exits to multiple planes and many people got lost and ended up (temporarily!) on the wrong airplane, despite heroic attempts by the ground crew to direct passenger traffic. There must be a better method than having everyone follow colored lines to the planes - it wasn't working!"

Prós: "Azule Airlines incorrectly charged me 60 Rais for my first bag of 23 kg. When I showed them documentation of my connecting flights, they reversed the charges."

On board the flight attended did not speck English or at least didnt want to, so other passenger had to explain us what she was saying. Very very unprofessional, we will never use azul again in the future."

This was different in Mumbai where Swiss had families with kids board early. The airbus was not well maintained as fara s cleanliness was concerned. There were bathroom supplies on the toilet floor. Crumbs and food particles on the seats/crevices from the earlier flight"

Contras: "I'm 6'2 and black. I asked if I could pay to upgrade to business class after viewing coach. They lied and said it was full when I could see empty seats. They bumped up a white female for free 3 hours later."

Prós: "my wife needed a wheelchair, so we were whisked between terminals. but if we had had to negotiate that long distance by ourselves we would probably have missed the connection because there was only an hour layover and the distance between gates was great"

Prós: "The food,crew and flight were flawless. Our flight scheduling had us connecting within a thirty minute period in zurich and we had to run to catch the flight. Probably would have missed the connection if our 26 year old son didn't run ahead. Too much drama and no one from swiss air to help. Suggest more time for transfer in the future or someone to guide passengers. We were nit the only ones. However, we did make it as did the others ( luggage too!)so kudos to swiss for waiting"

Contras: "We loose our flight and they didn't give us any chance to save some money on a new ticket."

Prós: "At list 2 attendants were extremely not polite . Air condition was turned on 2 minutes before landing . To collect food plates from passengers took more then 2 hours . When passengers asked attendants, to evaluate when it going to happen the answer was very rude ״ you should fly business in case you want it faster " . It was a night flight and it took 3 hours to turn off the lights . One of the girls attendants told me that I have too many hand handbags with me , only 1 piece allowed . I was with 3 pieces but we were 3 persons my wife and my Childe . I was trying to explain her, but she was unable to listen . It is not Swiss I know , I like to flight Swiss , but this flight was extremely disappointing .It was many confusions with other passengers as well. wrong meals , wrong seats , no air condition, ... the flight was a nightmare"

Contras: "Economy seating very cramped. Cramped seat conditions, inability of video screen to articulate sufficiently to allow seeing the picture when the seat ahead was reclined."

Prós: "The crew on Swiss Air is very welcoming. The food was pretty good and there was frequent beverage service, so you don't get dehydrated like on other airlines."
Contras: "The seats decline fairly far back into the next seat. As a result, some of the passengers got agitated if they do not go with the flow and decline like dominoes. Both legs of the flight we had the people seated behind us kicking and shoving our seats. One gentleman was kicking my seat for a couple hours and made a scene on the outgoing flight. The stewardess addressed the gentleman and explained that I had to decline my seat because the seat in front of me was declined. My knees were jammed into the seat in front of me, so every time the gentleman kicked me, it not only hurt my back, but my knees. The couple behind us on the return flight jumped the line to get onto the flight, kept kicking our seats and then pretended they did not understand when we asked that they stop. I think the pilot should address the issue upfront so this toddler like behavior does not go on. I am not sure if it is common behavior, but not something I have experienced on an American carrier."

Prós: "I appreciated the big meal, dinner, about 2 hours into the flight. Nice to have real metal utensils, not plasticware, to eat with. The 'breakfast' for the overnight flight was more of a throwaway: muffin, granola bar, fresh fruit cup. Nice to get wine, or maybe beer(?), with dinner at no extra charge, served from regular wine bottles, not individual-serving containers."
Contras: "$35 per flight leg (Lufthansa policy) to choose seats was distinctly annoying. I didn't know when I booked the flights, so the surprise $70 add-in (for round trip definitely would have figured into the price/schedule choice in the first place."

Prós: "The new 777-300 is great. besides the disorganized boarding, everything else was great!"

Prós: "Entertainment and food were excellent, and the crew was pleasant and helpful. The small extras were delightful - i.e. warm cloths at the end of the flight! Overall, I think Swiss is a very good airline."
Contras: "On a long flight like this, the seating is still too cramped. We are not large people, and nine hours in those seats is difficult, even with considerate 'neighbors'. The seats are just too close together. This is an airport comment - Deboarding to a bus, then a walk to the train/tram, then security, then another walk to the gate - we barely made our connecting international flight."

"Lufthansa IT meltdown prevented online check-in. Even though the US has just now allowed tourist visits to the States to resume, and Lufthansa is booked solid, they staffed only one third of their check-in counters to sort out all the ESTA and vaccination paperwork-related issues. Arrived two hours pre-boarding, lines around the terminal. Needless to say, they had me wait until I missed the flight (all my paperwork was in order, and I didn't have checked luggage). Berlin Flughafen, Deutsche Bahn, Deutsche Lufthansa; it's sad to see what Germany has come to. Lufthansa has fallen far behind the industry benchmarks. Their inept IT, middling on-board product and inability to synch their systems with Star Alliance partners (I was on a United Codeshare) make them a poor choice for international travel. This trip will have been my last with them."

Contras: "I tried to reschedule due to a death in the family and due to the "small print" this was not possible. Then when I did travel, it turned out I didn't have the right for a piece luggage (again "small print"). I paid for the extra piece and I was double-charged (same amount withdrawn twice). Now I have opened a complained with Austrian and they haven't responded so far."

Prós: "Upgraded seats from PHL to FRA, which was great. Had a lot of legroom. Very nice staff, comfortable flight"
Contras: "Very small legroom from Frankfurt to Budapest. When you are 5’11 it’s hard to fly . The prices i have to pay all the time to upgrade only because I am tall is out of control. It adds hundreds to my flight cost when the prices are already high."

Prós: "Flight was on time, plane was clean, food was good, entertainment worked (except WiFi, but I didn't need it anyways)"
Contras: "One crew member oversaw me several times when distributing beverages because the gentlemen next to me ordered two, and she assumed he's ordering for me (which he didn't). She explained herself, but didn't apologize but made it sound like it was my fault. When I ordered 2 beverages (wine and water), she said she doesn't have time to hand out two beverages to each passenger."

Contras: "flight crew hit my chair all the time with the troller. Bought the places with bigger space on the legs, that was true, but was dissapointed with the type of chair that is totally closed at the sides, with no scape room for the legs laterally."

Prós: "Nothing special just a typical early morning domesric flight no entertainment on board food was a tad bit better going back to the states then coming to europe and at least we boarded at the gate not like when we flew Frankfurt athens where we took a bus like we were in the 80s like cattle that was embarrassing at this time and age"

Contras: "There was no update on the status of our connecting flight. The pilot gave an update of other flights except for ours but it caused a bit of confusion. Some people even had to missed there flights altogether! Lufthansa, from the 4 times I have flown with them always seems to be late with no sense of urgency. Ultimately after arriving in Venice, I get an email that my bags did not make it, yet I was told by the boarding agent that the plane was still loading our bags."

Prós: "I really don't remember. I slept through the entire flight."
Contras: "They boarded us from the back and the front of the plane so at one point you had people trying to pass each other in the aisles. Weird. That could've been handled better. Also, people were allowed to put their back packs in the over head so didn't leave much room for luggsge carry on. Flight attendants weren't helpful either. One just said that all carry on should be able to under the seat."

Prós: "Lufthansa service is always incredible. Food is better than most other carriers and so is entertainment. Had a delay due to incoming flights, but staff made sure we had plenty of water and snacks while on the tarmac."

Contras: "Flight was delayed 8 hours. Arriving at Incheon, discovered ground crew were unaware of our arrival to take this connecting flight. However, we were put up overnight in a hotel, which was nice."

Contras: "Per usual, KLM can't seem to figure out the order of boarding the plane. Should be business - priority - everyone else. Instead they do priority first, and that's usually two-thirds of the passengers. Strange choice of in-flight movies; no accounting for taste, I guess."

Contras: "There are two types of foot-rests, both are a nuisance for people with long legs. The one popping up from below one's seat is extremely hard to put back in place. The metallic one folding down from under the seat in front cannot be secured back and is always in the way if the passenger needs to stretch his/her legs. This seems to be a new appliance, and I jut wish they would do away with it altogether. More is not necessarily better."

Contras: "This airline charges for everything, and after you pay once, they try to charge you again, and again, and again (four different people tried to charge me 4 different times for my two checked bags). And they lost the record of my payment, so I had to show 4 times the Amex receipt showing that I had paid before. It took 45 minutes and 4 non receptive agents for me to get my luggage checked. British Airways is significantly better."

Prós: "Cops is always a good reason to flight"
Contras: "They always change the gates, also too many disorders in the gate previous the boarding process, the process it is not clean. They took hand baggage aleatory to send to down and do not ask if we have fragile stuffs there."

Contras: "The seat seemed smaller and space was very uncomfortable. The boarding process was very painful because we had to wait for a longtime."

Contras: "Crew not only lacked sensibility to understand the purpose of an emotional support dog but kept harassing me about the dog being tied to my seat. At some point a flight attendant even tried to touch my dog, invading my personal space. When the dog rightfully acted defensive trying to protect me, the crew member started threatening me that he would have the dog sent to cargo, the last thing a person with an emotional support pet wants to hear. Extreme lack of professionalism."

Contras: "Plane was canceled at the last minute with a transfer desk literally assaulted by 100s of people. Only 3 persons on the desk. No lane for sky priority. Queued for nearly two hours before some airport employee gave us instructions to travel by train without any other information or tickets etc. Had to buy my ticket. Couldn’t recuperate my suitcase. Had to wait for it the next day for three hours. Up to this hour I don’t know how I am going to be reimbursed (train and plane)."

Prós: "Service was great, flight was on time and I really enjoyed everything"
Contras: "Little turbulence but overall it comes as usual so it was worth the flight"

Prós: "Very poor sound quality on the earphones. Made it very difficult to watch a movie and almost impossible to listen to music."

Prós: "The flight crew was excellent in accommodating the passengers. One specific flight attendant was very patient in dealing with a continuously demanding passenger by being helpful and firm at the same time; a difficult combination of skills."
Contras: "The ground crew in CDG was very disappointing and unprofessional and very specifically in the luggage area. When I was told that my carry on luggage exceeded the allowed weight I argued that my luggage was weighed in Cairo and that it was less than the 12 Kg allowed weight. The Air France attendant then waved with annoyance to speak with her supervisor. When I approached her supervisor, who was speaking with another Air France employee, she looked annoyed and said just just to to booth #7 or 8 that handles excess luggage issues. My reaction is to avoid traveling through CDG in the future and I will focus on flying with Lufthansa."

Prós: "Air France seems to have improved since the last time I flew."
