Flight was delayed twice. The TV didn’t work, flight attendant said she would give me a voucher and never did.
JetBlue doesn’t inform their passengers of why the flight is delayed. If you land it and don’t get out of the plane yet they don’t tell you what you are still sanding in the plane. JerBlue doesn’t keep their passenger inform of anything. They really should be thankful that they are still in business and is that is to all their customers but they don’t value that at all.

Contras: "Three delays. From takeoff time of 9:50 to 10:40 to 11:23 to 12:05. The ostensible delay was the incoming plane, which landed before 10 PM but - lo and behold, it was an international flight, surely something we didnt know when it took off - it went to gate 94 and had to be cleared blah blah blah. Each delay was predictable and JetBlue could easily have simply informed the passengers that we would be delayed 90-120 minutes rather than stringing us along with bite sized delays with insipid explanations. If there was really anything to JetBlues "award winning customer service" I would imagine they would have not insulted everyone's intelligence and been honest about the delays - which pushed arrival time to 2 am. I travel a good bit - three or four times a month - but cant remember the last time I flew JetBlue. JetBlue will certainly be right there with Frontier and Allegiant on airlines I'll seek to avoid. I dont know if it was just base level incompetence or if they dialed it up for the occasion, but it was on full display for the holidays."

Contras: "Two hour delay given in minute increments. What was the problem I’m 76. Two big women sat next to me. I never found the remote until end of flight because the woman next to me covered the entire arm rest with her body. Seats not big enough for large sized people. I’m not skinny but thin enough to occupy one seat. An expensive seat for one way air fare over $300+ Orlando ti Newark. Left hotel at 11:30 am and landed after 8:00pm. Home just before 10:00 pm. A long. day"
Prós: "The inflight crew was amazing. Natalie was a sweetheart and super helpful. She even gave some of us a tour of the galleys and taught us a few things about Mosaic customers as well as a few other operational things. I didn’t catch the other flights attendants names as they covered more of the back of the plane but they were both insanely hospitable and it was very clear that they loved their jobs as they were having fun. The women who checked us in also accommodated is with Even More Space seats after knowing we were crew members!"
Contras: "As a non-rev I have no room to criticize. Only thing would be that the A/C model was an older version of the A320 (and I know that it will be updated eventually)"

Prós: "I don’t think it’s a good idea to change flight time to an earlier time. I missed my flight and then had to deal with the attendants at BWI. They were very rude and unhelpful . The only person that was helpful was a woman by the name of Natalie. I spoke to her over the phone and she was awesome ! If it wasn’t for her my experience would have been horrible. I do not plan on flying on Jet Blue ever again. I thought I was saving money but I ended up spending about 200$ more due to hotel cancellation and over priced long term parking at National airport in DC."

I was shivering and sneezing the entire time, guests in the row in front of my had their leather jackets over their faces. Air was pummeling me in the window seat. It was the most miserable 2 hours on a plane I have ever experienced, and I have been on thousands. I would highly reconsider the tempuratures on the plane seeing as that this could severely sicken children and elderly. I have never experienced this before."
Contras: "We missed our plane. The Kayak calendar reminder said the flight departed at 5:45 when in fact it was 5:26pm. So it left without us. The next flight was at 9:50pm and it was delayed to a 11:00pm departure. The worst part - We were travelling with a 2 year old. Worst experience EVER."

What horrible experience! We missed a connection on the way to Orlando due to delays. Fortunately help desk crew got us on a later flight. On the way back home we were met with delays due to staffing, weather and mechanical issues. It took us 3 travel days to return home. We finally cut our losses and rented a car and drove the last 400 miles.

I was too worried to call for an attendant because he was intoxicated but when the attendants would come and offer us food I tried to make it clearly visible that I was anxious and uncomfortable and NOTHING. To make it worse they continued to serve him alcohol!!"

Prós: "A AA está com aviões reformados e peguei um 787 Dreamliner de LAX para GRU, na saída de emergência. A poltrona é bem confortável, os banheiros estiveram surpreendente limpos até o final e os horários foram respeitados."
Contras: "O atendimento das FAs foi daquela secura habitual, a comida era um lixo de chicken or pasta usual e o entretenimento conta com nos filmes, mas leve seu fone de ouvido porque o que eles entregam é ruim de doer."

Prós: "The plane was nice and clean. Boarding went well and staff nice on boarding. Service was smooth though food not great but then it is airplane food. The morning continental food was nicely packaged and good."

We finally got off the ground almost three hours late but staff tried to be as helpful as possible though they didn’t know much. It was good the passengers seemed fairly patient and accepting. The horror was at the airport in Venice where it took over two hours in very long line just to get through passport check."

Contras: "In general, United team on the bag drop (from Atlanta too) are rude, as well as the officers of the security scan team are rough. They have no courtesy. They should understand that passengers are paying for the service and 99% are not “bad guys.” So, politeness and respect are the minimum things they deserve. Additionally, the Atlanta airport checking area and boarding check are not organized. They need to improve signal support for all customer."
Contras: "The flight was delayed so I wasn’t going to be able to make my connecting flight and the airline didn’t even offer to cover my hotel room to stay the night. Terrible service in a very competitive business."
Check in was chaotic. Delays because of late crew is unacceptable. Extreme turbulence was just icing on the cake
They cancel our flight for next day, refund $25 until September 28 (ridiculous) and for the terrible time that I pass and lost money on Friday because I suppose to work

Contras: "Purchased on Kayak ticket for $122 round trip to find out when I check in to my flight that I needed to pay for a seat and $40 for carry on. I should have stayed with delta ! This should have disclosed to me."
Prós: "The flight itself was a nice flight. The captain and first officer were communicative and the few times we experienced turbulence I felt like they immediately tried to minimize it. I had a good amount of room in my seat (I was not in an emergency exit row) and I had no problems with my luggage."
Contras: "There was a 2 hour delay to take off. When your flight is at 7am and you've woken up at 3:30 or 4 to get to the airport on time, it's a bit frustrating to wait an extra 2 hours to leave. The gate agents were woefully uninformed and when they did communicate with passengers it was vague and unhelpful. The gate agents kept referring to the need for "maintenance" on the aircraft. It doesn't inspire a great deal of confidence in the soundness of the plane to hear that the maintenance crew is trying to "fix something in the cockpit." The Departures monitors and my Kayak app were giving me delay updates before the gate agents were. At one point we switched gates (it was the gate directly across from the original gate) and I watched as passengers at one gate literally traded places with passengers at another gate because the flights had swapped gates. It was comical. Overall, just a disorganized, uninformative, frustrating mess."

Contras: "I was unable to download the ticket of my minor age 14 child so on arrival at the airport I told the bag check person he gave us a copy of our ticket for boarding as I showed him we had checked in already but could not see his ticket we were TSA pre checked went on to that area with line I went first using my app boarding pass but they would not let the child in saying his,ticket was not present checked TSA but it was when i checked him in,so we had to go through a 45 + min line a second time. very inconvenient almost making us late for flight."

Contras: "The seats were a little uncomfortable I was lucky to have the row to myself but couldn't stretch out because of the oddly placed arm rest."
Contras: "Flight delayed 2-1/2 hours, which I understood, the weather was horrible - BUT First the desk clerks were rude and as if people weren't irritated enough this didn't help Then the flight attendants were rude - all around miserable flight AND they charge for EVERYTHING - you may think you are getting a good deal on tickets, but you pay $40 for a checked bag, the same for a CARRY ON you pay for a decent seat they don't even give you peanuts without charging you I am done with Frontier - will never fly it again!"

Contras: "I am allergic to dogs and cats. This is a growing problem for me because it seems that the rules are looser and people keep a pet on their lap and service animals are increasing. There were two on board ( One not a service animal, the other one was) and I spoke to the gate agents who were mostly uninformed and unsympathetic . There is an overall lack luster with everything about FRONTIER and I get the no-frills / buy what you need concept, but there is no accommodation for people with serious allergy, and there is an increasing ability to get the certificate to have a service animal for just about any malady it seems. I respect the need for a service animal. However the passengers who have to sit in an airplane with recirculating air with dander are largely misunderstood. I asked to speak to a FRONTIER supervisor and there was no one to be seen and I got a stock answer from the gate agent in Orkando who was chewing gum so hard, it was difficult to have a conversation. Eventually I gave up my good seat to go further back from the animals who were seated up in front rows. That makes it worse when you have to pass by them to get back to your seat. And again, the gate agents were not helpful in getting me on the plane pre-boarded. Yes I take medication and sometimes I am OK and for the record, there is no truly "hypoallergic dog" for me. That is the excuse I also get. It is tough to live with when people around you do not understand . I was also recently deplaned on United airline because of this problem. I cannot stop flying it is always something now I have to worry about until I get to the gate. I do not wish it on anybody but if you had the reaction of welts itching and swelling it would be better understood as something that needed to be addressed by the airlines. Contras: "First I bought a ticket from Spirit Airlines SFO to MCO for 309$, then I saw charges from frontier Airline, frontier airlines bought a ticket for me too for 287$, when I was just watching checking the price. Then I compared the tickets, both the time, but from Frontier Airlines was cheaper then I stayed with frontier and cancel the other reservation from Spirit Airlines the next day I see frontier airlines also cancelled that reservation and I had to rebook another ticket for 496$, the price went up, then I had to pay 187$ extra, IT WAS A FRAUD JOB FROM FRONTIER AIRLINES, I can prove everything above with the receipts and the dates on it, the worse experience I had"

Contras: "I have traveled many places and have NEVER encountered such horrible service in an airport as I did at your Orlando airport / Frontier counter. I checked hours before was in the airport and long lines an hour and 1/2 before flight leaving and due to your Frontier agents at this counter I was unable to board. This happen to more than one passenger in line with me. This agent continued to argue with me rolling her neck and head at me rather than get me to t gate with an available half hour before take off. There was vomit at the counter which they refused to call anyone to come and clean up but overall NO ONE was on task. I will dispute the extra charges I have incurred due to this fiasco and will NEVER fly Frontier Airlines again."
Prós: "cheap airfare compare to other major carriers.I'm 5 - 7' so legroom wasn't an issue but the rest of the party i traveled with needed more legroom."
Contras: "i had to pay for juice, i think it's absurd. I paid for my Seat and a checked baggage already which is fair to a point, but still, the apple juice was $2.99 for a tiny can. There were no reading materials except for the safety stuff. Carry on items should be included in the ticket price or at least $10 instead of just as much as the checked baggage. FA lady was abrasive."
Prós: "The flight was on time."
Contras: "The crew people at the Frontier check-in desk were very unhelpful and rude. We missed our flight because we arrived at the counter to check our bags past the cutoff time to be checked in by 1 minute (due to long lines). That was partially our fault but the representative who was helping us did absolutely nothing to help us problem solve and seemed almost pleased to tell us that she couldn't take our bags. I rarely see such bad customer service. I have heard that Frontier pays their staff very poorly compared to other airlines and I assume this is why the customer service reps are so jaded."
Prós: "Plane was on time and boarding was easy ."
Contras: "How unprofessional the crew was . Never heard the captain during turbulences . We took a red eye flight and the flight attendant kept waking us up to tell us to let us when the seat belt sign was on or off. Then on the way back , one of the flight was talking/ laughing so hard in the back that the whole plane could hear . And finally , we got to hear a long 5 minutes sales pitch about the new flights Spirit Airlines added . Seats don't recline ."
Contras: "We had already paid the luggage fee and just needed to drop off our bags for our MCO to DEN flight. It started with no curbside check-in. Incredibly poor service at ticketing/baggage check. A mass of people. No directions. Even employees (when asked, not one volunteered any information) didn't know which line was which. Only four people working the counter. And then the airline called for people leaving on a flight after ours and brought those passengers to the front of the line. When we got to the front of the line the employee's response was "You need to be here three hours before the flight." For a midweek domestic flight? ATA treated us like this once. They're long gone. Goodbye Frontier."
Prós: "Excellent value! Decent seat to sit in for 3.5hrs. I gave one star for food because I didn't buy any food that was offered, after all I was only on the plane for 4 hrs total. Smooth ride compared to other passenger reviews, my only other time in a plane was very rough@ landing@ O'Hare Chicago during bad weather, that pilot got a round of applause. I will look to use Frontier Airlines again if I ever fly anywhere."
Contras: "I would have liked internet access but there didn't seem to be any. I would have paid $5 more for WiFi. The seats are a bit cramped but for $50 I wasn't expecting barca-loungers. Since I have only flown once before in my life I was interested in hearing and understanding the safety instructions given by the flight attendant, but she spoke so fast that I (with some hearing loss) couldn't follow her words. I couldn't make much sense of the picture book instructions either because there were few words of actual direction."
Contras: "frontier was awful. they pushed our flight out of new york back three times and then canceled in the middle of the night, saying they didn't have partnerships with other airlines so couldn't get us out until the 25th (the day before our return flight). we talked to both customer service on the phone (20 minute wait to get someone) and gate agents and EVERYONE said they weren't authorized to give us a refund for any of the inconvenience and unanticipated expenses. ultimately we ended up flying out of philly (paying for our own bus tickets) on AMERICAN (paying for another flight with our own money) to get to our family in denver. on the way back they weren't going to let us check luggage for free, again saying no one was authorized to do that until thankfully they discovered a note from the manager we spoke to in nyc. otherwise they would not have given it to us even after we spoke to the manager in denver. we boarded our return flight to find that we couldn't sit down as someone had vomited (not frontier's fault), and that was the cherry on top. we just burst out laughing because the whole thing was a disaster. we ended up spending the same amount as our "inexpensive" frontier tickets and more on fixing the trip ourselves because they wouldn't help us at all. truly a terrible experience and i don't anticipate flying frontier again."

Contras: "Bait and switching pricing - awful. You have to pay for your seat - literally, along with your carry on bag. Cannot even get water on the flight - all beverages are charged. Gate staff tried to charge me an additional $50 for an 'extra length' seat, even after I explained to him that I had already paid for the 'perks' benefit and showed him my receipt and boarding pass. He insisted and I finally logged on to my phone and upgraded my boarding pass myself in his presence! All he said was, "wow. you made out." Awful awful. The best (worst)? They actually checked in and boarded a customer with a Delta boarding pass (it was crumpled, the gal was young and was just trying to make her flight, she was a bit confused.) THEY DID NOT SCAN THE BOARDING PASS!!!!! She boarded the plane and of course no seat for her. More confusion as she now had to get off and make her way to the Delta terminal, resulting in her missing her flight. It was the same brilliant gate clerk who I dealt with earlier. Frontier admins will hear about this as this breach of protocol was a serious security issue. Will never, ever, fly Frontier again."
Contras: "I want to start by saying i am totally disappointed in this airline. I am currently in Orlando my flight was supposed to leave at 11:25am today. I have stood in 4 lines twice in lines that the attendent left to go socialize and one i waited for over an hour and than into a secound for well over an hour. I informed them i have a severely autistic son and needed to find a way home as soon as possible. Mind you while all of them watched my son go in and out of meltdowns countinually hitting me. Needless to say in spite of not getting a flight today and being told they can get me on the earliest flight on Thursday and they supply no lodging. No appology no nothing!!! In the midst of it all i met some angels. Ones that hung out and forgave my son for hitting them, let Mazi play with their ears and went looking for people to help us. I even had a woman come up to me and look for flights for me and my son and offered to write a check to get me and my son home. This same woman put $300.00 in my hand to help me. Her name Tracy Morgan from Florida! So inspite of the awful treatment from this airline i am blessed beyond mesure from the human heart of people I have never met and the love and kindness they shared with me and my son! Found a flight tomorrow thanks to my mom leaving at 8am from a different airline. The resort offered to let us stay for another night free of charge."

Prós: "I had no problems with the crew or employees at frontier."
Contras: "I was aware that this airline charged for carry-on's and beverages that other airline companies usually provide fee of charge. However, there were several other issues that I had that soured the experience for me. First of all, the seats were considerably less comfortable. The backs of the chairs were plastic, the try table was so small it might as well not have been there at all, and the leg room was terrible. On the way back there was a line of about 300 people at the Frontier desk to check baggage. I don't know if they simply did not staff appropriately, or if there were too many flights scheduled to take off around the same time, but I've never seen anything like it. They did attempt to fix the issue by pulling the people who had sooner flights to the front of the line, which I was thankful for or I would have certainly missed the flight. However, this could have been avoided by planning flights more appropriately, and certainly was not the most fair approach. Finally, we had to wait for about 45 minutes for our checked bag after the flight as well. This could have been the fault of the airport itself, but I've never had an issue with baggage at this airport before. Overall, I don't think the extra saving was worth it, and I'll likely be flying with a different airline in the future"
Prós: "And they charge for soft drinks and all luggage. All in all Frinyier is a expensive with all their charges as Delta without the better seats, free entertainment, and soft drinks. I won't use them again."
Prós: "I like that Boarding On time."
Contras: "I paid $35 for my carry on bag. And even can't find the space to put it on the cabinet above my seat. Flight attendant just tell me to look for another space. They never help me anything. It took me a while to find the one far away from where I was seated. One of male flight attendant opened the cabinet above my head, maybe grab his stuff but one bottle of water fell down. It almost hit my head and luckily it just touched my shoulder. It was my horrible experience. I picked this flight because it fits my schedule. Next trip I will never take it any more."
Prós: "Initially the cost of the airfare seemed too good to be true....we ended up paying $190 in addition to the cost of the tickets."
Contras: "1.Hidden costs - we have carry on luggage that ALL other airlines are fine with, but when we got to the gate to board they told us they weren't for carry on and had to pay and additional $60/piece($120 total) and threatened that we couldn't board if we didn't pay. Then they allowed us to carry them on and they fit easily in the overhead compartment. 2.Mass confusion boarding on the return flight. There were designated long lines, then other personnel would make changes to the lines confusing everyone even more. 3.We had our bags pre checked, our boarding passes printed the night before (as recommended by the airlines) to expedite the boarding process and we still had to stand in line with the other passengers who had not completed this ahead of time. It did not expedite anything for us. 4.Seats do not recline, very uncomfortable. 5. No vomit bags....we had a very turbulent decent and many people in need of sick bags. Many ended up vomiting into their personal bags!"
Contras: "They don't email links to checking online. But if you wait to check in at the airport you will be standing in line for a half hour. Though from the looks of the baggage check line, you will wait even longer if you do check in ahead of time."
Prós: "The efficiency of the boarding process. It was organized and fairly expedient."
Contras: "The exorbitant additional fees. Absolutely absurd to charge for a seat and carry-on luggage in addition to the plane ticket itself. My carry-on suitcase is HALF the size of the traditional size and paying $30 to bring it on the plane is insulting. The chairs were uncomfortable. They don't recline, no head rest, and no blankets were on board which made resting for my 5 hours across the country EXTREMELY uncomfortable. For all the extra fees you'd think a movie and some snack packs might be available. Then again, with the trays too small to fit even my mini iPad, there'd be no place to put them. No in-flight entertainment was a bummer too. I've usually been so happy on Frontier. Bit this experience will keep me from flying Frontier ever again."
Prós: "No complaints for the crew."
Contras: "My complaint seems to be the number one complaint for the company. They offer reasonable fees only to hit you with fees for everything when it's time to check in. Your asked to pay for your seat, checked bags and carry ons coming and going. They offer a package price of $63 per person coming and going that makes your overall trip more expensive than going with a top carrier for a trip for two. Not worth the headache and will never travel with them again."
Prós: "We were forced to wait 15 hours with one delay after another. With one excuse after another. My flight was scheduled for 1001 am. We did not board the plane on time. It was 1145 pm and I did not get to Cleveland at noon, no it was 3 o'clock am with no chance to rent a car to go home I had to call my daughter! And the best part was that my 75 year old wife had to endure this.they would not cancel the flight and allow me to take my wife to a hotle. There were parents with infants as well that was not happy.So to Hume it may concern You have lost several customers because of your failure to take care of your customers!"
Prós: "The fact that they charge for carry on luggage encourages people not to bring those over sized bags. So finally there is some room for your stuff."
Contras: "The fact that you find out after you booked that there is "NOTHING" included. You want to check a bag, "That cost extra" You want to bring a carry on bag, "That cost extra" You want to sit with your wife, "That cost extra" You want something to drink, "That cost extra" The worst part is that you have to pay extra for each flight separately. By the time you add all those "That cost extra" together, you can book a flight with an airline that at least serves you a cup of coffee during the flight."
Prós: "The crew, as always, were very polite and helpful and trying hard to make up for errors that were not their fault."
Contras: "My flight was 4 hours late taking off, which was blamed on weather amass although I fond this questionable after reviewing weather in the areaspam involved, I'll give them that. My flight on the way back was over 4 hours delayed for no reason that I could glean from speaking with representatives. We got no advanced notice even though the plane had not yet left a destination around 4 hours away. We were told a plane was coming from another airport and would be there by 6. The plane did not arrive until 9. No explanation. No compensation. Nothing."
Prós: "The employees were nice."
Contras: "The line at the airport to drop off my luggage (which was prepaid) was crazy long as most people had not prepaid and some were trying to pay with cash (which Frontier does not accept). Even tho I had my boarding pass printed and luggage paid for I waited almost an hour in this line - and I arrived 2 hours 1/2 early. After arriving in Cincinnati the luggage took at least 40 minutes to arrive at the pick up point. On my outward bound trip to Orlando the luggage took over an hour to arrive at the luggage carousel. It seems that Frontier does not have a good rapport with the baggage handlers at the airports."
Contras: "O couldn't take the flight because the cost of my luggage exceeded the costed my fight & was not allowed to cancel for refund of any kind."

Contras: "The website was down when I was trying to check in online, so I had to pay $40 per bag instead of $30. it was still down a week later when I was returning home, so I called the contact number to pay for my bags, which took half hour. They do not provide free beverages, you must pay $1.99 for a soda or water. They nickel and dime you to death. The seats were extremely uncomfortable and do not recline. Worst airline I have ever experienced, and I have flown over 100 times. Skip Frontier and pay the additional cost for a better airline, or you will have regrets!"
Prós: "The flight landed early."
Contras: "We spent 15 minutes taxi-ing off and on the runway. Baggage was sent out 27 minutes after passengers left the aircraft. My seat was at the end of the aircraft, and I had to pay extra for that, and had sticky gum all over it. When I told the flight attendant, she said, oh no, really? The flight attendant did nothing to help me be reaseated or clean my seat. After a passenger vomited, the flight attendant did not help the passenger by providing anything to cleanup. The aircraft stank of vomit as we sat in the runway for 15 minutes. The flight attendants woke me up to sell their credit card, but not to provide refreshments/water. The announcements went on for over 10 munutes. My seat was surrounded by screaming and crying infants and nothing was done to help those mothers calm their children down. The seats had very little leg room for anyone my height and taller (5'9"), despite having to pay for the seat. I will not fly Frontier ever again. The upfront low price doesn't reflect the baggage, carry-on, and seat add-on fees, so it's very deceiving."
