I am certain that no domestic airline would be so helpful to non-English speakers in the USA!"
Contras: "I realize Azul cannot help being stuck in Terminal 2, but it's not the most comfortable place to wait for a flight. Also, after I walked through the gate, several boarding flights merged confusingly in a single passageway with exits to multiple planes and many people got lost and ended up (temporarily!) on the wrong airplane, despite heroic attempts by the ground crew to direct passenger traffic. There must be a better method than having everyone follow colored lines to the planes - it wasn't working!"

Contras: "Azul cancelled the flight to Salvador without giving us any reason why. The sky was blue without a cloud in sight. I had another flight to catch in Salvador to bring me back to Miami and because the Salvador flight was cancelled I missed all my other flights and neither Azul or Tam wanted to help me get to my final destination. Azul offered to get me on a flight to Salvador the next day, but that did nothing for me since all of my other flights were scheduled for the day before. Long story short, I had to purchase a brand new flight for $1016. I paid for something that was not my fault and all anyone could say to me was, "I am sorry, there is nothing we can do for you" Words cannot express the rage, irritation and frustration I felt on that day."

She had no interest in helping us resolve this issue until I had To get assertive and threaten to file a complaint. I boarded the flight and the flight attendants questioned us why Y wasn’t on the flight. I told them she was stopped. After lots of back and forth the woman at the gate realized the mistake. Y boarded the flight. We didn’t receive an apology for the horrendous treatment of a customer. At this point we had nowhere to store carryon."

They don't allow us to carry any of them in the cabin and 1 arrived broken. I had no problems like this before, With full flights like this is normal to have to send some luggage that you expect in the cabin to the hold, but in this case the crew was very unclear and rude. The food: it was a short flight and they give us our snack just seconds before the landing. Finally, they lost 1 of our bags. Waiting to see if it appears."

Had I realized this was the option, I would have brought my own food. My husband, who eats literally everything, couldn't even eat it, and it was a cheese sandwich. Would definitely fly again."
